John and Amy do a fantastic job. Everyone is friendly and they make sure you get what you ask for. Also way cheaper than other places in town. Nice equipment and very clean.

I love Penny! The customer service is perfection. They work with scheduling, and are accommodating! Beautiful nails. I get the acrylics with a gel top coat. They last 3 weeks! My gel toes will last me weeks... Months lol.I am so thankful to have found this store, and women!!

Outstanding service and the most relaxing, indulgent deluxe pedicure. We loved the calm, relaxing atmosphere, and this salon has some of the best massage chairs Ive tried. Cant wait to go back!

I wouldnt recommend for anything other than a pedicure. Im getting married this week and my nails look so bad so Im having to rush to get them redone elsewhere. I asked for my nails to be kept rounded (I like my current shape, just a little shorter) and then she immediately cut it square. I kept asking for her to file more to round them but then they ended up much shorter than I wanted. Maybe a language barrier but it would help if they had a picture of nail shapes we could point to. Pedicure was great though.

Relaxing environment and I can almost always walk in without an appointment. The staff is always friendly and they will take wonderful care of you.

Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon - was able to get in for a pedicure right away. They did an excellent job. This salon is extremely clean and has a large selection of colors. Will definitely be back. Prices here are standard for Missoula - $35 for pedicure, $15 for shellac. They do have grand opening coupons, so my total was $45!

Got my nails done for prom and they turned out wonderful, I love the employees’ attention to detail! I also noticed the price was cheaper than some of the other places I’ve gone for nails. I’ll definitely be returning!

Fresh & clean new nail salon. Was able to walk in & get sat down immediately. Felt like she rushed through the service tho & it wasnt even busy!

I’m not one to complain But. First. I asked for coffin shape. I get more like a flat ended tear drop. Second my nail length was eyeballed and not even measured out after she cut them. Third I wanted flames as my nail art they couldn’t do it because they “didn’t have the stencil” in my opinion you should be able to do anything the client wants and forth she seemed super rushed she kept looking at the clock like she had something better to do with her time then work on my nails..

My little sister and I went for a manicure and pedicure. My sister was sitting next to me and another customer came in. They asked her to move so that the other customers can get her nails done. That is totally fine. However, Johnny told the other customer that he was glad my sister moved because she was annoying. That’s very unprofessional and I was sitting right there! They also did my tips wrong and the designs on our nails were NOTHING like we asked for. I’m not happy with the final outcome of my nails. I don’t think they look good.

First, let me start by saying the salon itself is beautiful. The pedicure I received was wonderful and included a long and relaxing message. Definitely worth it! The manicure, however, was incredibly rushed and sloppy. She was completely done with my gel manicure in less than 20 minutes, and it shows. The edges of my nail aren’t completely filed, the bottom edge is jagged, and there is polish on my fingers, including a large glob of cured top coat. I guess just stick to this place for the pedicures.

I took a trip after I got my nails done. There was no way I could be careful not to damage my nails. They stayed strong and beautiful. I have had more expensive trips to the nail salon with less satisfaction! My sister recommended this salon and I would recommend it to anybody.

Got a deluxe pedicure. The massage was amazing but sadly that is all I can say that was good. They didnt trim my nails and they didnt scrub the bottom of my feet, which I thought were normal parts of a pedicure. Everyone there was really nice but for the price I would expect to not need to basically redo things when I got home.

John did a wonderful and professional job. He made a new loyal customer.

I am so mad and disappointed with my last experience there. Not only did I make my appointment a week in advance. I have been a loyal customer since November going in at least twice a month for services. And when I show up on time 5 mins early for my appointment I am told to leave because they were busy. They have no consideration for my time or money spent on a babysitter to make my appointment. Or the embarasment that I indured by telling me to leave in a room full of people. I will never be coming back. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and never again will I do so.

I loved the music, so relaxing! And the space is fresh and cute. The women who helped me were efficient, friendly and did a great job with my eyebrows. The price is hard to beat! I definitely will return! Everyone also wore masks and I watched lots of cleaning happening so I felt comfortable. Really good experience, and go see them yourself!!

My friend and I came in to get our pedicures done and was very disappointed. They rushed the whole thing. We waited over 20 minutes just to get in and the experience of it was not it. The massage was very fast. Did not remove my callus at all. The place looked amazing but the experience was not.

Friends recommend. I usually go to siagon but since I live on this side of town I figured Id give them a try. Prices are the same for the same services. Ill keep going to lotus.

My nails were clipped too short underneath my acrylics. I was left bleeding on two fingers that was not attended too. I had to go home and clean out the deep cuts. Overall now I’m left feeling uneasy due to the unclean work station. Would not recommend.

I have been coming here since they opened. I moved into the area and had a hard time finding a place I loved until I found Lotus. Ann and the rest of the staff are amazing. Great service for a nice price.

I visited Missoula for a weekend & was referred to this place by my friend as a super void safe, high quality service place. I wasn’t disappointed. It was a perfect experience; I was the only one in the salon and the woman who did my nails was professional and friendly and did a great job.

Step aside Saigon nails, Im over it. LOTUS is my new place. It is homey has plenty of space and is never rushed. My two kiddos loved it! Well be back soon.

The salon is very nice and the girl who did my manicure was friendly. I had gel nails applied and was very disappointed that they only lasted a few days before they peeled off. I won’t be returning.

I am living in Missoula for a few months and I am so happy I found this place. It is the best nail salon I have been to, from anywhere I have lived. Good prices, nice people and never too crowded. I always look forward to coming and will miss it when I leave.

Customer service was awful, tried to start a conversation with the lady a few times but she didnt care. unfortunately that wasnt the worst. I told her I wanted French tips but some how she mistaked that for gel nails painted all white, lucky for me I knew she wasnt doing what I wanted so I was able to reiterate I wanted French tips. on my way home I noticed a black hair sealed in the acrylic.💅 Nails looked great for the rest of that day, she didnt allow my nails to harden under the light long enough so now I have small bubbles and little holes. Nails look horrible. Everything about this place was awful. she rushed, I was in and out with in 20 minutes. Do not recommend this place!

I’ve gotten quite a few fills and a full set from them and it’s always great and my nails always turn out so nice. Very accommodating with busy schedules which is great!

This service felt rushed and poorly done. I left the spa with bleeding cuticles, nails that weren’t fully covered in polish, nails different lengths, and yet, paid $40 for this service. I have a feeling my gel polish will peel in 2-3 days. Workstation was unkempt. I will not return to this spa.

This is my new favorite nail salon in Missoula! They seated me and helped me right away, the woman who was helping me did a wonderful job and did a full set of nice acrylics in less than an hour. I used to go to Reserve Nails, but I would recommend Lotus Nail Spa MUCH more - the salon was SUPER CLEAN, the women who worked there were so friendly and helpful, the quality is consistent and the pricing is good. I would recommend this salon to everyone in missoula especially if you’re looking for a walk-in that you can trust will be quality 👌🏻❤️

I made an appointment, I walked in no one said hello or anything. So I take a seat down at one of the tables and a man walks up to me looks at my nails, starts to file-no hello or how are you? Anyways he cuts me multiple times and then just gets up goes in sits in the massage chair and puts his headphones on. I wait and wait and finally I said to the man are you going to finish? He looks at me and says no. The lady who is just starting a new set says Ill finish you meanwhile there are two other workers sitting in a chair chatting. I got up and left. I usually dont leave reviews but this place was NOT busy and I called with plenty of time ahead so they could be prepared. I would NOT RECOMMEND.
