Im so disappointed. My original eyelash lady wasnt available and I needed my eyelashes done for my birthday week so I came here. I went Friday afternoon and here we are not even two days later and one of my eyelashes are falling off. This has never happened to me before. I got the $25 individual lashes and I was going to go back for the $50 ones but that doesnt look like that is going to happen. They had great customer service which is ashame that it didnt work out. It would had been great to have one place to get everything done on one trip. But Thank you so much for your service.

Beautiful job but expensive for some things. My daughters got gel coating - $50.00 for 1st & $40.00 for 2nd. one. Looked fabulous though.

Got individual eyelash extensions for the first time, I dont know what glue they use but it glued the hell out my eyelashes. She said to use vitamin E oil to get them off because supposedly they dont remove them and thats what I did. I even bought Ardell individual eyelash adhesive removal and couldnt get them off. Went to a different salon to have them removed, the lady was able to remove them but it took couple or tries because the glue they used at jazzy nails was pressed so hard onto my lashes, my lashes were plucked out pretty much. Would not recommend.

I pay $85.00 Gel Manicure and Pedicure two days later gel start peeling off poor quality I’m not going back there.

I’ve been to jazzy nails before and had a better experience with attentive staff. This time however I was rushed in and out with less attention to my service. Staff was in such a rush that my eye was cut.I noticed my skin burned after leaving. I had a noticeable scar the following day.

Love this place and all the employees there, i have been a customer for years and will not trust any where else. Lena and her staff are the best, always treat me like family Love, Love .

My nail technician is Amazing (Leena) . I have been with for 1 1/2 yrs and she has Not disappointed me yet.

Customer service was great but I got a full set about a week ago and my nails are already coming off. I told him I wanted my nails one way and the end result was nothing that I expected. It was my first time here and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Prices too damn high

I finally found a great nail salon in the Charlotte area. Who knew the best nail salon was down the street from my house. Great customer service!! They offer a very relaxing deluxe pedicure which I really enjoy! 😁 This is definitely my nail salon and my lady is Pun. One thing I love about Pun is that she took note that I was reading my book and didn’t try to force conversation. I don’t mind talking. But today I really wanted to finish my book while getting my feet done. Thanks to Pun, mission accomplished !!!

My mother and I both got a nail fungus after getting a full set put on. They were really nice and amazing customer service but I would never go back or recommend.

Jazzy nails is the best nail salon around! I have lived (was raised ) up north NY, RI and here in NC. Out of all the salons Ive been to Jazzy Nails by far exceeds the rest. The staff has impeccable cleaning standards. I ALWAYS get smiles no matter what time I show up first thing in the AM or 5 min before closing. Sometimes 5 min before closing they tell me I need to come back, but only if they had somewhere to be, most often though they stay late for me! When they see me out and about town they recognize me and they are personable too! I feel like family! LOVE Jazzy Nails!!!

I had a wonderful experience here; what made me initially pick Jazzy Nails was how nice they were when I called. When I got my pedicure done, they took their time and were genuinely enjoyable and professional. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

Ive been coming here for years and the staff is very nice and friendly. And they do a good job with pedicures and eye brows. I just feel like they need a new selection of color. They all seems old and not many to choose from.

Jazzy Nails is the best place ever to get your Nails and Pedicure service/treatment. I would suggest that you ask for Moses first. Moses has Amazing Hands and he does and awesome massage for the feet and legs.Another thing the prices are reasonable too. I have been a customer for about 2 years now. I been getting my nails done here for about two years and I love the place .Trim is amazing I have to say she’s the best one . The owner and her husband are also really good too love there work . The place is always clean and very friendly with bad kids . But I can’t give them a 5 star since there prices went up and are high unfortunately.

I moved to Kansas years ago but when I come home for a visit, I ALWAYS get my nails done and a pedicure at Jazzy Nails in MintHill. Love the attention they give you and always remember me from when they first opened.

I got my nails done on a Friday an by Tuesday three of my nails had come up so I went to get them fixed. Now today is Friday and the three nails she fixed plus two more are lifting up . At this point I just wanna refund but the manager says that she just wants to re-fix it For the third time in 8 days . I honestly don’t recommend this along to anyone and the people are very friendly; however the work does not match and I just wasted money and now wasting time to get it fixed.

This is really a 3.5Pros: #1walked in was taken back right away #2 Trim(sorry if I spelled her name wrong)is a sweet young lady and is very professional #3 my eyebrows are the bomb honey(I think her name was Susan) #4 very clean.Cons: The person that started on my nails jacked my nails up so bad that I was getting soooo mad and didnt want to disrespect so I asked her to stop. If you dont know what you doing you shouldnt be on the floor doing this. When leaving the lady that mess up my nails was doing someone else and I wanted to tell that person dont let her do your nails but I didnt. She is new but I was told they dont look at her work.ummmmm u really need to look at what she doing.

Been three times. This place has turned into my go-to for manis and pedis. Staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

PREJUDICE PREJUDICE PREJUDICE PREJUDICEAfter waiting about an hour patiently (which I didn’t mind because it’s the holiday and they were busy) Another lady walked in about an hour after me and they told her she would have to wait. The lady didn’t have an appointment and was a walk-in just like myself. The manager had an employee designate her a station 10 MINUTES AFTER she walked in, the lady asked the employee “Are you sure?” Because she knew I had been there before her, and the employee said yes and began to sit down to fulfill her service. They knew they were wrong because they sent the guy employee to bring me a small bottled water after I had been there waiting for an hour and 30 minutes.

The people are lovely they do good work however every time I go in there and I have been going there for over seven years the price goes up and they do not tell you !!!!! that part is a little ridiculous ugg !

All the nail techs are very skilled at making sure you get a great polish job.

Just left this shop and while I am seriously irritated I have to say that the young lady that did my pedi was awesome. However, when I walked in I expressed that I would be getting all the services they had pretty much feet, hands and lashes. Well I finshed my pedi and was about to get my nails done when one of the employees asked again about getting my lashes done. She said I dont have time to do that. Her face was so nasty as if I had offended her. Her tone also. Will not be returning!!
