Wonderful staff! Brought my car in for tire rotation and wheel balancing as well as an alignment. They ran a test and told me I didnt need an alignment. I appreciate their honesty. Will go to them again in the future!

Pomp’s is the most responsive, reasonably priced, and reputable repair shop I have ever used!

Personable, professional and efficient. Their shop was nice and clean. They repaired my tire, which I thought for sure was done for! They didn’t try to upsell me or coerce me into services I didn’t request or need. I did NOT feel like a number from start to finish and although I had to make an appointment they still repaired my tire and got me back in the road in less than an hour. Overall I am impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing tire service with the caveat... don’t expect to drive up and be processed in and out and oversold — if you want that go to local competitor. I personally like the personal service. (Even though it’s a chain it didn’t feel like one!!)

Pomp’s tire service always goes above and beyond for their customers!! I recently had my vehicle’s fuel pump go out at a very busy intersection. Not only did Brian, the manager, but 2 other employees ran 2 blocks to push my car to their store!! You won’t find customer service like this anywhere else. Brian kept me updated throughout the whole process, they have very fair pricing, all the techs are so knowledgeable and I would trust every single one of them with taking care of my vehicle. Pomps was the only repair service that said they would be able to help us out with a field repair of a rear tractor tire repair the same day. The technician showed up when he said he would be there, repaired the tire and treated me in a very professional manner. I will definitely be using Pomps in Minot if the need should arise again.

Wow!! Hands down best service I’ve ever had, and I’m from Canada so that’s saying a lot (LOL). Jay drove me to work after I dropped my car off, he took the time to park and come in to see where to drop the keys off.AND THEN DELIVERED MY VEHICLE TO MY JOB AFTERWARDS because my workday ended after the shop closed and Pomp’s didn’t want me to be without a vehicle 😄😄😄!!!!!!!! They went above and beyond on that one !! They were honest about what work needed to be done, up front with the pricing which was exactly what I paid, didn’t try to push extra services or new tires onto me after he informed me mine were getting to that point . Absolutely highly recommend . I’ll never go to another shop for any future automotive needs. My car runs so much better now, thank you Pomp’s for keeping my vehicle safe !

This place is great! I walked in because I had a flat tire and they were able to help me immediately and fix my tire right away. It was affordable and all of the staff were very kind and had wonderful customer service.

The staff at Pomps is always friendly and experienced. Service excellent plus. I have been going to these guys with my car and tire maintenance for many years. I honestly dont trust anyone else but them. I drive a 2013 Nissan Altima, and I have over 95,000 miles on my vehicle, and when it had to go to the dealership for a recall, they asked me if I ever drove my car!! I told them to look at my mileage! They said my car was in excellent condition, and whatever you are doing, keep doing it, because your car is excellently maintained. I think I owe that to the team at Pomps!

Had a flat tire on my way to work and they were across the street from the gas station I stopped to put air in. While filling the tire I noticed a hole and the air was leaking out almost as fast as I was putting it in. I drove across the street and they got my vehicle in almost immediately and had me on my way to work.

Pomp’s lost my reservation for an oil change. When I should up they did not have it on their hand written appointment book. They squeezed me in anyways after I showed on my phone the number I called and the date and time I called. When I picked up my vehicle I had to wait three or four minutes while there were no employees at the desk and two employees in separate offices adjacent to lobby saw me waiting but must have been to busy (one on cell phone) to help.Oil change sensor, when I picked up my vehicle, was never reset.

Brought my truck in, in an emergency. Didn’t even schedule an appointment. They got me in on the same day just a few hours later. My brakes were metal on metal and I was told by another shop my front caliper needed to be replaced. Jay said it didn’t need to be replaced it was just overextended and to keep an eye on it. Awesome mechanics! They know what they’re doing and talking about. Got my brakes fixed up speedy quick! I would recommend them over other shops in Minot.
