Love love love this place! The brothers and mom do an amazing job. They are so invested into their customers; we feel like family when we visit. I will not go anywhere else for nail service. They take walk-ins, but appointments are HIGHLY recommended. Be prepared to tip in cash only.

This was my first time going to this Salon. Teresa did my pedicure and eyebrows. She is excellent and took very good care of me, and kept asking if I was ok and if this is the way I want my toes polished and making sure my eyebrows were on point. All of the staff welcomes you with open arms and treat you like your part of their family. I love the service and the people. I would definitely recommend this place. Everyone thank you for making me feel welcome.

My first time going here today.. and I must say this was one of my best nail experiences I’ve had since living in Miami. The staff is precise, talented and genuine. They truly care about each client and do their best to satisfy your needs. George really took care of me today! He was kind, patient funny and attentive! He did his thing on my nails. And I felt like I was at a spa with my amazing pedicure! I walked out feeling better than when I came in and that’s what it’s all about! I truly recommend this salon! And I can’t wait to return!!! What an amazing nails salon. Came here because my friend recommended this place a few times so i thought why not. And yes so glad that i did. This nails salon was so good. They made my nails looked perfect and gorgeous. My tech was meticulous and caring, and she gave out a whole bunch of good advises. Just love it. The salon was clean and well organized as well. Hello! I had such a great experience! It truly feels like a family. I had a great discussion with my nail tech Hoanh. We talked about a lot and i felt as if he was super genuine! He was very thorough with both my Pedicure and Gel Manicure, I did white nails for my toes, and for my nails i did I Am What I Amethyst OPI it is a pastel lighter blue. It looked great before the matte finish as well, but I decided to go with matte this time! I love it

I guess this place doesn’t need new customers. Walked in for a full set of acrylics and the tech was on 2 phones the whole time. Sat down and he informs me that he’s going to be taking a call in an hour. Shoddy work, no pride in what he’s doing. Shapeless nails despite having shown him a picture of what I wanted. No hand washing despite blowing his nose twice. Never coming back.

Amazing service super nice and clean place

The overall experience was amazing. The guy who my manicure (Tony) was patient and took his time with me. He made sure that everything was even and fit what I was going for. The girl who did my pedicure (Mimi) was nice and also took her time. I highly recommend!!!

After waiting 30 minutes beyond our reservation time with the reasoning being “we want the three of you to be able to sit together” they then proceeded to take only one of us, and the other two waited some 10-15 minutes. What is the point of a reservation for 3 when you over book and can’t even put everyone together?After the wait and group splitting, the experience was quite pleasant. My tech was wonderful. She was caring and careful, and was very thorough. No reason not to recommend this place, just be prepared that your reservation may not matter and you may still have to wait.

So upset i loved my nails my first visit. but my second time in i asked for dip, paid for dip and got acrylic.

I was in town and looking to get my nails done with my sister and this was the closest salon near us there was one guy he was so nice and funny and he made are time great there but almost every body else were very rude. They were trying to do everything so quickly and just rushing everything. My nails were cute but they do look like I placed them on myself. The place was also very expensive but I can understand y it could be. They did play some good songs that’s for sure.

Worst customer service! I just moved to this area and was looking for a good nail salon. Reviews below were decent so I thought I would give it a try. I come and they put me with owners mom who doesnt speak English and has no soft skills. I was trying to explain her and the technician next to her that I have ingrown nails and I dont want them to cut on the side and just pull dead skin. She was not understanding me. Then finally when I said she is hurting me she got upset and told me to leave and look for another place and took it very personally. When I try to talk to owner and explain what happened they just ignored me and didnt say a word. The front desk person also stayed quiet. It is a family business and clearly they dont need new customers. I do not need their business either and happy to spend my money in a professional salon. Maybe some of the technicians are good but the fact that owners simply ignore customers already shows me that this business will eventually go down.

I really enjoy coming here to get my eyebrows and nails done. I Been coming here to do my eye brows for 12 years and they treat me so well. Everyone who works here is nice and they treat me like family. Great place! I honestly never done my eye brows or nails anywhere else. Only at dimond nails❤️

This was my first time coming here and the service was AMAZE-BALL. From the moment I walked through the door I felt the friendly at home environment. Troy did my full set and Alvin did my pedicure, both are funny. Troy is great at his craft. Alvin was careful and precise while doing my color.I recommend going there!

