Love Gracious Nails! They always do the best job and my nails never break! I get acrylic nails and it actually has made my nails stronger! They do the best designs and I always get compliments! First photo is a month after getting them done!

I have been frequenting Gracious Nails & Spa since last August. I do not mind telling you that when it comes to a “Me” moment I want to be pampered. Jenny, Trong and their Amazing staff truly go above and beyond to take care of their guests.This place is a step above Genuine Great Service. They are Creative, Caring and Courteous. I absolutely adore the Christian music played all day. From the moment they open until the last guest is gone everyone is given the top quality care. I know many times they have stayed well past closing to make sure everyone gets the services and quality they deserve. From SNS to Microblading, you have an Amazing Experience.Definitely and 5 Star place.

So disappointing!! My wife came home with patches of her eyebrows missing. The lady who performed her wax should definitely go back to training. While my wife was in the room ... .(tiny room by the way) the owner decided to bring in her customer as well. With no warning she decides to move her purse and belongings to another chair/area. Very disappointing. We take covid 19 very serious and we are shocked on how many people she wanted to squeeze in at the same time in an eye brow room. If the owner could not wait on them to be done and is not following covid protocols... I honestly dont know who will in that place. John did a great job on her toes and was very kind. Hope the owner next time asks permission on moving personal items too when my wifes eyes are closed and learns to be more kinda and patient.

The lady that did my nails was very sweet however I had to come back to have them smoothed out (not to mention I made an appt and asked for Kim and did not receive service from her). When I called Ginnie was very rude telling me it had been over 2 weeks and it had not. She then hung up on me. I called back and she told me to come in at noon on Tuesday. Once there I showed her my nails, she said she would not redo them but they would be smoothed out. I asked if they could be redone because of the crookedness. She starts raising her voice and speaking in her native language. Why would you yell at a paying customer. Not once did I raise my voice. I have never been treated or talked to like that. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please stay away from this salon. Ginnie is extremely unprofessional! Never again

I am very pleased with the service I receive at Gracious Nails. I have been following Jenny from salon to salon and am so glad she has her own salon now. She always aims to please her clients. The salon is very nice and welcoming. I love the Christian music that is in the background. You will not be disappointed. Give them a try!

Jenny and Trong both have a strong attention to detail, especially when shaping your nails. They come up with such fun designs/artwork and always open to give you ideas. They have a plethora of color options for dip powder, gel polish, and regular polish. The quality of your nails will also withstand time. They, for sure, focus on quality work! Today was my first time here. The lady who gave me my manicure was great. I am usually a customer with something pretty specific in mind, so I really appreciated her taking the time to go through with my original idea of what I wanted just on one nail to see if I liked the outcome before doing the rest that way. I ended up deciding to go with something more simple instead, and she did a great job. Quick yet attentive. I love the color and over all very happy with the turnout!

Went into the salon this morning because I left an item there from the day before. Was greeted by the owner (she had no eye contact/smile—wasn’t pleasant at all). I told her that I left an item of mine there from the day before. She then turns towards where my item was, points in that direction and tells me, “There over there.”. My item was behind their workstations. So as a customer, I’m thinking..is it ok for me to go behind the work stations to get my item or should I wait until she or someone that works there to hand it to me. So I asked, “ is it ok that I get it or is someone getting it for me? ”. She then repeats herself (still no eye contact) and says, “it’s over there”. So at this point I could only assume that she is telling me, “go get yourself”. So I go and get my item and left. Moral of the story, If I were in her position and a customer of mine left their item in my store, when they come to retrieve their item, I would get it for them. I will not send them to the employee area to get it themselves. This is my third time going to the salon and after this experience, I don’t think I would be back. Side note: Thanks Kim for doing a great job on my nails.

Before this place was a built, I was coming to Jenny one on one (one of the techs here). She always makes my nails look very good, my shape is always perfected to how I like, large selection of colors as well! Just overall AMAZING! I highly recommend to anyone who wants quality nails, waxes and much more! Very reliable as well, I typically get SNS and they last me about 3-4 weeks, which is amazing for SNS. I love them & will forever come to these guys! Definitely worth it :)

I have been to this salon on two separate occasions, once with an appointment, and one without. Both experiences have been enjoyable. I was not rushed in making my decisions on what I wanted and I did not feel like the nail tech was rushing to get to the next customer. I will be coming back.

Having moved from NYC, my expectations for manicures and nail art were very high. It took me almost two years of trying countless different salons to find nail techs that were even willing to try the various designs I would ask for. Every tech I’ve seen at Gracious nails has been amazing. I regularly go to Josie now but have tried most of the techs there and have always gotten nothing but compliments on my nails. I’ve also had my eyebrows micro bladed here. It took a while for me to commit and do it, but Jenny was so amazing about talking to me about it and answering any questions I had for months before I finally pulled the trigger. I have never been happier with my eyebrows and regularly get asked where I get them done. Could not recommend this place enough!

Hi. Today was the worst experience I’ve had at this nail salon. My technician was rude, unwelcoming, didn’t ask what I wanted. She was extremely rude. Did not make any effort to make the design I wanted or asked if I wanted something different. The nails are good and pretty but her customer service behavior was below the par. Just because you can do the nails well doesn’t mean you get to be rude. My cuticles are all cut up. I will never come here again. Nor will I tell my friends or family to come here.

