SCAM! DO NOT BOOK HERE! I booked an appointment over a week ago and paid a $10 reservation fee for my appointment today. I was using my GPS and it first sent me to a building in an IHOP parking lot. At this point I called the number provided to me on my confirmation email and a woman answered the phone saying chicnailzz, I began to explain to her that I had an appointment and was lost, but before I could ask for directions she hung up in my face and wouldnt answer when I called back. THIS IS A SCAM. Ive already disputed the $10 charge with my bank and have canceled my bank card just in case they try to add more charges to my account.UPDATE: This lady is either severely delusional or the most dedicated scam artist Ive ever experienced in my life. I never met this woman, never had a soak off, nor do I wear fake eyelashes so I have absolutely no idea what she is talking about. Not to mention, as you can see from my confirmation email my appointment was for a full set, so I dont know why I would need a soak off if I dont have nails on to be begin with. If you dont believe that this is a scam, do what I shouldve done in the first place, look up the address on google maps, it will show you a residential area. Its really sad that someone would do this claiming to be a black owned business. Its hard enough for those who actually have black owned businesses without people like this making us seem even less capable. SMH. Whoever you are, you should be ashamed of yourself!

Never again. Just make sure youre prepared to wait after your scheduled appointment time or you will have to pay the $10 booking fee to reschedule for another day, even if you have to reschedule because the tech went over your scheduled appointment time. I spoke to the nail tech directly (face to face in person) to reschedule for the following day at 9am, when I showed up she wasn’t there, My problem isn’t the waiting, it’s the fact that I was there on time for an appointment I had to paid for and came the next day because of the miscommunication, not to get them done again. I’m just not going to pay another $10 for booking and the same thing happens again.

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AND THIS LADY NAMED SHANE. literally the worst service and attitude ever received. To book an appointment you have to pay part of the services. The second time I had my nails done with her I had an appointment. Showed up on time but waited for over an hour. When Finally I was attended, she did a very lousy job in order to finish faster. I didnt complain because I was late and decided to give her another chance. After less than 2 weeks, tired of seeing my nails looking like that, I booked another appointment and paid the 10$booking fee. To my fault, I woke up late, missed the appointment and rebooked another appointment for the following days paying again 10 $. I Showed up on time, and I informed Shane that I wanted to soak my nails off and redo the whole set. Again she informed that she was running behind. So I quietly sat down and waited for 3 HOURS!!😂 when at 7.30 she told me she didnt have time to soak my nails off and could only do a fill in. She also had told me that she wouldnt have charged me the 10 dollars of the missed appointment. For whatever reason I asked her what time it was convenient for her to attend me the following morning. She told me she was going to let me know . I texted her the following morning but she only replied well over 3 hours after.at the point, since it was already afternoon and I had already other plans, I asked her to reschedule for the following day.she set the time for 11.i drove an hour showed up at her nails salon just to find it closed!!!! I called her texted her she never picked up. Only the following day she replied when I asked her for my 20 dollars back . She agreed to only return 10 after an incredible amount of back and forth.I yet have to see the 10$. Everytime you go there she pretends she forgot that you already paid a portion of the service online and she tries to overcharge you. Whatever she says please do not believe this lady and please do waste your time and money.i know that this attitude wont see her doing good and her business will eventually sink.

If you want a shady business who are scammers to do your nails then this is the place for you. I ordered a Groupon Thursday and still haven’t heard back! I emailed, called, and texted numerous times and not even an answer back. They are unprofessional and should not be in business at all. I also reported them to the better business bureau. DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON

I paid this woman for some services via Cashapp that weren’t rendered. She agreed to refund Me My $170.00. She has stopped responding to My messages and answering My calls. She has gone as far as deleting an Instagram post because I commented under it asking about My refund.
