Rude, Rude, RUDE!!!!Denied my sister and daughter service.Told me there is no yellow polished, cut every single finger of mine during my full set with the nail file. Cut both of my big toes as well with file. Insulted me the entire time about how i look and my size. Tried to charge me $365 then $316 when my actual total was $270. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. All of the staff was rude, kept looking at me and laughing. It was just a horrible experience, especially on Christmas Eve. I didnt even get the design i wanted, and the nail tech showed me the picture of her work. She gave me her phone and told me to choose a picture, chose one and just changed the color. I ended up with 6 ombre nails and 4 glass.

Theyve done a really amazing job preparing thier facility for customers during this pandemic. They cleaned up very well and they adhere to the health codes. And as usual, they are pretty great nail techs.

I had a great experience today. The Male Nail Tech I had did a wonderful job on my Nails and Pedicure.

Got a gel refill & my nail broke the very next day so I went back to get it fixed. This is when I saw their price list stating that service was $28. I notified an employee that I was overcharged for my service to which she responded there is “no such thing” as a gel refill... despite us being about 6 feet away from the large menu that lists refill as the second gel service provided as well as another employee previously confirming that a gel refill is in fact $28. Once I saw they simply weren’t going to work with me, I left & filed a dispute with my bank. Beware that these workers unfortunately are very willing to overcharge you & will simply pretend that they haven’t when confronted. will not be returning.

I have been going for 20 yrs. They do good nails.

Nails were bulky on the back, not shape to good, rushing my mom to pay and when I asked for regular nail polish she said my toe nails were small so I had to get gel never had a problem like this before vans nails is better than that. She charged $50 she kept changing prices.

This nail salon has an overwhelming chemical smell making it hard to breathe. The staff blatantly talks about you in front of your face to other staff in the salon in their language. I, however, understood what was happening and let the nail tech know that if she has something to say, she should say it to me directly. She insisted she wasnt talking about me. I told her she was. This particular nail tech seemed clueless on how to do pink and white nails. Fearing she would mess it up, I questioned her about what she was doing. Not feeling confident in her ability to do nails correctly, I immediately told her to cut off the nails she had glued on, promptly stood up, and left. The strong chemical smell paired with the incessant gossiping in your face assuming you wont understand is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere. In fact, I recommend Kings Nails less than 5 minutes away. Never Artistic Nails again for me. Never.

Very dirty, and unsanitary. The nail tech doing my nails was more concerned with trying to get me to do my eyebrows than painting my nails. My hands and my feet were terribly done, and messy. A total waste of time and money. Don’t go there. The very popular eyebrow station is so disgusting, they quadruple dip in the wax. The eyebrow scissors, and tweezers sitting in the barbicide blue water is filled with hair and what looks like fungus. The place is extremely dirty. Save yourself the possible infection go somewhere else.

Tony did a great job on my daughters nails on Sunday morning. I would definitively recommend him.

This place is horrible there is always a problem there with one of the clients every time I have gone there. This time i went with my emotional support dog which is hipo allergenic and is not even 10 pounds. And they told me I couldn’t be there because of rules. I’m like what rules do you even know the laws. Emotional Support Animals are allow everywhere and the law is in their side.

This is probably the WORST nail salon in south Florida they’re extremely unsanitary and they can’t do nails for nothing and if you tell them you don’t like it they get upset.. and it always smells of strong nail acrylic in there... I wish i could give it 0 stars..listen to the reviews and avoid this place at all costs..

Love this place before the pandemic went after the pandemic and had the worst quality of service, found a new shop closer to my home.

I came in to get a full set, an old man started doing my feet. He did not clean my cuticles properly he used a very light hand to scrub my feet with two strokes and then patted my feet. He asked me if I wanted regular nail polish or gel I told him regular because the work he did was not worth gel nail polish. He did not apply nail polish but smeared on it was all over my skin. He then asked me if I was ready to get my nails done by him, I told him that if he was the one doing my hands that I prefer to not get it done at all the owner said that he was the only one available to do my nails I paid the $21 and left without even letting my toes dryThis place is horrible if I wanted a quick job done on my feet I could’ve just did it at home instead of going to pay money for it.

