Will not be returning. After discussing up front the cost of repair estimates with the current warranty, the desk personal still charged the full amount of service. The front desk staff laughed it off and didn’t care about the mistake she had made. We ended up over drafting our account because of the mistake and office staff still does not even notice their mistakes. Will not ever service or purchase a vehicle again from this location.

If you are looking to buy a new vehicle I highly recommend Chad Thompson. I have never owned a Ford and he made sure to connect me with exactly what I was looking for. Plus his customer service is one of a kind. He takes care of his customers well after the vehicle is driven off the lot. He is quick to respond and always answers his phone(even on his days off). I have considered adding him as my emergency contact (haha). He is honest and great to work with. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m not sure who to blame at this point but my truck is a 2019 platinum f-350 diesel and has been in the shop for 6 weeks total. I have a 36 truck fleet and am super disappointed with the this truck. I was offered a half ton rental which is worthless. Please make this right.

It can take more than 2 hours for them to chance your oil, and after the appointment they TELL you to give them a five star review before you leave. Everyone was nice but I can’t stand the unprofessional act of telling a customer to give the business good reviews. They even called my phone to tell me to give them a good review!

We take our vehicle in to see why our break lights wont work on our boat and after 2 days of not having our vehicle so they could work on it we were told that if what they did (or what they DIDNT DO) Didnt work we needed to get this part... To fix it.. they also drained our battery which we just bought and our vehicle wouldnt start.. when I call to talk to the manager of the shop and tell him about it but not working and that they drained our battery and that the job they did wasnt acceptable he told me (if I didnt like it I could take it somewhere else) this was a year ago and we still cant get it to work after all the attempts we have tried.. So Thank you westlie for all the things that you have not done on our car.. before this weve brought it in for repairs and ALWAYS had to take it back cause it was not fixed. WE WILL NEVER EVER TAKE OUR VEHICLE TO THEM EVER AGAIN!!This was because something on our vehicle wasnt working so therefore when we connected our boat to it we had no tail lights on our boat. it may have been longer or under my husbands name, Leo when I think about it it could of been 2 to three years ago as it was in storage for some time. The point is that we paid 250.00 for it and when I asked if we would be charged again he said yes we would.. I dont think he gave a name when I talked to him but seemed very monoton in his voice and seemed to care less

Took my van to the Super Duty center to get some warranty work done and this is how I got it back. Their guys dont drive aggressively is what I was told. Will NEVER do business there again! Not sure why the photos dont show up but the shelving broke loose from the wall and dumped everything off. If you look under the photos tab you will see them.

I bought a used truck, working in the area from out of state. Had a few hiccups with my truck right after I bought it. Told them I couldn’t take off work anymore to bring it back so they came and picked it up, fixed it and brought it back too me. Never had a problem with these honest guys, like I have had at other ford dealerships.

Worst experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Bought a used vehicle that was a year old, 28k miles on it. They delivered the vehicle during the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a gloomy rainy day when they delivered. First time I washed the vehicle by hand I noticed there were hard water spots all over the vehicle that did not come off. Also the back driver door and front bumper were a different black then the rest of the vehicle. I contacted them immediately, said they would fix it next time I was in town. Dropped it off, they called the next day and said the vehicle was finished and in perfect condition. I couldn’t get there until Sunday to pick it up. When I got there to pick it up, whoever had buffed the entire vehicle left swirls everywhere across the whole vehicle. And didn’t tape anything off, there was compound in every crack and seem, even on the luggage rack. Not to mention the blacks still did not even come close to matching. When I called to tell them how terrible it was(because they are closed on Sundays), they said it was perfect when they got done with it. I brought it back home and took it too my local auto body shop. They said they had never seen a buff job that bad. Got a quote for them to buff it and paint front bumper and door to match. Total came out to $2650. Westlies said they would pay to have the vehicle buffed. But they weren’t paying to paint anything. I have pictures of it all each step of the way. I have added them to their google page as well.

