The customer service was amazing. The lady that took care of me and one of her coworkers were more than accommodating. The prices are very good and love my nails. Found my new favorite nail place!

This place is great!! I got tips with the powder stuff and they look incredible! The whole time I was able to just relax, knowing they were gonna turn out great and she understood exactly what I wanted even though Im not good at describing what I want lol. This is some of the best my nails have ever looked!

Was there 3 days ago for a eyebrow and lip wax. Day one super red, day 2 i have what looks like a third degree burn on my lip that hurts. Just embarrassing. Im a lighter complected person and this really sucks. Not my first time but sadly my last. Just not good.

First time coming to this salon. Staff wasn’t that friendly and personable. I got a full set with gel polish. She charged me an extra $5 because I asked for coffin shaped nails. I have never been charged extra for nail shape. When she finishes she didn’t bother to oil (my clearly dry) cuticles.I also asked her to fix a nail and she did some but also didn’t see what I was trying to get her to fix. The texture of the gel polish was not as smooth as it could be. I felt that she was rushing through it.Not the worst service I’ve received but I won’t be returning.

I came in for a full set and gel pedicure and I was so glad to finally get my nails done after quarantine closed down most shops. I understand that most nails places are very busy and might be struggling after quarantine but it’s been 3 days and my acrylics are popping off like stick on nails and it looks like I already need a fill in. I brought in my own nail color and when I decided I didn’t want it, the nail technician was rude about switching the nail color and charged me 80 dollars for my nails and toes when I have been charged almost half less and gotten better service. I came here a couple years ago and I am disappointed that nothing had changed in their service since then.

Ive been taking my mom for pedicures for several years. Emily is her tech. Very sweet and personable. Ive observed another tech there named Linda. She always seems unhappy and disgruntled. She hangs out outside the store and talks on the phone alot. This time, I actually got my own pedicure. Linda was my tech. She was rude, impatient, abrupt and acted disgusted with me. Nothing I did could have triggered this. I was nice and gracious to her. No customer should have to feel like they are bothering an employee. I asked another tech what was wrong with Linda, if she was an unhappy person. That other tech nodded yes and said Linda was having a bad day. Well Linda must have bad days almost every day. Everytime Ive taken my mom there, I see her and she seems very angry and unhappy. So lets just say that I highly recommend Emily.The owner/manager of this salon needs to have a word with Linda about her conduct and attitude.

My wife and I have frequented this location for some time now and I must say they are great at what they do, they are kind, courteous, appreciative, sociable people who are going to give you their best every time. I try to have Mom do my pedicure, but Linda and all her staff are all great at what they do. Personally, for my money and time they are the best NAIL Salon around ! My feet and legs are in such better shape and feel so good now thanks to Mom. They are so pleasant and always wear a smile and talk with you with care in their hearts. I love this place and the staff, and thanks to them for treating me so nice. I recommend them to anyone who wants it done right. Sincerely, David

I love my manicurist; she listens to my preferences. Not going to share her name because she is already too busy! They have a good selection of polishes, regular, jail in the new powder.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. I wanted ombré nails and while I was appreciative that they were honest and told me that gel wouldn’t look good that way, they recommended polish that changed colors. However it NEVER did! So I was stuck with poop brown color for a week before I had time to get back and have it fixed. I picked a plain color and the lady who did my nails did a TERRIBLE job. Honestly I could have done better. I got in my car to leave and decided to go back in and have it fixed where I’m assuming the manager told me I should have gotten a manicure also. A manicure wouldn’t have fixed the terrible paint job! He didn’t offer to fix it or refund my money. I’ll NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

If you want to be pampered and appreciated, this is the place to go. Ive been a customer at this salon for over 5 years and Ive never had a bad experience. Linda and her staff are very professional and they treat you like family. I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

I will NEVER go here again. This used to be, until today my go to spot for a quick pedi and an eyebrow wax. Today I went for an eyebrow wax and she took off layers of skin above my left eye, leaving 3 large and painful sores. I wish I could attach a picture to this to illustrate what was done. Do NOT go here!

I have been several times and had excellant service from Tiffany. Tiffany is always very friendly and always smiling. She is the best.

I wanted to go for a relaxing pedicure....allowing feet to soak and getting a great massage. WOW! Was done in 15 min from start to finish. My feet didnt soak. She filled basin with water and started. The massage and scrubbing was minimal. The feet in the wax was less than a minute. $25 in 15 min! No more.

