Have been going here for 2 years. Last week, When checking in, computer said “regular pedicure $25. “ As Usual. I did add a design on 2 toes but was shocked to be charged $40. Big jump. With tip almost $50. Tooo much. Will have to find another place.

THE BEST nail salon! Julie does my nails and she is phenomenal. Had many pedicures here also and they have taken thier time and did such a great job. Stephanie at the front is so sweet and helpful also!

This is the best salon i have ever been to! Crystal does the most amazing job with every idea i have. She is the go to person for your nail desgins, your chrome nails or your glitter bling nails. She really listens to your ideas and brings them to life. With her as your nail tech you will be 100% satisfied.

I arrived at 4pm. Today was a little more disorganized than usual. One absent technician backed up the wait time. I was serviced by three different people but finally got done 2.5 hours later...SNS and basic pedi. Nancy gave a nice hand massage I think as a courtesy. Shes very good. I booked a different time of day two weeks from now. Hope its like the first visit.UPDATE 7/26: Things running much better today. Was able to get a short-notice with Nancy again. Love her. Didnt know theres anniversary discounts today, so even better!! Having the deluxe pedi to treat myself. I deserve it!

Honestly, your salon visit can vary GREATLY depending on who is doing your nails. I had gotten gel 3 times here and the very first time was absolutely perfect, a very nice lady from Peru (I highly recommend) took her time and carefully clean and trim my nails and then did a wonderful job painting them! They lasted me 3 weeks! Another time I came and had them done by another lady and the cleaning and trim was good but the paint at the bottom near the cuticle was very uneven, I wasnt very happy. But the service here overall is more or less pleasant. Pro tip, if you talk to the tech, they will do a better job on your nails...!

Just had my first and last visit at this location. I called first to make sure they were open on a Sunday and to confirm price for a simple pedicure which was $25. (Tried to set up an account on their website before I left home but this does not work, 404 Error Not Found, after entering my info. Not a deal breaker.) Asked about listed teacher coupon over the phone and was told “not today”. Repeated when I arrived that I had called earlier and was there for a simple pedicure for $25, entered different personal info on their computer and chose “$25 and up” as only option for what I wanted and questioned / confirmed yet again that I would only receive simple pedicure for $25. Place is clean and peaceful, staff is mostly pleasant, massage chair was in good shape and worked well. Drinks were offered and I was given a cold bottled water which I gratefully accepted. Pedicure itself was fine, mediocre at best. When it was time to pay however I was charged $35 instead of $25. I immediately thought there must have been a mistake or miscommunication but when I questioned the amount suddenly everyone spoke perfect English. My tech said she told me it was spa pedicure and I said yes (I did not realize I was being asked a question - I get the need to upsell but this was far from full disclosure) so I suggested that next time she be up front that there would be a $10 increase in expected cost - the whole thing got shady there at the end so instead of losing my zen and arguing about it I simply paid and left, no tip. While I have no desire to return to this place as a result, I share this review in hopes that 1) It may help management create better business practices moving forward and 2) Future customers will be certain to be crystal clear upfront regarding cost and expectations. UPDATE: 1 day later (not even 24 hours after) my white GEL POLISH nails are now pink after I spent 10 min drying dishes with my red dish towel. Never in my 10 years of having my nails done in white have they ever changed colors so quickly if at all. Ridiculous.Ive Been going to this nail salon for a little over a year and in the beginning I thought it was nice. Over time the quality seems to have gone down though and today was the nail in the coffin for me. I drive about 35 minutes out of way to come to this salon and I can honestly say today is the last time Ill go back. My nails were lumpy, several nails had indentions on it, my one sparkle nail wasnt even completely painted and to top it off there was a red hair/thread that some how got on my nail and is now sealed on top of my white nail polish. I can give you this, the nail tech was super nice and sweet and I have nothing bad at all to say about the staff there because they are all super nice, but lately whenever I get my nails done it feels like rolling the dice and playing a game of chance as to whether or not my nails will look nice. Im not a perfectionist by any means and allow alot of stuff to slide, but I just cant justify spending $45 on what looks like an at-home job.The staff did give me the owner (Lynns) phone number and she did offer to redo my nails at a later time however its real inconvenient to even have to go through something like that...I only have 1 day off a week and already had spent 2.5 hours driving accross town go get it done and drive back. Not to mention that it was a little off putting that in the middle of me explaining to the owner what was wrong, she tells me hold on and proceeds to have a 4 minute conversation with someone in her store about her baby...but atleast after she came back on the phone she offered to fix it.Overall...nice people but I will not be returning back. I have visited My Bella Spa twice recently and had great experiences and received high quality service for a good price. However I was disappointed today when I walked in (to an empty shop) at 6:45PM and was told that even though closing time is 7:30PM, clients are not accepted after 6:30PM. When I initially walked in the staff just awkwardly stared at me before explaining this. Not sure if this is a new policy considering my prior visits were also in the evening and several clients were accepted shortly prior to close. Either way - I am not likely to return.

