Usually very clean. The staff are very pleasant. I dont know how attendance was prior to the pandemic, but it seems that 20% or less of the cardio equipment is being used when its busy. Id like to see half of the cardio equipment removed, and the free weight section enlarged. And a little bit more room for stretching would be nice. For what I pay its a solid 4 out of 5!

The teenagers behind the counter have no respect for the patrons. I even caught a couple employees making fun of club members for their appearance.

Plenty of machines. Well maintained equipment. Comfortable atmosphere. Generally very friendly staff (though sometimes you’ll get a stinker).

Today was my first morning back at gym. It was a great work out. The staff is always friendly. It set myself a goal.

The patrons try hard to be judgement free and I like the crowd. The teenagers behind the counter however seem to like cracking jokes about the clubs overweight guests. I overheard a few very offensive words about a womans appearance and I havent been back since.

Showers are small. Wireless is fast. No shampoo at shower. Hair dryer is powerful. There is only one soap dispenser for 3 faucets.Faucets are very comfortable. They are not a regular ones.Too many staff is working.

I haven’t went to that location yet but seeing the pictures that’s pretty cool! I work in a planet fitness in Illinois and just seeing my options for moving out there one day. Good to see there is a planet fitness out there.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Tanning beds, hydro massage chairs, and equipment is nice. I just wish there was more air circulation or cooling on the warmer days. It feels a bit stuffy and triggers my anxiety while working out.

Good experience overall. Tried out the free trial and used the shower. Would come again and would buy membership.

Canceled my membership 15 months ago, just to find out they have been charging my credit card every month. I went in to talk to the manager just for the manager to walk out and not talk to me or solve the issue. Another employee canceled my membership and gave me a number to call just for it to lead to no where. Very unprofessional and will not recommend that gym to anyone!

Its a gym. They want to have an atmosphere that is inclusive to everyone except gym rats that make a little noise. They dont have a punching bag either. Showers were gross.

I really liked how big this place was and for the price you cant beat it.

I have been to many PF clubs in the united states and this one is hands down the best Ive been in!! This club is beautiful with large area, numerous equipment in brand new condition, and beautiful locker rooms. The owners spared now expense in building this club. Much better than any PF or LA fitness club Ive been in. well done!!

Super duper clean, very friendly front desk- Sam is a rockstar! I live in a van and it’s just awesome to pay 20 bucks a month and be able to shower, tan, work out and get lovely massages by their chairs!Really appreciated this gym.

My local gym has been without hot water now for a week and a half. Nobody has an answers to when it will be fixed. The owner seems to be more concerned about making a profit than keeping their gym in good running order.

Its a nice place to work out with a very welcoming environment. My first day was a little confusing though. Im used to other gyms having a person tell you were stuff is on your first visit.

Excellent Gym with great perks and an affordable price that is just shy of that 5th Star. My wish list for this great workout spotIncludes: a Daycare, Bench press racks, and squat racks. These additions will force me to add the 5th star.Access Fitness has great membership prices, just about any machine or cardio apparatus you could want, excellent perks that include occasional free food, the black card lounge, and drink discounts.Access Fitness has an atmosphere of positivity. It really conveys the message that some of the awful behavior and bullying Ive seen at other Gyms is forbidden. Ill never see a muscle bound Police Officer working out in between open comments on womens Bodies working out near him at this gym. I love the espoused encouragement.A tractor tire for flipping would be sweet!

Purchase the black card, went to go use the tanning booths at about 7pm, and the employees were soo judgmental about it. Have been tanning before just didn’t know how to work the booths here and the lady in the back says “I can here the judgment in your voice” and they both started laughing at us because my friend and I weren’t familiar with that booth.

Had a terrible experience a while back. Was a year long member and forgot to cancel after the year. Was charged for two months that I did not use. The payments didn’t go through because my member ship was up and I switched cards. I got a text message. Noticing this I called to cancel. They would not let me cancel over the phone. They made me come down to the facility and on top of that they said they wouldn’t cancel my member ship until I paid the money for the two months I didn’t use. So I paid. I was thinking about returning but after thinking about it a little more I think I will pass. Wanted to share my experience so others don’t fall for this BS.

Staff was rude when I was in there. All I did was want to try out a day here and it was unreal how mean they were at the front desk for sure wont be back

If you dont care about COVIs, Im sure you will be fine here, but I was expecting people to wear masks going in and out of the facility, and in the locker room. This is not enforced. One staff member did not have a mask, explaining she had a medical condition. Other staff wore theirs below their noses. I know some people do not take COVID seriously, however, I do. PF did such a great job while they were closed. Other PFs take the guidelines more seriously, but I was disappointed that this one did not.

