When I first started dealing with plum they were very nice helpful in finding me a place. I gave them a good review a year ago. When it was time to move out that all completely changed, they became very rude and hard to deal with. I left the place nicer than when I moved in. I think due to COVID it did not get cleaned and nothing was fixed. I tried to work with them, but it became very clear that they were going to penalize me no matter what I did and that they were just after my deposit. They came and inspected the unit and told me it needed 6-8 hours of cleaning. Below are pic of how I left the place. Unless you are really desperate I would not do business with them.

We have a housing voucher and I work for a hospital and they claim i got denied we really need bigger space for our family and u get thrown every curve ball .plus the business is not open for direct contact so it makes it impossible to get into a place here.I feel it was a loss of 100.00 dollars in covid crisis.this place sucks with communication skills and seems to be scaming they rented a place i was the first to apply for but refused to do the work they expected me to do it all

At all costs….DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! They will take your security deposit. They charge you for paint brushes, lightbulbs and drip pans. You would think, being a management company you would already have those items on hand, lame!! The real kicker for me is ~ 12 hours of cleaning, WHAT!?! I saw the place when they moved in & when they were moving out…at the most for cleaning, tops 5 hours! The cleaning service they use must be SNAILS!! 12 hours @ $75/hr = $900!! The cleaning service they used doesn’t come up online, perhaps their own cleaning service, nice gig to rip people off!I guess bottom line, if you’re DESPERATE & HAVE to rent from them….just know you won’t see your security deposit back.I hope this review has helped and I wish you the best in your rental search!!

Having gone through the insane Missoula housing market for the past few months, I’ve been shocked at the lack of communication from Plum in comparison to other property management companies. Plum posted on Instagram that the unit we applied for was rented, 5 days before letting us know the house had been rented to someone else. We spent $100 in application fees, and expect communication for that price. Every other property management company we’ve worked with in Missoula has alerted us in a timely fashion that we did not get a place.Additionally, we found a home elsewhere and told them to take our applications out of consideration. However, they seemed to keep our application open and days later they sent us a denial letter.I get that things are insane right now, but we all know how much money these companies make on each listing with their non-refundable application fees. Hire more competent people and get your work done in a professional way.

Rental agencies in Missoula these days are straight up the enemy. Plum, however, has been incredible helpful, responsive and courteous beyond any rental agency Ive dealt with trying to find a home. Not only did they make quick work of the entire process but went above and beyond to put deposit money back into my pocket when the situation became complicated. I feel they could have just as easily NOT accommodated me, but they did and thats amazing!Thanks to the staff at Plum (Mariah, Emily, Jennifer...I know theres others who helped, great service all around) for finding me a home and making it relatively painless. Im very pleased

Our apartment building was recently acquired by new owners and with them came Plum managing the property. Weve only had them a few months but already they have been very responsive to our concerns. Jennifer worked closely with me, guiding me through a very unique situation of some sketchy people that previous tenants let stay in a camper outside our building and they stayed when the tenants moved on. It created a very uncomfortable and unsafe environment for our neighborhood and our kids. Jennifer provided very responsive, professional and knowledgeable guidance on how to remedy the situation and worked with us and local authorities to get it under control and safe again! Carly has also been very responsive and fair when handling our concerns as well. I can tell this is a group of people who care about their properties and their tenants safety and concerns. Thanks Plum!! I would recommend anyone searching for property management companies to rent from.....to try them first.

We worked with Plum for a little over 2 years and highly recommend them for renting through as a young professional. We had some issues with tenants making our living space unsafe in our building and Plum was quick to action to help remedy the situation and address the issues. Working with Kyara has been a breeze over the years. Her and her staff made our move out during the pandemic and moving to another state easy. We received our security deposit in full in less than a week. If youre a great tenant and pay rent on time they go beyond to make sure you are happy renting with them.

Waste of your money. Don’t even bother. They’ll take your $50 application fee and then ignore you. I applied, got an email saying it didn’t have proof of income(which I obviously attached on the app). I sent it again. I called and a girl answered who was very unprofessional,Disrespectful and rude. She said she’d have someone call me back, which they didn’t. Called literally every day for a week starting at 9am up until 5pm. Literally over 20 times a day and no one answered. Then, they emailed me saying I was denied. Luckily, I already found a place.All in all, save your money. Even if you got approved I doubt you’d want to deal with these people. Just a heads up for the good folks of Missoula.