I recently moved to the area and have tried out a few different nail salons. I had a pedicure done here And everything was amazing. The staff was so nice and the pedicure and massage was even better! I will most definitely be coming back here for my next pedicure.

Always friendly and my nails last 3 weeks or more with gel. Make an appointment. They get busy.

The place is really nice but the lady that did my eyebrows, she don’t know how to do this, I’m very disappointed, I have to put makeup on so I can fix the holes she left in my eyebrows, also they are so uneven, WORST experience ever!!!, she’s from Peru, so if somebody wants their eyebrows done DON’T go with her.To the owner: yes I spoke with the manager in the phone and he wanted me to come back, but as you can see in the picture, there’s no way to fix what she did, I have to keep putting makeup on and cross my fingers that those hairs grown back, I also spoke with her but she stared with attitude when I told her that she messed up my eyebrows and told me she didn’t have time for this and then she hang up the phone.

I got a full set and pedicure for my birthday a few months ago and the girls were so friendly and were able to do such an amazing job. I brought a reference picture and I liked them even more than the reference picture. Wish I could post pictures!

I enjoy going to My Bella with my daughter for pedicures. Nancy is the best, she takes her time and does a great job.

Susan just gave me the best pedicure of my life!! She was SO great, pay the extra $5 for the deluxe, it’s so worth it! I just moved to the area and i’ve missed good charlotte quality pedicures, haven’t been able to get them around here and I finally found my spot! plus they are super reasonably priced for the quality!! Ask for susan, upgrade to deluxe - you’ll be glad you did!I also got SNS done by Nancy and she did a fantastic job! this place cares a lot about the details!i’ll be back for sure!

I’ve only been to Bella spa once convenient service was fine no complaints. My son purchased a gift certificate for me for my birthday on September 24 . When I go to use it the receipt is gone from my card called before going and explained what happened. They said Receptionist had not been there probably that day so did not issue a gift certificate just a receipt.So I asked since it has been less than a month could you go back on your records for the day he purchased the certificate which was 24 September and they said they had no way of doing That I asked to speak with a manager.Certificate should be issued every time instead of a receipt receipts get lost certificates not so much.Not a very professional response

I had a pedicure done by one of the nail technician and had an issue with the gel nails, I called and spoke to Tim the receptionist and he was so nice and professional and asked me to come in to get my color fixed.. when I came in I didn’t wait and he was nice and I was able to actually understand him not like the other receptionist... keep up the good work management!!!