Service department employees, are polite, believe the problem is Ford Motor Company.2016 F350 Diesel warranty repair failures.Vehicle has been in for repair multiple times for the following issues.Low power and erratic regens, started in Sep 2016 not resolved until 2020.Display lockup - not resolved.Seat belt warning system-created while in for repair-not resolvedFront driveshaft vibration-not resolvedEngine misfire, loss of coolant, said bad batch run on cylinder head, replaced short block an one head - not resolved.Problem returned replaced both heads and turbo Ford would not cover inspecting other components that were likely damaged, this is a tow vehicle which I can no longer trust.Have talked to several service managers/writers, indication is strong that Ford warranty is not ensuring customers leave with a repaired product.I do not recommend purchasing new Ford products at this time.

Having an issue with cruise control not working, I asked if theyd check the fuse for me and they said they would have to schedule a warranty claim in a couple weeks before they could even look at it. Everything I am reading online says it is just a fuse, should only take 5 minutes. Poor service. Not helpful at all.

While the sales department seems to be great to work with; this review is directed toward the service department. I brought a brand new Raptor in for issues with the rear turn signals. My pickup sat in the same spot it was dropped off for 24 hours before it was even looked at (had 9 am appointment). Westlie had three separate attempts to fix the issue. 1. Hard reset of the system and told me it was fixed. 2. Replaced BCM and assured me it was fixed. 3. ???None of the visits fixed the issue. After a month of unresolved issues I took my pickup to Fargo where they fixed the problem on the first try. Disappointed in my experience.

My 2011 Ford F150 Truck with 31,745 miles on it had a steady Engine Check Light . I was definitely not impressed with Ford Motor Company but Westlie Motor Company was outstanding. My thanks to Marc Mueller (Service Advisor) and Jerry (Service Manager) for taking care of me during this ordeal. They went the extra mile to help with billing and transportation. He was willing to wheel and deal with the price, when something went wrong he was determined to get it fixed, and after it all he had it delivered to my house with no extra charge. Wonderful service department. Stopped in on a Saturday, due to my window not working (wouldnt rise and had fallen into the door). Not only was I lucky they had a service members available to take a look, but they had the part in stock! In addition their service manager worked with me on pricing due to being out of a job, so long as I could pay half that day, and pay the rest off by the end of the month, my vehicle was mine to take home. When it came time to pay the rest, their service desk team was able to take payment over the phone and offered to send the receipt to my house. And the repair is still going strong. Very, very happy.

Worst car buying experience I have had. Didnt get both key fobs then they forgot paperwork. ThenTwo days after buying the car check engine light is on then. Had to pay the shipping for the key fob they didnt pay for. More check engine lights 4 times total so far. Had the car two months. And a gal calls me just to insult me and tell me things I already know and that they have no want to try to fix the problems what a waste of a dealership dont buy from them.

Prob the worst experience i have ever had at any car place. First bring my car in on Tuesday they look at it say will be good to go on Thursday, ended up being done on Monday. During this time getting a hold of anyone was nearly impossible i would call at 10 am my service rep would be on lunch id leave my number with have him call me. I would end up calling at 3pm and he would be busy with others. and wouldnt get a call from him for 3 days. So skip ahead to Monday I go in pay the bill get out to my car and the key-less entry doesnt work which was one of the things i paid them to fix. so i go back in and they send out the mechanic and he says oh well it was working for us earlier, and says well theirs nothing i can do about it now. So i try and go back to the service rep and then there closed try and find the mechanic and hes gone. so paid $65 for nothing basically. Awesome. get into my car and the check engine light is on, Another awesome. again there closed now cant check anything with them. Just to add another Awesome moment I start driving and get stung by 2 bees that were chilling in my car. I prob shouldnt of told them that i had to leave the next day and that i live from half way across the country, but still...

