I was treated to a massage for my birthday. I can honestly say it was the best massage Ive ever had. Lindsey was my masseuse and she was incredible. I left feeling like a new woman. The receptionists were very pleasant, professional and kind. I was a little nervous walking in because it was so fancy! But the atmosphere and the demeanor of the receptionists put me at ease. I will be going there again! I highly recommend it.

I had the pleasure of getting a massage with Taylor and a facial with Jordan last weekend. I can honestly say this is the best salon Ive been to across the entire country! Both women were friendly and professional and incredibly HELPFUL. Taylor gave me great advice on helping with my ITBS on my left leg. I tried cupping for the first time with her and it was great! The atmosphere was excellent - everything from the friendly receptionist, to the personal lockers and clean facility. I left feeling so refreshed and thankful!

I love Sorellas! Ive been coming here for well over ten years for massages, pedicures, the twice-yearly sales, and more. The staff is cheerful, helpful, and attentive. The facility is relaxing and comfy. Ive been bringing my friends here for years and they love it too.

My husband got me the queen for a day package for my birthday. It was glorious. Everyone treated me wonderful, the services I received were top notch.

A lovely spa. The front desk attendants were warm and welcoming. I did a hydrotherapy treatment and massage. Bonnie, the massage therapist, was talented and intuitive. A very relaxing atmosphere. I recommend it.

They offer a wide variety of services but the best part of the Sorellas experience is walking up the stairs to the second floor & instantly feeling relaxed. The customer service is absolutely impeccable. This goes for the ownership and trickles down to the front desk ladies. I couldnt be more supportive of a business, I wont go to any other day spa in Missoula because of the great service. I cant say enough good things about Sorellas!

I recently had a massage and my massage was magical. The therapist was able to pinpoint problem areas in my back and provide my with helpful solutions in order to avoid injuries in the future.HOWEVER, I then tried a pair of Lulu Lemon leggings on afterwards. The leggings felt fine in the fitting room, so I took the tags off and threw them away. I later found that they were too big and wouldn’t stay up on my hips. I called and asked if I could exchange the pants and the manager said no! I paid $98 for a pair of leggings from a very large corporation and Sorella’s won’t exchange them. I’m very dispappointed in this type of service and don’t plan on supporting it at all. Luckily I called Lulu Lemon and they issued me a full refund. Instead of getting my leggings from Sorella’s in the future (or my massages for that matter) I will go straight through Lulu Lemon. I don’t recommend buying anything from them at all.Two stars only because I enjoyed my massage.

Omg... I can’t live without great clothing, treatments, and products from Sorellas Day Spa! All of my treatments have been beautifully done and are sososososo relaxating...10 out of 10 would recommend going to Sorellas day spa!!!