Our air conditioner died and Plum’s wonderful staff pulled together and worked tirelessly, even through the weekend, to get us a new air conditioner as fast as possible!!! They were really concerned about us during the heat wave, and they emailed with regular updates and got two technicians to our place right away! Plum management and staff are awesome!

Awful! They charged us multiple times a fee of $35 and said it was for various reasons. Come to find out some of them they should not have charged us for. Cleaned exceptionally well when we moved out and even painted some spots on the walls. We even used the carpet cleaning company they suggested!!! Still took over half our deposit. Terrible company that will nickel and dime you till you get sick of them.

My husband & I applied for one of their rentals. It was $150 for our applications but we loved the property & decided it was worth it. They didnt keep us updated on our application (which was done through a 3rd party). They gave us multiple deadlines of when we would hear back. Those deadlines came and went without a call. It took them almost a week to get back to us. I sent an email telling them that we had given other properties we had applied for a deadline too. And told them I was unhappy with their response time. They blamed COVID-19 which was a lie. They had our application completed and in their their hands. We ended not getting the property and lost other properties as well because of their unprofessional behavior. Do NOT rent from them.

DO NOT RENT FROM PLUM! At first, they seemed fine. Slightly unprofessional and bad at communicating, but overall--fine. As time went on, it became clear to us that the people in charge of Plum Property Management are not only incompetent, they were consistently rude and dishonest. They claimed we were responsible for damages due to the overflow of a broken toilet their repairman had claimed to fix, which ended up totaling over $3000. Plum consistently denied fault, and when we objected to the charges and pointed out that they had NO PROOF IT WAS OUR FAULT, the owner was extremely rude and basically told us to stop contacting them and take it up with their lawyer. As young, broke college students, we were afraid to get into any sort of legal battle. Again, do not rent with Plum. We were taken advantage of on multiple occasions. Its obvious that once they screw you out of money they will continue to do it. The people who run this business are crooks.

I could write a novel about how kind and accommodating this company is, but Ill keep it short and sweet as best I can. Plum operates a multitude of properties around Missoula, owned by all kinds of people...the task of managing the wants and needs of owners, with the wants and needs of tenants is astonishingly difficult and these guys do a FANTASTIC job of it! The reason people leave stingy reviews I have found is because those folks are unwilling to recognize that some compromise is a part of renting; Plum is just the intermediary between owners sometimes on a tight budget and tenants that sometimes act like they own the property they rent. These people expect a level of service that is unreasonable out of any company, and so of course will always come away disappointed. For me, every time I have had to communicate with my property manager, they have been extremely forthcoming with as much information as they can, and have been accommodating to requests that most other property management companies wouldnt even bat an eye at. They have been quick to start remedies for issues with my unit and always prompt with meaningful correspondence to answer any questions I had. I recommend Plum to ANYONE looking for an affordable apartment paired with a management company you can TRUST to take care of you! Thanks so much guys!!!

More Property than any actual Management. They require repeated reminders to have something as simple as a plow or mower come through. Rental costs always increase, while any meaningful attention paid to the properties lays stagnant or disappears completely.

This is my first time ever getting my own place (so as all 19 year olds I have no credit) but they over looked that fact and will be having us pay a double deposit. We had reserved one of their properties because we were planning to be in the area for a family event; however, a storm hit from our state into Montana, causing our extended family to reschedule the event. I worked with Josh Plum and Amy Peterson who were both understanding and quick to do some shuffling so that we could move our reservation! I was amazed by how wonderful they were to work with in such a stressful situation for us. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

As an Owner of Rental Property, I had the worst experience with Plum Property Management. They care only about their bottom line. I have 50+ rentals in different towns in Montana and have 6 different property management companies currently managing them. After 2 years of Plum managing a property in Florence,MT for me I had to Beg to part ways, Josh wanted to charge me a huge fee for breaking our contract. I let him know I would wait till contract was up to part ways. When I called to transfer everything to new management company, they said they renewed my contract and again wanted to charge me a fee. After several calls and complaints they finally agreed to release me from the contract. Then proceeded to charge me for unnecessary stuff(still no answer what it was for) and send it to collections without trying to contact me. After asking for Invoice detailing what charges were for I got some crazy spread sheet That my accountant couldn’t understand. To prevent damage to my credit I paid the collection company and washed my hands of them. I don’t like writing negative review but this one was earned by Josh and his Every Changing Crew.