This was the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a salon. The lady would not look or talk to me, and when she did she was very rude and short with me. On top of that she did my gel nails in a hurry and did a horrible job. I was using a gift card that I was given as a gift, and I dont know if that was the reason and because I was not paying out of pocket. But, regardless someone spent money to buy that gift card with them and it shouldnt change the type of service given just because I was not personally paying anything that today. Im very dissatisfied in this experience at this salon and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been a regular customer at Lee Spa Nails since 2014 and have to say this is hands down the cleanest, friendliest, and most affordable nail salon in the Mint Hill area. Linda and her staff are professional and highly competent. Ive never had a complaint and my nails always turn out looking great and exactly how I like them.I get a full set with almond shaped points which take a bit longer to sand and file, and the technicians always take their time and never rush my services. Their pedicures are also done very well and time is taken to properly cut out any nail in-growth. I get my waxing done here as well and have never developed a rash or any other irritation after having them done. At some salons the techs apply baby oil or scented lotion to the brows after the wax, which can cause breakouts.Linda is Vietnamese and most of her employees are as well, and she regularly speaks to them in her language. I am adding this because Ive been to plenty of nail salons where the staff speak to one another in a different language, and have felt like they were speaking bad about their customers. I cant quite explain it because I dont speak or understand many words in other languages, but I think most people can sense when they are being talked about. Ive never feel this way at Lee Spa Nails. Linda and her staff are extremely polite and I never get an uncomfortable feeling when they speak to each other in their language.The salon is always very busy with walk-ins and appointments. I have never needed to schedule a service, even on a busy day, because Ive never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to recieve services when I come in.I love coming here and recommend Lee Spa Nails to anyone in the area looking for a clean, reliable, and affordable salon!

Beware, not worth the frustration!Had a gel mani and pedi done. Everything seemed great until I had to pay. No prices are posted in the salon. They charged me $90 not including tip, for services I had paid $65 for previously. Days later my nail color became hazy and discolored. I went back to have them re-done and was told the polish was mood changing, which it was not. I showed them under warm water that it did not change the color of my polish and so they did re-did my nails but they did a horrible job. Not at all what I had experienced in my visits before. I was then told I had to pay to change the color of my polish!!!!!! Why would I want the same color?!! Never again. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. So not worth the trouble.

If I could give it a 0 star I would! Me and my sister went to get a gel manicure! The color my sister picked out they put in a shaker after adding water to it! Later I read to find out they do this to be able to use the polish longer and it makes the color lighter then what it’s supposed to be! The manicure was very sloppy they put lotion on ur hands and they stay in the heat gloves all of about 2 min! The glove had just started to get warm as she took them off! Oh and then my sister got her hands massage but I didn’t bc she had to go fix the cc machine and forgot what step she was on! And when I said something she argued with me and then was a complete jerk! Our manicure was done in less then 15 min! NEVER GO BACK THERE!! Horrible service and wast of money

Not clean. Manicure didn’t include anything other than clipping nails and shaping them unevenly. Nothing for cuticles. Poor service when I asked for nails to be reshaped. This place is awful.

My nails where not matching long n short bumpy when I asked her to file and make them match And no lumps she said # it is your finger see how your finger is I had to use a bigger nail ..I ask her please make them look matching thank you .she had a nasty attitude about it and for that reason my money will never be spent here or any one I know !! I am not new to nails have had them for over 10 yrs I know how they can look of the right nail tech knows what they are doing ..I will never cheat on my nail tech again I’ve leaned my lesson thanks !!

I got a fungus from them and when I went in to see about it, they told me it was because some people react to the nails and then they tried to sell me some fungus medicine...they would not acknowledge that I had acquired a fungus from their shop...and the nail polish was applied too heavy and they got messed up from the beginning...and then I had an American nail polish and after a couple weeks it yellowed...not pleased...

I have been going to Lee for years now and I have never once had such a bad experience with my nails not only was I charged way over what Im normally charged for a gel manicure and a normal pedicure, but my French manicure looks absolutely awful and so do my toes theres even still wax on my feet when I left the salon. I thought the lady said that this was 43 which I normally pay around 45 for this service, but I ended up getting charged $73 for this and its probably the worst manicure Ive ever had here. I specifically requested the same color and shape I had, however she shortened, rounded and painted a different color and when I pointed out the tips were uneven she just started filing my nails down!
