The new lady did a full set...now generally they are good. Ive had the nails 2 weeks had a repair on one nail now on vacation and 3 broke this is insane and they charge 5 dollars to repair the broken nail ugh never going back for nail service.....increase prices poore quality

I went there yesterday and enjoyed it. The prices are reasonable and I loved my nails! Some nail shops are really unprofessional and pricey too! I’m glad I found this jewel! The only suggestion I would give the owners are to detail clean the bathroom and inside shop a little more but it wasn’t bad.

Absolutely loved my pedicure and the woman who did my take off was gentle and fast. Everyone is always so nice!

The nail tech gave me attitude because I wanted her to fix mistakes. After a couple of attempts my nails still looked horrible. I only gave it two stars because, another nail tech agreed to fix one nail after I paid. They didn’t paint the edges of my nails and my French tips look thick and uneven. I’ve been here on different occasions and my nails are always sloppy. They can’t even do a simple paint job, save your money and time, please!

The lady doing my nails rushed it, i asked for a pink color with pink sparkles and got purple with multi color rainbow marble, my nails alrealdy started lifting the first day . i also got my toes painted with gelnail polish and they chipped in two days. Then told me the total was 55$ i look at the receipt ans they charged me 65$! Screw this place

Went to D & J nail shop today the experience was really really awful they charged me two weeks ago for to take my nails off into put gel polish on them $25 today I went and they charged me $20 just for gel polish the Polish supposed to be in a mood polish its awful my nails is flimsy I had to go somewhere else to have them done correctly

Today is monday. This is what my nails look like after 3 days, I got them done on friday. I was getting them done for a wedding and this is what I got. I have my own lamp and can do a much better job than this, waste of 25$. Oh and whats really pissing me off is that, she could see that she did a bad job with the gel leaking on to my skin, so she kept filing the sides of all my nails until they would hurt. I kept stopping her bc it was hurting, but now, now theyre really starting to hurt and Im hoping I didnt get some sort of infection in there

Horrible horrible service, it was 4 of us and each of us all received service from 4 different techs and it was ALL HORRIBLE! My 11 year old paints my nails better than the services received. I will explain it to them and showed them and still no improvement. I would not recommend this place and will never ever ever visit again.

I trust this spot to do my feet. I dont particularly care for the way they do nails. They cater more so to the 40 and up crowd. As far as style and trends go.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few months now as a referral from a friend. Sometimes I get an excellent job and other times I just get not even a mediocre. The staff is not, the quality of work is not consistent and I am a loyal customer. I will be going back to my original place, who never disappointed me with their quality or professionalism. I always has a great experience there.

Wanted to try this place but. They dont open at 9.am what time they open dont know. I waited outside for 28 min and no one got here. They should update their schedule.

$20 for a pedi. $25 for a gel mani! I saw Ann, she was great. She took her time to get my mani looking good. Im not a talker when I get my nails on so I am happy with limited/no conversations. Its my me time - sue me.

Fast service but the quality isnt the best. I got ombre nails and one hand is blended beautifully and the other isnt. It looks like one person did my left hand and a totally different person did my right. Very nice people.

I love the staff they are always AWESOME to me. If there is something I dont like I speak up and it is addressed immediately. I am always satisfied before I pay and leave their establishment.

The nail technician was in the middle of doing my nails then stopped to take care of another person who came in 20 minutes after me without an appointment. The other woman who was there by herself, bounced back and forth between me and another customer while the other technician did a pedicure. Treatment like that makes you question people.

The ladies here are always so nice and make sure my nails look perfect every time I leave!

I called they said come on in that they weren’t busy. I got there had to wait 2 hours while sitting in the chair and my water got cold. Then after doing my pedicure they said oh we have an appointment you have to wait to get your manicure. Very unprofessional business.

This is really 3.5 stars because they took me back so quickly and was nice. Soooo the place is dirty and they dont clean really. I was in the chair getting my pedicure before I started noticing certain things. I pray I dont get an infection or anything. Please pay attention to them cleaning the bowls and the things they clean your feet with. The guy was super nice but he was rushing. Its not a lot of options for nail polish either they seem dried up. Please dont get me wrong but all staff was supppppeerrrr nice but it needs to be cleaned and sanitized .

They do not take their time with your nails its very rushed.

They do a really good job. Especially with my request. I got Medi., Pedic., lashes n eyebrows waxed for the 1st time. My pedicure is Awesome!! They made me some toe nails by applying the acrylic. This place is absolutely amazing. I drive a long way to get my nails/toes done. I dont trust anyone else with my nails. If you are not happy just bring it to their attention. They will fix it immediately. The woman who left a bad review was off her rocker. I was sitting next to her while she verbally abused the staff.

Only do they do Great Nails here but theyre also very honest people, I left my wallet here and they returned it to me with everything in it.

Rushed through my pedicure and manicure and wouldnt listen to me when I asked Anna to cut down my nails more. My nails look messy and will be going back to Jazzy Nails. They are crowded but worth the time and money.

The staff is friendly, but three of my tips popped off within one week of getting them done. Plus the person who did my nails lacked technical skills, resulting in an eyesore on my nails. What a waste of $35. I won’t be back. I’m also concerned about the sanitation there; doesn’t look like they clean like they’re supposed to.

Although the service was fast, the staff very nice and respectful, and the prices were good, I could not get with how unclean the salon was. It was just very dirty. I needed a wax, but I couldnt pull myself to get one because of the appearance of the salon.

I went there yesterday to get a polish change in my toes, he painted my whole toes (very messy job) then I went the next day. Still a messy job. I end up having to paint my toes in my own.

I wasted $75 in two pedicures for my daughter and myself and she had her hands done with SNS. My pedicure was done in 11 minutes. She didnt even take all of my old polish off, just painted right over even though I pointed it out to her. Also colored outside the lines. My daughters SNS looked horrible and did not last two days. Will never go back. Not very clean either.

Walked in they were in a rush. I wanted to get my eyebrows done and just wanted it clean. The lady literally took off half. My eyebrows are so thin and you can see a scare I have.

Never knew they was over in the corner but the lady that did my nails OMG she did a nice job on them I had two nails that was coming up she didnt break my nails underneath she saved them great jobTHANK YOU

Ive been going here for a while. They do an awesome job, Id just suggest that you dont go when they are really busy because your nails might be rushed; as all nail salons do when theyre packed with a lot of customers at once.