Since 2011 my husband and I have been customers at Westlie Motor Company. Why shop anywhere else. Theyve always treated us like Gold.I needed service done to my 2014 Ford F-150 Platinum. We dropped off my truck on a Sunday morning to be seen the following day, for small issues and concerns. Our Service Advisor by the name of Marc Mueller kept us updated as often as possible. He had both my husbands phone number as well as mine. I saw that I had a missed call, so called him back. Marc informed me that hed already spoken to my husband... heres the shocker.. he said to me... but let me tell you what weve found so far. I was amazed! He went on to tell me everything that hed just told my husband. To be kept in the loop of what was going on with my truck was refreshing. I wasnt treated like The Little Woman Who Shouldnt Worry Her Pretty Little Head Not only did they fix my truck.... they washed it when they were done! Shes driving quiet and smooth. I didnt get my truck back until Friday. But guess what.... Im totally ok with that. For the wonderful service they provided.... I would have been happy to wait another week.

I had to have the service department do repairs last week and cancelled on them twice before dragging myself to the appointment. I was told it would take two hours and I dreaded going. However, they told me they have a courtesy driver that can take me anywhere around town I might need to go. I was thrilled that not only did it not take two hours, but the courtesy driver gave me a ride to the bank and waited, to the DMV and waited, and to the furniture store. I got more done by going to the appointment than had I not went. As a bonus, they washed my vehicle and after a long winter like this who wouldnt like that! I am now a loyal Westlie fan as I had a similar experience in customer service the year before on a different issue. They are courtesy, humorous, and I felt better for being there. Now.....only if they did taxes!!

It was nice to go to a dealership and receive such quick service.My husband only wanted the serviceman to look at the engine and make a guess as to why it was leaking.It turned out it was a somewhat small plastic piece that went to the fuel filter. We called them back they delivered the piece to the job site it was fixed(hubby fixed it). Thanks Westlie Ford a bit expensive but when one is broke down it comes down to convience!!!

So I am re-writing a previous 2 star review to a 5 star review. The reason I gave Westlie a 2 star review is because there was a miscommunication between me and my service adviser, Mike Lee. Jerry, Service Manager, pulled me in when I brought my truck back and was sincere on making sure my concern was addressed and that I had a great experience with the service team and that is why I am re-writing this review. I had taken my truck in due to a rough idle and vibration through the cab. The mechanic wrote that Cylinder 4 had low compression. I brought the truck back in the week after to have it looked into further and it turns out my truck (15 F150 3.5L EcoBoost with 48,800 miles) had a scorned cylinder (#4). They are preparing to put a new motor in it and they said 2-3 weeks. I am completely satisfied with Westlies service team and will bringing my truck back every time to have them service it. Terry and Mike have been excellent through the process.

I think Westlie should be ashamed of themselves. Not only did they quote me a price on my 2011 F150 Shock Replacement and then come back later saying it was going to be $300-$400 more but they were very rude in the service department. I came in for an oil change and the employees all looked at me and said nothing. So after 10 seconds I said hi to everyone in the room and asked who could help me with my appointment. I got the cold shoulder from the guy who was supposed to help me, his name was Cameron. Turns out their appointments arent true appointments and that you still have to wait a significant amount of time before your vehicle will be seen. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the service manager, Jerry, was very understanding and didnt charge me for the oil change when I complained to him about the service department. Jerry is a good guy but the others need some education in customer service.

These guys are good for changing oil in a car..so far thats about it. I had an issue with my dash with some electrical issues, they acted lazy about it and once they found the problem about two days later...this STILL wanted me to pay them their labor for those two days when they didnt do anything with the vehicle. Money wasted on new parts that still didnt work, and their over payed labor price..Never going to these guys again, should have went to Harleys like I usually do.

We trust Westlies with our vehicles. The only negative thing about the service was the length of time. We were told 1 hour for an oil change when we came in and it was an hour and 40 minutes. I know things happen, but someone could have told us it would be longer. Other than that, the work done was great.

Brought in my car to get new keys made because 1 of 2 of my original keys broke. Had 2 keys made and asked for the third one to be programmed when programming the keys. The two new keys were put on the work ticket but they didnt bother to put the 3rd orignal key for programming and was quoted $200 but was well over that. Oh and only the two new keys worked.
