After looking at tons of places for a single tire, RNR finally made it happen. Had my tire ordered but 3pm on Wednesday and got it to the shop by 10am on Thursday. Had the tire changed within an hour. Best place ever.

Amber and the supporting technicians assisted me during my visit and they were very helpful throughout the process. She was knowledgeable and proficient and was able to provide an answer to any questions I had. Worth the visit but definitely allocate AMPLE time as the process is lengthy.

Amazing service, I’m a returning costumer and will always continue to come back. Willy and Darren put me in a new set of tires and wheels and I’m in love. Thank you big time for the great service.

Got there when they opened up at 9am had paperwork all done by 9:30am and was there till 2pm and my tires still hadnt been put on. Had to come back the next morning when they opened up and it still took them 2 hours to get my car in there shop. The sales man Will was very nice.

Have called twice to make a payment and always get placed on hold! First time was a little over 5 mins and I had to hang up. This time for over 18mins. Tired calling from another phone and they picked up never said anything and hung up! Called again and a Darren answered, Explained was going on and he said oh my goodness let me check that he was in a back office and then that call was disconnected and the call that I was on hold with for over 18mins. finally answered. And every week prior when calling to make a payment they immediately place you on hold. When they do finally get to the call you can hear laughing and cutting up in the background! I guess instead of calling a day early to give you money, I should wait till the day it is due and make them call me for the money

Had our sidewall rip on our tire and we dont even live in this town. They helped us even though they were already having to help someone after hours. So they didnt have to, they chose to out of kindness and safety. 10/10 will recommend. Dont have a price rating yet, but since they were so kind, in my opinion worth the price.

Very disappointed in the labor that put tires on my truck sales staff were excellent in their service knowledgeable and courteous however it took over 4 hours to get my tires mounted I arrived at 2p m and got my tires on at 7 p m. To long a wait I think

This is the slowest tire shop I have ever been to in my life, there were elderly people and myself waiting for over six hours for them to finish. You cant beat the deal they offered but you better bring a tent to camp out. My advice is go to the Paragould store and deal with Andy. Much better service. I will not ever recommend this store.

I have bought several sets of tire from RNR without any problems, but this time the service dept didnt make the mark. It took about 5 hours to put a set of tires on my car, hopefully next time will be better.

They are thiefs and liars. Saved my card information without my permission and then proceeded to charge it whenever they wanted to, also without my permission. When we signed the original contract, we agreed to pay X and then without warning or informing us, they changed said price to double what it was. Then threatened to call law enforcement and charge us with Theft of Property unless we agreed to pay the new amount

Not a good place to purchase, If paying over time Its a Rip off, Their interest rates should not even be allowed. Interest is like the old payday places.Your money is better spent elswhere!

The employees there were very nice to me and the store was very organized and cleaned.

I had originally heard good things about this location, but now I’m wishing I’d never gotten tires here period.I was told, and signed for, the “6 months same as cash” plan. Yeah, apparently that’s a lie. Okay, I placed $100 down and have made 33 payments at $26.05 each week. I even did this all online on their website so I wouldn’t miss a payment. Well that totals out to $959.65, which is more than the tires cost.So I emailed their Regional Manager, Brent Darnell, so I can get a copy of the contract to find out what allowed them to screw me over. He says he’ll have the store email me a copy of the contract. A week later, and nothing. So they want to enforce something they won’t provide you a copy with to see.Sounds crooked to me, especially if I stop paying on my already paid off tires, they’ll repossess them.

Best way to get tires when you are strapped for cash. If you pay them off in under six months you have no extra fees. Crew is knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back.

I had to wait for a good 20 minutes to get a single person to help me find the correct tires & rims for my Yukon. One they heard I was not doing payments, but was paying for the wheels & tires in full Cash payment, I got some service. I do however feel like I got a great deal in what I purchased, but I feel they could step up their A game on their customer service skills. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Didnt want anything fancy. Filled up a low tire on the way to get groceries and after having picked them up noticed it had lost most of the air again. Was near RnR, but pickup truck tires that are going flat isnt something they do. Glad I called from their parking lot instead of waking the baby and going in.