I wish I could post photos so you can see the results. They are not careful at all.. was my second time and will be the last. They charged me for a full set if I went for a fill, my nails shape are sideways and big and square, also different sizes. look super fake and ugly.The worst part was when the man who did my nails hurt all around of them using the machine because they are not careful. So every time he uses the coat or any product on top it hurts and feel burning (I still feel the pain). I left with 4 fingers bleeding right next to my nails. Was supposed to be a nice and relaxed time but I couldn’t wait to run away from there.I forgot to mention he stopped doing my nail and start to trim his own nail with the same machine he was using on mine, then he went back to do my nails!!!How grooosss!!They are also very rude. No way. They seemed always in a rush (I went was day of the week) and they only care about do as many as possible.

I had a very bad experience here.. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish. I got a cut on my thumb from the drill and then they also forgot to put a top coat on my right hand. I went back to let them know they didnt apply the topcoat. Very sloppy, rushed, unprofessional service. I would not go back to Diamond Nails.😢

I had to go somewhere else to get my nails fix. The guy didn’t know how to do an almond shape; we argued more about the color I should get and how short I wanted than he spent actually doing my nails. He was quick and sloppy. Don’t spend your money here.

Was down in Miramar and needed a quick manicure. Stopped in a local shop, walked in and was treated great! Massage chairs are awesome as well! If youre in town definitely check them out.

If you dont mind your nail tech not staying true to their appointment time, and getting attitude as if youre on their schedule, then this is the place for you. I believe customer service is always important. However, when its a family owned business the employees feel free to talk to you however they like. So unfortunate people cant remain professional.

Love my nail family! I have been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else! Environment clean and staff is very friendly! People always ask me where I do my nails because they are always on point! I have been doing nexgen on my nails and they last more than 2 weeks. They also help you choose colors when you have no idea what you want (too many colors to choose from!) They also do waxing yall!! And they use the sensitive stuff! Whenever family comes into town or friends ask where I get my nails done, I refer them to Diamond nails!!

Very unprofessional and rude!!!! The older Asian lady got an attitude with me after I didnt like the French pedicure with thin lines that I could barely see that was done by another nail tech. If youre new look out, that 30+ can turn into whatever they feel like charging.

Will never be back. I got a manicure and gel nails for $30. The gel lasted 3 days and it fell. HOW? I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. When I left the place I realized the top coat was badly distributed on the nail and you could see drying lines. I am beyond disappointed, trusted these reviews and the little Asian man that tried doing my nails really failed.

Im so disappointed, on arrival the beautiful young lady at the desk was amazing, the gentleman that polished my daughter nails was amazing and friendly. If you want to go to a salon and almost everyone is friendly and socialble this is it. The gentleman that did my nails, I showed him a pic of the shape (almond) style I desired for my nails. While doing my nails and seen the shape and how think and wide my nails look and advised him that I didnt like it after he continue to look at the time and getting annoyed he tried to convince me that it was suppose to look that way.P.s.Two kind gentleman advise me to return next week to correct the mess. I will update with results. But for now the 1 star remain.

Its a nice environment, but I dont like their nexgen technique. At least not the person that did my nails. :( I was hoping to love it.I like when cuticles are removed and although they said the machine removes it... not quite.I also believe that the clear coats should be applied carefully and with cleanliness. Lets just say that my nails were stuck to my skin. I HATE that feeling. I am not the type to complain, but I even asked if we were done. Sorry. The clear coat was dripping through the sides. I was a bit upset.Please take into account it was my first time and did not know who was good and who was not at doing nexgen.The girl at the front right hand side supposedly is the best and takes appointments only. :) Try her, maybe.

I honestly never enjoyed the thought of doing my nails since i was born (28yrsold) and i now get excited to do my nails knowing how genuinely outgoing their whole staff is. Make you feel comfortable from the first minute. On top of the A++ quality in their work. I am so glad i tried them out, theyre amazing!

I havent found a salon better I love their new nexgen nail polish it lasts 2 times longer than gel polish and they have wayyyyyy better colors 😍 The prices are great and the people are even better everyone makes u feel right at home. I have been going to diamond nails for 12 years and I have not found any where else like them very cozy and clean. I have been doing there new organic nexgen nails and Im in love with this product it can last up to three weeks and my nails will look like the first day I did it.