I have been going here for about 4 or 5 years and today I am DONE. Let me start by saying the nail technicians there are fabulous and some of the sweetest women I have had the pleasure of working with. My issue is with management. My mother purchased a $65 gift card for my birthday. She lives in PA. When they swiped my gift card today, there was no money on it (their error) and my mom had been charged. They would not honor the gift card because I did not have the receipt and could not get a picture of it from my mom because she is in the hospital with her father. My advice to management, if you are going to continue with gift cards instead of paper gift certificates, you need a better way to track those transactions. Because of your error, you have now made double the money off of one visit because my mom has already been charged and I had to pay today. Either you keep better records or go back to paper certificates. You have definitely lost my business today.*** Edit 4/9/2019We have presented the receipt and my mom talked to the manager. We were promised a refund and an additional gift card for the error. And have STILL RECEIVED NOTHING! Management has really messed up this one. Very, very disappointed in their customer service.

The girls and I stopped by to get nails and toes done before Jamaica trip. We didnt have an appointment but, were greeted kindly and was fit right into slots. The technicians were great and our nails are on fleek. Will definitely come back!

Jenny is the best! She is the only one I have do my nails. My nails have never lasted as long as they do now. Pink and white lasts 4+ weeks and then it is time .. only because your nails grow out.. Jenny is incredible! Great personality, compassionate about the results and a beautiful person inside and out! So happy to have met you almost one year ago!

Vicky is very talented and takes her time with nails. Definitely recommend requesting her if you like getting acrylics. The place is very neat and peaceful.

First time coming here and this will be the only place I come anymore. I got a full set acrylic nails done by Julie. They are the best I have ever had, very thin and she cut them very short like I asked. I have to almost fight to get them the length I want. Amazing job.

Worst experience ever!!!!!😡😡😡😡. I arrived long before closing to be seated with my feet in a pedicure bowl of water until they were wrinkled, only for the nail tech to come tell me it was 7:30 and say they were about to close and ask if she could just change my polish only.....Customer Service is not their top priority obviously.... why seat me and prevent me for being able to get the service I desired from another salon. 👎

My mom and i love coming to get our nails done here! But sadly my mom had a bad visit regarding one of the workers “Tammy” she was making faces and refusing to do my moms nails. Apparently she doesn’t only refuse to do a Hispanic woman’s nail but also other people of color.

Crystal and Nancy did a great job. They are the best. Great attitude and service. I love this place. I’ve been coming here since they opened!

They made my cousin and I bleed and under the Gel light it burned. Also the nail tech did my nails with dry blood on his hands. The nails were nothing special either.

Super quick check in system (computerized). I got a gel polish change with no manicure. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I did not receive the right color polish but I also did not say anything. Very clean and serene. They only accept CASH tips.

I love My nail lady Jenny! She is amazing. I have never been disappointed with her work. She takes her time, makes sure I am happy, sometimes goes back and touches up if she needs to. I have always felt pampered by her attentiveness. I couldnt ask for a better quality if I tried.I used to live in the mint hill area when she was down the street now that I live in the ballentyne area I still would rather travel to her then to any other nail salon around me. I would hands down recommend her to anyone who wants a great job well done!

They are too wide for her hands and the guy rushed through the whole process! She had a full set and was finished before her friends who had fill ins.Shes shy and wont speak up for herself. Hopefully someone will contact us to fix them for free!NO RESPONSE FROM THIS PLACE! Sep 18th update:My daughter now has a badly damaged nail! All her nails had to be cut short and right before a big event! Shes so upset!We have to wait a month then go back to see how well her nail is healing! DO NOT GO HERE! Your lucky I cannot take you to court!To bad I cannot post a picture here!To owner! NO I did not call the Salon, you clearly damaged her nails!

I have been going to my Bella spa since it opened, I went in last week and was very disappointed that Lulu was not there anymore.I honestly don’t know if I will be back, just when I get used to one technician they end up not working there anymore. The turnover in that place is insane. I wish the owner would take better care of the employees that work there.

I love my nail girl!!! She does an amazing job. Been looking for someone like that for a long time. The only reason why Im giving this place a 3 star is because the pink and white gel top coat that they use is turning yellow and chipping off with in a week and a half. My friend has the same problem and she goes to the same salon. I wish they had better quality product.