This review is in regards to their storage units and not their housing options.The units are climate controlled and secure, however the office personal are disorganized and unresponsive. Getting the storage unit rental was a time consuming hassle. Tim was difficult to get a hold of and gave me differing information. When he gave me the keyfob to the building, upon my arrival the unit had a padlock on it forcing me to call and wait 20 minutes for someone to come and unlock the unit. The unit was dusty and had drywall debris all over it, but it worked.Ending the rental agreement was more of a nightmare. In order to close the storage unit, one must fill out a paper document, but the office is closed due to COVID, and noone picks up the phone unless you select the option to inquire about a new property. I filled out the paperwork and put it in their drop box and was told someone would contact me either that day or later that week. After calling them once a week for three weeks each time being told I would be contacted that week, they finally gave me someones email instead. I suppose it was too much to expect them to be able to communicate to each other that a customer needed a callback. After sending an email, I finally was able to close my account, but only after a snide paragraph on how their policy is different than other storage places and that the delay was because they have an extensive checklist to perform to ensure a proper move out. The only problem with that is THIS WAS NOT A MOVE OUT, IT WAS A 5x9 STORAGE UNIT. If it takes three weeks for a company to process someone no longer needing a rental closet, and they are unable to properly forecast an ETA as to when it will be closed, perhaps it may be time to look for new people to manage your business. It was clear I was $50 bucks a month to them and nothing more.It is evident that Plum Property Managements storage business is a sloppy tack-on to their property management business with no clear business model or direction. It is a blatant cash grab with no regard for the customer experience. I have no idea how they are as a landlord, but as a storage company, it was the most clustered, unorganized, dumbfounding experience I have ever had in that industry.Whoever runs this company should be ashamed of themselves.

We were baited into application fees for an apartment that was never available to begin with. After multiple calls and never getting back to us. In the middle of questioning why, when we were first in line for the place, that someone else had gotten it. It took me an hour and a half, talking with 4 different people and 3 hangups on their end to be told that the property had been filled within 20 minutes of our application approval and then to be told I was snide and rude for asking what was going on in a very calm manner, it was then thrown in my face that they will go out of their way to deny our application and to go through a different property management company. This is a great place to look for a new home if you enjoy an absolute clown fiesta of social skills and competency.

For the first half of my lease, plum was nice to work with. In the second half, they ignored maintenance requests, refused to acknowledge several emails about cleaning the apartment, and then took about 40% of my security deposit for made up cleaning charges. Would strongly reccomend renting elsewhere.

We absolutely loved our vacation rental we stayed at in Missoula with Plum Properties. It was a charming and comfortable little house, well located property and close to everything.The attention to detail was great, the shower had toiletries, the kitchen had coffee, the beds were comfortable!, there was a kids swing in the back, and a pack and play ready for use in the closet (as a mom you notice these things). Our interaction with the property managers, Amy and Josh, was great. They communicated well prior to check-in and were available if we needed anything during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at this property and working this management company. Great experience!!!

These people are amazing!!! My wife and I have used them to operate the day to day activities of our business and we couldnt be happier. Jennifer and Josh are good people and they truly care about the success of our business. Any time we have a concern, Josh and his team are on it. Nothing goes untouched and I like that because we are very detail oriented people. When I call with a concern, question or suggestion, most other people would give me a thousand reasons why it couldnt be done and Josh just asks WHEN I want it done. I like that about him. A true problem solver.If you have a business or investment property, I wouldnt hesitate even for a second recommending them. They truly are an outstanding team of people. They are the worst! They lied and said I needed new carpets. I took pictures the day I left showing the carpets were great. They went in and lied to a judge which each lie is a count of perjury. They said they needed all new carpets and listed numerous things that they also did nothing about. The house is for sale so a realtor friend of mine took me in. They changed none of the carpets at all. They didnt even get them cleaned and pocketed 5k ish. These people are truly dishonest, and a disgrace to real estate management companies. Rent elsewhere or beware!