They have lots of equipment, and if you go at the right time it isnt too busy, but... its dirty.They may be spraying it with antiviral cleaners like they show in thier videos, but they arent cleaning very well. Machines are actually getting pretty gross with dust, hair, splatters (?).

Chill staff and locker rooms and showers are usually pretty clean.

Great atmosphere

One thing about planet fitness: they are pretty much the same regardless of where theyre located. The equipment is mostly logically organized, with a heavy emphasis on cardio, well maintained, and placed/spaced appropriately, especially considering the current global covid-19 crisis.The staff is attentive and someone is almost always on the floor cleaning either the equipment or locker rooms or the actual floor of the location, which is great to see. It would be nice if ALL of the staff wore their masks appropriately, but it seems that these days theres always someone in a group that wears it below their nose. Nuff said about that...Ill probably look for another gym once I relocate to Missoula, but really, this location has the basics I need to get my workout regiment accomplished, albeit with a bit of improvisation.

Well done, Missoula PF! My home club is in Louisiana but I travel a lot and have visited clubs in TX, CA, and VA. By far, Missoula has been the best club in reference to cleanliness, responsive/polite staff, and maintenance of equipment!! Keep it up!!

This gym has so much space! Even if you go at a busy time, there are enough machines that you can use what you want without having to wait! The staff are very friendly and greet you every time you come in. Overall it has been an awesome experience!

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, gym was spotless and everything is set appropriately distanced for covid.

Its great there. There are so many things to work out with and on. And there are a lot of support and encouragement.

The staff at this branch are not following cdc guidelines regarding covid-19. The staff are never wearing masks and do not enforce the customer use of masks or social distancing. When I recently cancelled my membership because of this I told them it was because I felt they were putting peoples health at risk, but they wrote under reason for leaving customer doesnt have time.

They have stolen over $300 from me. I canceled my membership back in June after they charged me for the months they were closed and said they would not charge anybodyfor and they continually still charge me even into September waste your money somewhere else this is a horrible business a complete scam. Isnt even worth a single star.

Love this place! Huge interior with lots of equipment, friendly and helpful staff, very clean environment, and the location is easily accessible. The locker room is very nice, bring a lock and you can lock up your belongings. Filtered water bottle refill station. The equipment is well maintained so there are no broken machines. TVs mounted like in other locations for entertainment while on cardio machines. Comfortable atmosphere, highly recommended.

So I moved and forgot to cancel my membership. A couple of months went by and I realized I was still being charged. No problem I thought. I can log in and cancel. Nope, not an option. Ok, a quick phone call, maybe an email. Nope. I need to either come in person or send A CERTIFIED LETTER. Perhaps the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Sleazy business practice

I like the gym, but there is 2 significant things that were not disclosed to me that will prevent me from going back and is why theyre getting two stars and why Im talking about it. What I do like is that the staff are very nice, theres always enough equipment for everybody to use thats very new although theres not a huge., l however these are the reasons that I will not be back and will not continue my contract when it unfortunately Runs Out in a year and in talking about it. One is at the advertisers being open 24/7 which was very important to me because of my schedule, it differs everyday and so I never know what time I can get there and Im not able to come there twice. Which brings me to the second thing which is affected by that, which is that youre not allowed to tan unless its been exactly 24 hours and when I say exactly I mean exactly. My doctor recommended that I do small amounts of tanning to help with vitamin D absorption, and yet if I am there on a Saturday at 5 in the afternoon and come in at noon on a Sunday Im not allowed to tan because it has not been exactly 24 hours. Because of this, I work out about 50% less than I would at a normal gym and I really really wish I would have paid just a little bit more money and gotten what I needed. This is why I will not be renewing my membership with them which sucks because I signed up for a year. I also will be telling pretty much everybody I know about, especially because I wish that I had been informed. I am disabled and so even getting there and even going to the gym is difficult and a big accomplishment, and I live too far away to make. This is not something that they tell you ahead of time and to me this was an extremely important point. So thats why I only rate them at 2 because I will not be renewing with them when the time comes for that reason. I would quit right now if I had a way to get out of the year contract. I understand trying to prevent people from tanning twice in the same day, but lets be reasonable. Coming in on different days almost 24 hours apart seems pretty reasonable to me to allow tanning exactly 24 hours its just a little bit excessive and not being open 24/7 is really not what I signed up for either. And its what is going to make me not renew with them and is what is going to make me talk about this fact with other people.

Pretty good place for cheap monthly use. Cant really beat 10$ a month. They have pretty decent equipment and easy to use for beginners. The people there are really cool and nice to approach.

I like this gym because its your every day people working out there. The membership is cheap. Even if I dont go in for a month due to injury I dont feel like its a waste of money.