They only lasted for 2 weeks. But In my experience, they did an excellent job in details on the nails, i cant said the same about the pedicure, they have a price list that they dont respect or explain. I choose the 45 pack and they charge me 65 for getting ingrown nails out, they should have told me that was extra or at least notify me before doing it. I MAY, maybe return for a mani, but definitely i would no be back for a pedi. Also, they dont respect safe distancing, 8 manicure station one next to another all in full service.

Only reason I give it a 2nd star is bc the place is pretty, neat and clean looking. I forgot his name, but a man did my nails and he was funny, kept conversation going, he was entertaining. But, the pricing is pretty ridiculous for what you get, and I got green nail syndrome for the first time in my life after trying this place out.Edit: I think his name was John.

I love getting my nails done but I hate visiting a new salon because I dont want to live the Elaine episode from Seinfeld. You know what Im talking about.NO WORRIES here!These are the most wonderful and welcoming nail professionals Ive experienced in a long long time. And since I work out, Jenny suggested I try gel polish on my toes so it would last longer. Holy cow was she right!! 7 weeks long was my experience. I do pink and white acrylic on my fingers...love it! Fantastic work.Okay, girl secret to the entire world here, I like these women so much, I let them wax my eyebrows, and Ive n-e-v-e-r let anyone touch my eyebrows...didnt trust them. Great job!

I was looking for a new nail salon for my biweekly routine and stumbled across this business. I called and made an appointment for 2pedis and 1 gel mani. Upon arrival we were seated. It was explained that the upgraded pedicure would come with a longer foot massage, which we always pay extra for. My fiancé’s service started at 5:43p and mine at 6:08p(definitely behind schedule). The nail tech I had rushed through my service because she had another client waiting to get their nails done. She almost spilled the entire bottle of clear polish on my big toe. Myself and fiancé’s pedicure ended 3 mins apart from one another. I don’t understand how that’s possible when his started over 20 mins before mine. I brought it up to the nail techs attention and she offered me a discount to the downgraded pedicure price(which wasn’t a big deal). The manicure that I booked never happened because she said she wasn’t aware that I booked for a pedi and mani. Needless to say the attentiveness definitely lacks. However, on a positive note Felicia(my fiancé’s nail tech) is highly recommended.

I get lots of compliments even three weeks later. Jenny his wife and co-owner just micro-bladed my brows and they look great! I have gotten so many compliments of how natural they look. Their manicures and pedicures are so relaxing that my husband even gets a pedicure. The family and friendly atmosphere is inviting. If you are looking for a good place to go and get your pampering look no further... you have found it!!!!

Best NEW nail place in Mint Hill! I moved to mint hill recently in the past year and have been struggling with a nail place close until gracious opened up. The owner Jenny is so personable and made sure I enjoyed my visit and took the time to talk to me about everything and cater to me. She is going for a homey cozy feel instead of other salons with luxury and did a fantastic job! I loved how they played Christian music and they did not rush at all and it was extremely relaxing!! My nails looked SO good and so did my toes, also I got my eye brows waxed and it was the best waxing I’ve had in a long time! I am in love with his place and will be going there from now on!

Salon is clean, the techs are polite; however, A couple of them gave me a very poor application on 2 different occasions, my hands looked like I rushed to apply polish on. When I tried to point it out, they replied that my nails “look fine”. I have been there a few times but this will be the last for me.

Let me start off by saying I normally don’t write reviews but my experience here was absolutely horrible! I called and made an appointment for Sunday at 11:30 for a manicure for myself and a pedicure for my husband. When I arrived at 11:30 the lady who took the call (Wendy) didn’t book us in for the day or time that she told us was available and said we were scheduled for. So they took us anyway to complete services and were obviously VERY understaffed and overbooked. A male nail tech did my nails and another woman did my husband’s pedicure. My nails are the worst I’ve ever gotten. I’m not exaggerating this. They are uneven, the acrylic is wavy, the nail polish wasn’t applied evenly, and the over design was NOT what I requested. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails. So I left and the next day I called to ask if they could redo them because I am just really unhappy with how they look and wanted to give them a second chance. (I’m a regular 3-4 weeker but unfortunately my regular shop closed and was hoping this one could be my new nail salon) The owner asked when I could come in to have them fixed, I said weekends are best for me due to work and I was told that wouldn’t work. Sooo ok...we agreed that I come back Wednesday at 6:00. I arrive on my appointment time, check in with the owner, and than I was told it will be a 45 min wait and would I be ok waiting. No! She than asked to reschedule and a weekend day was than ok?? I’m super disappointed in not only my nails but also the lack of customer service. I will not be back and I definitely do not recommend.

This is a new business in Mint Hill but has an very experienced owner. She is an expert at her craft. I have been going to her for the past three years and she has been the only person that knows how to make my nails look beautiful and last longer then a couple days. She is a caring, friendly, loving person and I am so happy her spa is opening close to home.

I definitely recommend going to gracious nails! Jenny is amazing, she always knows what to do with my nails and they ALWAYSS come out so perfect and amazing!! I’ve never had a bad experience here!!

Jenny is amazing! Always knows exactly what is on my mind when I come in asking for a particular nail “look”. They always come out flawless! I can’t wait to go back to get my toes to match!

Went here yesterday and then came back today to have my nails changed (my own fault something i didn’t like, they didn’t make a mistake or anything) they didn’t charge me to fix it and were very sweet about it!i also took my daughter here to have her nails done and they were very patient with her! i will definitely return!!