Do you like paying fees without getting any notice to fix the issue first? This place has you covered! I got charged for something that was on my move in check list and lost that part of my deposit. Now you may ask, why not bring this issue up? Well I would but it took the company 3 months to get me my deposit check back in the first place the last thing I was going to do was argue with them about this. Oh, on top of that poor administration caused them to send my check to the wrong address, THE ONE I JUST MOVED OUT OF. They wanted me to pay the $30 cancellation fee for the check for their mistake. They eventually relented and said I spoke to my supervisor, it turns out it was an administrative error on our end and we wont charge you. Oh you dont say? The point Ive been making to you guys for the last 2 months. Also, the person who was working on my issue moved to a different company and no one followed up with me, no turn over or anything. Just had to call and wait a week to get a call back. I could go on and on, but honestly whos going to actually read this post this far down?

If you rent from Plum, prepare to be stolen from. I am a home owner, a rental property owner, a business owner and employer. I assure you that being a land lord can be tough but you can run an honest business and still make money without being crooked. Plum likes the extra you get from being crooked. I became involved with Plum when helping my elderly mother move into a small apartment from her home as she was no longer able to manage her large home alone and needed to be closer to me. I was originally very put off by the sheer amount of very personal information they required including bank statements, car insurance, drivers license, from me as well as my mother even though I was not living there. It went down hill from there. Even though we had set up automatic payments from the bank, they repeatedly claimed they did not received the rent and charged a $95.00 late fee. The dispute process was there was no dispute process. I verified with the bank each time it happened and the check had in fact been sent. The first time I called my bank I told the member service rep who the vendor was and she laughed, saying she used to be a tenant there and they did the exact same thing to her. The second time it happened I again called the bank and this time the member service rep said they heard from a lot of Plum tenants with the same problem. I asked if this was a common occurrence with other vendors and he said no, he had only heard of it with regard to Plum. The apartment was brand new and had not been cleaned when Mom moved in. Every single surface was covered in construction dust. I complained and they said they would not require a clean up when she moved out. When mom moved to a nursing home vacating in the first couple weeks of March they robbed her of her nearly half of her deposit despite the fact that I paid to have the place professionally cleaned. They gave her a $50 dollar credit for my having to clean the place top to bottom. They demanded the blinds be cleaned as they were dusty, though they were covered in sawdust and dry wall powder when Mom moved in. They claimed the furnace filter was dirty though it was a brand new filter literally put in the day before their inspection. The thermostat never worked properly from the day she moved in, the hot and cold water was reversed on the kitchen faucet, and there was no heat register on a heat vent in her outside storage closet when she moved in. I asked several times for these things to be repaired, they never were. She heated and air conditioned a storage unit the entire time she was there because they refused to install the register. They charged her to replace the fancy light bulb outside her apartment, in the hallway common area which someone had stolen while she lived there. They charged her for cleaning the glass ceiling light fixtures when she moved out though they were full of construction dust and grime when she moved in and remained so when she moved out because I refused to get a ladder and climb up and clean them, the light diffusers covering the recessed ceiling lights fell out while she lived there. I asked for them to be repaired, they never were then they charged her to replace them when she moved out! On and on it went. Mom got $800 back of a $1500 deposit, all of which they charged her for clean up. The did a pre inspection when we vacated the place, gave a brief time to remedy the issues they identified (a few legitimate small wipes of a cleaning rag the cleaner had missed) but mostly patently ridiculous. We went in and did everything they demanded. Then they did a final reconciliation and charged for everything they identified in the move out inspection. Apparently they pay their cleaner, which we all know never happened, a lot more than they valued my 8 hours of construction clean up when she moved in which they valued at $50.00. Bottom line is they are complete crooks. Very pleasant when your moving in, but WATCH OUT for how they are once youve signed on the line! many PMs are tough, this is the only just plain crook Ive dealt with. Beware!

They are not willing to talk about questions/issues, and choose to simply just ignore them. They took my application fee and ran away with it. They have an inability to respond in a timely manner. Their policies on pets are archaic and awful, they treat them as if theyll destroy the property.I tried to adopt a cat from the Humane Society. After attempting to contact a property manager everyday this week, they finally responded on Thursday stating there is a $500 deposit (the receptionists on the phone said $200), plus a $50 monthly rent. On top of this, they needed vaccination records for the pet, which I could not get unless I already adopted the cat.