I love the way they do my eyebrows. The owner of the shop shes the best technician she did my nails today exactly the way I wanted and was patient. Theres one guy though that always messes up nails and he doesnt listen . So I cant give 5 stars

Been going here for over 3 years. I left about 6 months ago and never returned due to bad customer service and greed for money. Ive been loyal for years and all they could worry about is money after i told them i no longer want gel put on my toe nail due to it coming off because of the light from the machine made my toe nail weak and end up falling off. My nail tech got upset and started to talk about me, keep trying to force me to get it any ways thinking i didnt want it because of money after i told him why. Told me not to come back to him anymore after 3 plus years. Messed up my feet when polishing it and got upset because he had to fix it due to him rushing. Need better customer service skills and workers.

Ive been coming here for 5 or 6 years only for eyebrows. . . I ask the lady to wash her hands she says her put sanitizer. I say no with Actual Soap. She looks at my like I cursed at her. Lady youve been playing with peoples feet all day day now you think sanitizer is going to suffice with your hands now on my face. No lady. Then shes double, triple, quadrupled dipped the same stick into the the same wax that they use on everyone. Na. I ask her to put Alcohol & aloe on my eyebrows she was completely lost! They do a good job & its only $7 but my health is more important.

Omg where do I begin. They were so rude it made me cry. Theres A woman there that did my nails and I liked her work but when I came back the next time I asked for her and she looked me in my face and said that was a different woman shes not here today. Then eventually the man next to her said shes busy go to the other guy hell do it. Instead of saying she didnt want to do it.I mean really?! So ignorant to me.

I use to frequent this salon untill feburary 2nd 2019... I took my mother in to do her nails and eyebrows. Long story short my mother is not a regular when it comes to grooming eyebrows, so she was taken advantage of. The worker did eyebrow tint but never wax her eyebrows. I didnt notice the mishandling untill I went to pay for both her and I nails. I have never know salons to Tint without arching or waxing. This salon does not respect the customer Dollar

Worst customer service, my nail chipped a day after set, I went and spoke to the owner to repair he said ok but then some lady jumped in insisting to help so I sat in her area, she started and stopped to service two other clients, she tried to pass me off to a young lady who ignored me and serviced another client, then she tried to pass me To a 3rd worker and I said excuse me can you finish my nail since you started (mind you it’s one nail, only 1!) it, she opens her eyes wide and started to yell at me with this mask on her face, I tell her have a nice day to avoid argument and then look for the manager and the associate with a smirk replies he’s not here and idk when he’ll be back, I stepped outside to speak to my husband and return and the lady who started my nail puts the polish back that I needed, I say hello is anyone going to assist me, dead silence... I walk to this small closet they have and open the door and see the owner sitting and eating quietly. I explain to him what’s going on he agrees to fix it and seems apologetic but never apologized, I explain that I have been going there for years and spent 119 the day before, and the ladies who started my nail walked by and looks at me disrespectfully, these people do not respect people they simply want your money and could careless about providing basic customer service! I will never step foot in here although I really enjoyed my nail tech Tina. But my respect is worth more the acrylics... below is the rude worker

My nail techs are Vann👌👍👊, then Lin and Lu🤗 the wife & husband owners. Patron of 10 yrs or more. With more cleaning and better air quality (DOOR SHUT AT times /AIR CONDITION EXHAUST, VENTILATION OF FRESH AIR FLOW), fumes from nail polish or the powder is STRONG / SMELLY/POWERFUL at times, it will be an outstanding place.OVER time somethings change as in prices, for CERTAIN SERVICES & DEPEND UPON WHAT YOU WANT, but QUALITY SERVICES AND SATISFACTION FOR YOUR HARD EARNED $$$ DOLLARS SHOULDNT BE EITHER ONE OF THEM. The LANGUAGE BARRIER IS STRANDED at times due to theyre hard to understand or we dont understand if they get what we say or want (vice versa🤔😖). Techs are are either Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean are Phillippine. No black or white workers! They did have 2 very skilled Spanish ladies a while ago.The RELAXED ATMOSPHERE or CALMNESS OF A SALON EXPERIENCE is LOST with the constant chatter of their language and open distractions of customers on their phones and constant walking about. (Run thru as another Ma-me or Mr 😕)... especially if they are booked ahead, or packed that day or weekend hours 😔.