Couldnt disagree more with the reviewer who recommended to go across the street to the salon next to Papa Johns. The atmosphere in My Bella is much calmer, friendlier and peaceful compared to the hostile environment across the street. My Bella is newer, has an open-feeling, pleasant decor, and feels fresh compared with its competitor. The nail techs are mostly quiet and reserved (perhaps that was mistaken for rudeness). Tiffany is the best nail tech I have ever had in 20 years of professional nail salon services.

By far the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Cant believe I just paid for something a kid could do better. No filing, polish so thick it needed to be thinned with remover, then had 5 coats on my toes. Completely uneven paint and super sloppy. So bad I have to get another pedicure elsewhere. I have pictures, but surely no one wants to see this mess.

I always have a great experience at my bella spa. All of the staff is amazing. My favorite nail tech is Crystal. My favorite pedicurist is Nancy. I highly recommend going to my bella spa.

I have been here several times before and until today I have been satisfied with my pedicures. Unfortunately, today this was not the case. I paid for a spa pedicure with gel polish. Basically, soaked my feet in hot water, no scrub was used on my legs or feet, dried my feet and said she would massage my legs and feet after she did my toes. She filed them well, but did a horrible job smoothing and buffing my nails. The polish application was not smooth at all and doesnt even cover my nails in some places. It also looks very thick. After she polished my toe nails she put lotion on my legs and feet rubbed each one for about 30 seconds. Then she covered both of my legs with one luke warm towel and quickly used the towel to wipe the excess lotion off of my legs and feet. (The most disturbing part of all of this is the towel she used did not smell or look like a clean towel.) Usually the towels are clean and hot and they wrap each leg in a towel and let it sit for a moment; this did not happen today. After she did this she said okay and looked at me as if to say were done here. I asked her if she would mind scrubbing my heels, which she had not done during this entire process.She did, for less than a minute each and it was just a waste of her time and mine. I hate posting bad reviews and like I mentioned before every other time I have visted My Bella Spa in Mint Hill the experience has been a good one, but not today. I will not be back.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT GO TO LAURA!!! I went in to get a pedicure and this lady barely touched my feet and act like she couldnt scrub my heel. I asked her for the purple scrub brush she use so I can do my own and you would think she says no because thats against policy or no you are a customer. Wellllllll I scrubbed my own damn feet and she sat there. I am so mad 😡😡😡😡 and I know I still have to pay for my services but I will NOT BE COMING BACKthe only reason they got three stars because LuLu did my eyebrows and they look fabulous she is amazing. I will go back to Indian trail for these services.And before someone at the salon respond why I didnt talk to mgr well there is not one there and the lady at the front counter acted like she couldnt understand me.

I purchased a gift card for my daughters bday in February. She came in to use it and there was no money registered on the card. My Bella charged HER for the mani/pedi AND they charged my credit card as well. We are now fighting with them trying to get her a refund for the duplicate she paid for this service. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Guess what......after me losing $60 and my daughter losing $60......these people gave her a $15 gift card! She will not use the gift card, will not go back, I would NOT recommend this place. Very poor customer service. Ill do whatever I have to do to get these people to do better customer service. I guess losing one customer doesnt matter to them. Shame. Its a shame for their employees who will also lose wages because loyal customers like my daughter will NOT return and will certainly NOT recommend them to friends/family! Too bad......very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It use to be great, but has fallen. All staff have left and they cant keep new staff. And the work of the newbies they keep bringing in its just ok.

Update: I know why I didnt know they did nails. Their service is horrible. Not all techs are skilled to do all the latest techniques. Techs show up late when you have an appointment. They had two good nail techs and each one of them quit.

Nail tech DID NOT know what she was doing. Messed up my pedicure a total of 4 times before saying next time you should get gel. She was too busy laughing and joking around LOUDLY with another male tech who also completely ignored the person beside me by getting up and joking around with other employees.

I get my nails done by Jenny, and she does and amazing job!! I love going there, it’s a great atmosphere!