We had a dispute with our previous landlord making it very difficult to find a pm that would rent to us but plum worked very well with us. They always responded promptly to requests and questions and had a welcoming attitude. Deposit refund was very reasonable, a common thing that renters have an issue with is they feel they are over charged for move out fees and lose a lot of their deposit but I did not have that experience with Plum at all. Overall very please and would highly recommend rent from them !

Just a terrible company and they deserve zero stars. We rented through professional property management for years without an issue. With Plum we had numerous conflicts throughout the entire rental period. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and would find any way possible to charge you fees. I lived in Florence in an old 3 bedroom house that was taken care of by Plum Property Management. Every experience I had with them was extremely pleasant, because they cared about their tenants and the property. They were understanding and when there was a problem it was dealt with in a timely fashion. We were never micro-managed as tenants, but were expected to be respectful to the property, it was nice having a family-oriented business that could be trusted as our landlord. Plum Property Management is an excellent and professionally driven company and I am sad that they no longer manage our property, I wish they still did.Thanks for everything!

We woke up one day to NO WATER! Plum property management is a JOKE, they never notified ANYONE about shutting off the water? All of a sudden I go to turn on the sink and nothing comes out! This is extremely unprofessional, no notifications at all no warning that I wasn’t going to have water in a home I own! I do not recommend plum property management at all EVER!

As an owner of a vacation cabin I wanted someone to manage the rental on occasion through VRBO. I have been most pleased with the results after one year with Plum. They handle everything and at the end of the year their paperwork enables me to just hand it to the CPA and forget about it. They are on top of it and have their own cleaning and maintenance people. Unknown to me another one of my friends uses Plum to manage an investment condo he owns. Plum Property Management are a very unethical and unprofessional group of people. Upon moving out of our apartment, Plum produced a move out checklist incorrectly labeling problem spots. As tenants, we were told (both in writing and in verbal communication) not to worry about several items on their move out checklist, as they would be handled by the property owner. Plum then delayed in returning our security deposit. Upon receiving our deposit, we were charged for items marked for the owner of the property. Plum calls this discrepancy a clerical error, but they refuse to re-evaluate their security deposit. This seems very at the very least unethical procedure, if not fraud. As tenants, we feel we were lied to and betrayed. I would strongly advise against renting from Plum Property Management.

Worst experience ever.My roommates and I were applying to one of their properties and got all the paperwork filled out and submitted that we needed to. They then asked for extra, unusual information, we readily provided it every time they asked. When they finally decided they had enough information, they never got back to us for days. When we finally got a hold of them today, they had already filled the apartment during the time they were requiring we submit useless information.If you like working with kind, accountable professionals, look elsewhere.

Dont rent from these people. They will take as much money from you as possible! We rented a tiny apartment 1bed 1 bath from them on 3rd st. They charged us $820 for rent! Yes its a kind of nice location (not once the shelter across the streat opens) and the place looks nice but it is built with cheap materials but they still charge an arm and a leg to get it replaced even if the tiniest scratch I on it. This management place will take whatever money they can get you so dont expect a deposit back from them because we didnt get our from just a couple of scratches on the floor and they charged us to clean it even though I spent an entire day cleaning. And they even charged me for the inspector to drive over there 4 timess!!!! Please try and avoid these people, they are not nice.

I am staying at a vrbo in a plum property management apartment complex for 8 weeks. The team st PPM has been wonderful since I arrived. They have helped me solve small issues such as not being able to access Hulu on the tv, and getting extra clean linens. They have been very quick to respond whenever I contact them, and they are so friendly to work with! The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Very happy with my experience here!

Just another pack of slumlords looking to nickle and dime you to death. I really do wish the worst for you folks - you deserve every bad thing that comes your way in life.They cancelled our garbage service pickup without telling us at all. No call. No letter. I thought someone had stole our trashcan, but come to find out they have actually LOST THE CONTRACT ON THE HOUSE THAT WE ARE LIVING IN. We do not KNOW WHO OWNS THIS PLACE and, again, THEY DID NOT TELL US ABOUT THIS. When we asked, the little girl who answered the phone responded, Well, let me get back to you on that. Surprise: SHE NEVER DID!Its nearly a month into this new, mysterious lease and we have still received no letter, no phone call, no email. The new landlord knocked on our door once and left. Didnt leave any sort of contact info. How nice!I ASK YOU: IS IT ANY SURPRISE THAT EMPLOYEES ARE RUNNING FROM THIS COMPANY, THAT THE PERSON HOLDING OUR LEASE CHANGED TWO TIMES, OR THAT EXISTING EMPLOYEES ARE UNHELPFUL? I CAN TELL YOU WHY: IT IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE WORKING FOR CRIMINALS! But dont take my word for it! Take only the FOUR OUTSTANDING LAWSUITS LEVELED AT PLUM THIS VERY INSTANT -- ALL FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON.So, I stand by what I said in my original review: You people - that is, you subhumans who run this company - deserve all the very worst in life. They will not give you ure full deposit back even if you are staying thru the company. It took them over a month to give us are deposit back and then we had to fight them about stuff they charged us for. that we got some back. and when we moved in company they made us double deposit. Do not rent threw them if you dont want ure deposit back. They are horrible.