For an average of $13 a month... This place cannot be beat. As much as Id like to work out a few times a week its usually only once.This is the perfect gym membership for me. The facility is clean and nice and easy to figure out.

The layout of the gym is odd. The weight machines are spread throughout the facility making it hard to do a circuit because you cannot see if someone is on your next machine. When we signed up they also conveniently forgot to tell us about the annual fee and the fact that your guest can’t use your black card benefits. I do believe I will be cancelling and going back to my previous gym which is a bummer because PF is a lot closer. Just wasn’t impressed at all.

All of the equipment is in incredible shape and you almost never have to wait for someone to get off a machine because there are plenty more just like it all around. And free for teenagers over the summer. And a fairly affordable membership.

Gyms can overwhelm me, but this one is full of people wanting you to do your best. If you ask for help staff will set you up with a trainer to help show you the ropes. And I think its a great supportive experience

Cheapest membership in town, everything is brand new, staff learned my name and face by third day. Showers are clean, wasnt afraid to go barefoot anywhere in the bathrooms. Downside: not very many floor mats for floor exercises. If youre a beginner in the workout scene, this is perfect. Its simple, theres free, individual fitness training, and theres a workout circuit you can do if youre feeling out of place or confused about what to do next.

Staff is friendly and the space is accommodating. I disagree with the other posts praising the clean restrooms. Mens toilets are wrecked. I wish theyd check them more often

Ive been going to this gym for a little over 1 year and I really enjoy it. Quiet and judgement free place, it is really a therapeutic atmosphere for me.

Only complaint is they advertise 24/7 hours but on the front of the store they’re only open 27/5, M-F 12AM to 9PM which is not 24/7 like they advertise. Other than that a good gym, if you’re not working a job where you have to close the store where you work and are unable to workout until 12AM because they close at 9PM...

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst gym I’ve ever been to. I canceled my membership about 1 year after my contract started and was still charged the annual member fee. They told me I didn’t cancel in time and that they had to charge me, it’s the way their contract and “system” work. I called and talked to corporate and the lady, Morgan was so rude and refused to refund me. I’m a new mom and really needed that money. They could have told me when I went in to cancel 4 days prior that I would be charged in 4 days because I didn’t cancel in time but in fact the manager, Lane did not. I feel like they do this to a lot of people to make extra money and it’s really unfair. I have a message in to the owner that Morgan said she would have him call but we will see. If he doesn’t call me by Wednesday then I’m calling the BBB and my bank for fraud charges. Maybe I’ll get somewhere that way. I’m not even a member anymore so how can they charge me a member fee?Edit to add: my contract was up way before the 25th and again how do you charge a member fee when I’m no longer a member? Guess I’ll be contacting my bank and the bbb tomorrow to see what my options are.

First time to join AND start going to a gym. Totally unintimidating! Everyone is helpful and Im loving it! 30 min circuit training is doable. Bikes and treadmills are easy to use, thankfully. The best is the hydromassager!! And all for a low price!

Im one of those people who are.... well more inclined to pick up a donut than a weight. This was the first Gym I ever joined, I cant complain about the price lots of perks.I was hesitant, I though people would judge me or watch me when I worked out, so not the case. This place is awesome, and the staff are friendly!

Lots of machines and a trainer to workout with is included included with your membership. The trainer is great at what he does and friendly. So is the other staff. Lots of machines and weights.

Showers appear to get cleaned once a month. Boogers and other are on the shower walls. Curtains are gross and torn. Toenails and trash in the changing rooms. Bathroom stalls have 100s of pieces of tp. By coming in regularly I see things accumulate and never go awayJust generally disgusting mens bathrooms and showers

Everywhere else that has a planet fitness they are 24/7. Here, theyre only open Monday through Thursday for the 24 hours. Friday through Sunday they close at 7pm. I left because they allow children to run around the gym. Not kids of 5-6 years old but toddlers. Staff are hardly ever at the desk for help during the day. They have 3 to 4 staff during the day, Unhelpful. No free weights at all other than dumbbells. I just would rather give my money to a gym that is a gym.

Reasonably priced. Need better weekend hours.

I am a dedicated member to another gym (4+ years now) in town and I wanted to check out Planet Fitness as it is closer to my house. However, I tried to use the Guest Pass from the Planet Fitness website and the individuals at the counter acted as if it were the first time hearing about this promotion. In addition to their lack of awareness of their online business, the gentlemen who helped me would not let me in because there was a theft issue that occurred a couple days prior and that person ruined it for everyone. Even though they had no evidence to prove that the theft was a result of letting someone in with a guest pass. The thief easily could have been a member of the gym. That being said, they did not let me workout or look around the gym and they didnt even offer to give me supervised tour with an employee. Worst service I have ever had.