This staff was way better than Paragould. Very knowledgeable about the product. The prices however were way out of line. Same tires and rims online were 900 cheaper. Yes I know theres a warranty but I can buy a whole new set for 900. Geeez.

First let me say THEY ONLY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY!! about a year ago I had tires put onto a car we paid our payments etc... then one week we fell short on Money and informed them of this situation and that we would make the payment the following week. They didnt care they took my bank account into the negatives, I then get it out of the negatives for them to continuously harass for money 24/7. Also let me add that we fell short on money due to my mother being put into the hospital and being diagnosed with cancer. All payments have been made. and its been paid off just felt the need to let others know. Also the customer service is terrible. They are extremely rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RNR!!

This was a pleasant surprise. Amber was extremely helpful. I cant afford to pay $900.00 for tires so they have this $20.00 down deal, 180 days same as cash, perfect! After one page of information to fill out ( front and back, employment, references, and so forth) I was able to get much needed tires. Prior to leaving a gentleman went over everything from payments to roadside assistance. Excellent. The mechanic came in and he was very nice and courteous and gave me the keys. Total time was about an hour and a half. But I was a walk in at 0900 on a Monday morning. I would recommend.

Willy was my sales man at the jonesboro location. He is such an amazing person. He made my visit very fun and I will refer my friends and family to him.

Being in the tent to own business for over ten years I recognize poor customer service when I see it. Explained the situation on my account and was going to pay it in a couple days but they was hearing none of it. Have a small balance but I will be in a hurry to pay it off and never go back.

Was in to get tires and the store manager ended up yelling at the lady that was helping me with my tire purchase.. I got 2 sets before for my other autos and came back because of this 1 sales lady... She was trying to explain something to him and he wouldn’t listen to what she was trying to tell him.. he raised his voice to her and being very rude in my opinion..

Don’t give this company your patronage. I had a six months same as cash payment that, was according to the contract $596.I made 24 weekly payments of $26.05 which totaled $625.20 plus an additional $100 down, for a total of $725.20.Despite being overpaid by $129.20, they are saying the 6 months same as cash is not fulfilled. This company will take advantage of you in anyway possible.

Everyone was very nice a positive. Answered all my questions with very helpful answers. Going over paperwork was very fun and easy. And the Wheel and Tire Technician was very quick and clean at what he does.

This place is an atrocity and have horrible business practice. They took advantage of a single mother down on her luck, quoted her a price, fired the man who quoted her, and then charged her something different without letting her know the price difference. Can you imagine what kind of monsters do that to someone who is going through a domestic violence situation? You shouldnt treat people like that no matter their circumstances but this place added another boulder to someone who didnt need it and then swept her under the rug when she brought her concerns to them. This is not the kind of business I want in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I dont care if youre a Christian or not, but at least be a humanitarian business who cares about people and the customers who walk through your door. This is awful. Ill be writing this review on Yelp as well. Poor excuse for a business. Take your money elsewhere.

My first experience a few years ago was good I bought a set of tires and the warranty everything went great.... Im buying tires now the employees are rude I spend 20 min waiting on someone to take my payment while they are playing and joking around not even acknowledging they have a customer waiting its ridiculous.

Have bought multiple sets of tires there and everytime I call to make a payment, one paticular peraon is very rude and will never tell me how much they are taking out of my account unless I ask. Its bad that everytime is call i hope they dont answer the phone. Besides they put you on hold for 10 minutes.

My experience here at RNR in Jonesboro, Ar has been the worst I have ever seen. I had repeatedly received about 10 phone calls within the hour of people stating different things. I tried to call back and lady says I don’t know who tried to call you..... this is very irritating even from the start after being quoted an hour and it actually taking over 3 hours!!! This place is a complete joke no wonder they have such a bad turnover! Customer service is also very terrible as the lady was a complete jerk about my services.