DO NOT RENT. I along with 3 other roommates rented from Plum Property over approximately 3 years. They would over charge for everything. For instance, I am a college student and I went home for Christmas break and I sent me check in late (1 day late). They charged me a 100 dollar late fee. Are you serious! This was after having been a tenant for 2 years and not once having a late fee. BUT THATS NOT ALL! Plum then sent collections and charged each tenant 400 dollars after moving out. My roommates and I took our information to a lawyer and they said the terms of the lease were illegal... ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT FROM PLUM!

We thought we were on good terms with Plum. They always responded on maintenance issues and the people were pleasant. A few days ago we got a call from a person we never heard of (turns out she was a replacement for our former agent who moved). This woman sounded like a bill collector and demanded in a loud and forceful voice, payment $70.00 for 2 insurance violations. She said we had let our renters insurance lapse. She even mentioned the words insurance fraud. When we proved this did not happen - their story shifted. It was now because we did not have renters insurance when we moved in. We proved we did. Then in December we got a call stating we did not have Plum listed as interested party on our insurance policy. It was a mistake since the agent should have told us this at lease signing. They waited 6 months to tell us but we added them to the policy like they wanted right away. Now over 2 months later they want us to pay 2 insurance violation fees at $35.00 each since both our names are listed on the policy. They insist its our fault and will not budge on their attempt to collect $70.00 from us. We are Never late on our rent. We are two older disabled vets and we are a married gay couple. But Plum refers to us as roommate 1 and roommate 2 . So we can pay the fine twice I guess. Ive contacted the ACLU and they are interested in this case. Check out the comment on the Better Business Bureaus site. Some very similar things about unfair fees are going on. Its like they lay awake at night figuring how to assess lease violation fees on people. All of our past landlords loved us as renters but Plum is an entirely different animal. We still cannot figure these people? Why they are doing this and refuse to discuss the matter. Maybe a judge can make better sense of it. Avoid the headaches and abuse. There are plenty of other property management companies here that actually appreciate good renters.

Very disappointed by this company and their service. My fiancé and I went and looked at an apartment and fell in love with it. We applied for it and were told after we had paid the application fees that the apartment was no longer available and someone else was already moving in. I was heartbroken and confused as to why they were still allowing people to view the place and had it advertised both on their website and other apps like it was available. Something fell through with the people who were going to move in, because we were once again called by Plum and told that the apartment was now available. They told us IN WRITING that we were next in line to get the apartment after we turned in the paperwork. We did and communicated with them how much we were still interested, and they made it seem like everything was working in our favor. We waited a few days for them to finish processing our applications before bugging them again. They then proceeded to tell us that someone else had gotten the apartment. We were very confused and upset, so we tried to understand why. They seemed very cold and uncaring regarding the matter. They told my fiancé that he was snide and told him that they were going to deny our applications because they didn’t feel like we would have a “good business relationship” and that we should go through a different property management company. I felt like they put us on an emotional rollercoaster, and I don’t understand how they can treat people like this.

Weve been in our apartment for about two years now, and Plum Property acquired the property a little over a year ago. Ive had some horror stories with other rental agencies before, but Jen and Josh have been good to my wife and I over the last year. The transition between our previous landlord and Plum went smoothly. Theyve been good about any service troubles weve had, and in general theyve been friendly and professional whenever weve spoken with them. Yes, on occasion, they take some time to respond to non-urgent matters, but its a business and these things happen. If it didnt I wouldnt know what to say.The bottom line is: Plum Property has been good to me. Theyre not perfect (and who is, really?) but theyre definitely better than the other PPM in town.