I went to get my nails done yesterday and the polish has already started to come off on several nails. The guy who did my pedicure also acted as if he didnt want to be there. He wasnt enthusiastic at all while doing my pedicure. Theyve obviously thinned the nail polish out with remover, which is why it doesnt last. Im Very upset!

Worse salon I’ve ever been to DO NOT go here I went in on a busy Saturday night I had to wait 1hr while they called everyone before me even though I signed in on a sign in sheet. I wanted a regular mani pedi but she upsold me to a gel pedi and mani which had bubbles in it bc she didn’t do properly 4 days later the nail polish is peeling off whole and I paid $60 I pay cheaper at the pembroke lakes mall and it last me 3-4 weeks then I call to tell the man that stands at the front what’s going on and he catches an attitude with me and tells me I have to come in and see if the lady that did my nails is here bc if she’s not I have to come back another day. So I told him no that’s a waste of my time the manager will have to do it or whoever and he goes no don’t argue with me 😑 The worse customer service! DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible customer service!!!! Why spend your money at a business that does not appreciate you and your money. I was referred there 3 weeks ago by a co-worker and my tech was ok. A young lady was in front of me and was asking her guy to fix something on her acrylic. Her tech started talking about her in their native language with all the other techs. The client got upset and an argument ensued ending wirh the mgr cursing her out and calling her b÷=%/h. The level of disrespect was undeniably wrong on so many levels. The client ended up walking out without paying. A couple of days ago i went to refill my set. I figured well my guy was ok and the place was packed. Maybe the young girl had a previous issue. Well my tech this time was VERY rough with my hands. I went there to cut my acrylics have it reshaped and refilled. When he started to shape them they were extremely squared. I asked him to round them, he started right away with an attitude and told me if he was going to round them more he would have to charge me extra. WHAT! He didnt apologize when the drill almost cut my cuticle and only began to act professional and courteous when it was time to pay. Needless to say he got NO TIP. They have no respect and if u continue to go, it will only be a matter of time that you feel what i have experienced twice. I will NOT be returning. Spread the word.

They have poor customer service and the lady cut my toe and then tried to act like it was no big deal. Then thought she was getting paid. The owner tried to take three dollars off the service. After the service could not be completed because my toe was continuously bleeding. Their not clean and I dont know how their still in service.

I had the most horrible experience today. I normally go to Mary but she was taking awhile so I decided to go to someone else and there were three ppl available and the owner says oh they dont want to do it!!! Then a Caucasian lady walks in and they jump up to take her!! I was appalled and will take every opportunity to tell ppl not to go there!! My friend use to go there and stop going because they were rude!!

Terrible customer service. They get upset with because you ask for a particular nail tech. While I was waiting for a particular nail tech, I asked that someone else do my eyebrows but because I wanted someone else to do my nails and feet, they refused to do my eyebrows, told me to wait for the other person and she can do everything. Needless to say i wont be coming back.

This was my first and last time going to this place first of all I went to spend money I wanted my nails and my feet the lady didnt do my feet good and she cut me nobody knows how to do designs away from one guy which I had to wait till he was done I showed him my design and he didnt tell me up front that he couldnt do it he did something else it was ok until he did the other hand and he mess up call himself trying to fix it by putting stones on the nail to hide his mistakes he also cut me and the nails he put on me or the wrong size I can still see my nail in the corners wish I could put up a picture but I think I was clear.

This place should not be open. The service is horrible. I would never go back... please be aware
