Lots of free weights room. Friendly environment and good location.

Ive been going to this gym since February and have had an overall great experience! I think earlier on, the holidays and COVID created challenges for the facility, as it did for many other businesses and all people during the time. However, quickly after, they did an exceptional job getting things back up and running efficiently and have made all possible changes to make the gym welcoming and safe for all members. I personally have had the best time chatting with the manager and staff there; they make the facility inclusive and fun, and they are always offering assistance whenever and wherever they can. It is a highlight of my day going to this location, and has made the drive to get my workout in that much stronger. I would highly recommend this Anytime Gym to anyone currently looking for a membership!

Such a great experience at the Minnetonka location! The workers are always supportive, and it’s such a safe/positive workout environment no matter what physical level or goals you are trying to achieve.

The staff and ownership here clearly don’t care about the pandemic or the spread of COVID. This gym is hardly ever staffed and therefore its members barely ever wear masks or wipe their own equipment. If you care at all about your health I’d suggest going during non peak times or finding a new location.

The trainers are great, but the club makes it impossible to cancel your membership. Ive been trying for two months to cancel or even talk to a representative. No one is getting back to me and it is frustrating. I would not recommend anytime fitness to anyone. They will charge you at any cost. SCAM! You would think cancelling your membership during a pandemic would be respected, but they still want you to come into the club to cancel and risk getting Covid-19. Its 2020, let us customers use technology to cancel our membership whenever we feel like it. We shouldnt have to beg people to cancel something we are no longer interested in. That is all.

I wish I had better things to say. I cancelled my membership in February, it was not taken care of, I received phone calls in July from a debt collection service, and now my credit is negatively affected due to employees not doing their job.

New to this location. Clean, lots of good equipment. Typical chain gym, but glad its close. Seems to promote Community & group workouts. Ideal for successful changes.

I highly recommend this Anytime Fitness location! It works for anyone looking to start their fitness journey to those experienced lifters in need of a gym well stocked with barbells, bumper plates, and rubber coated weight plates. The staff here are extremely welcoming, the equipment is always clean and tidy, and it never feels overly crowded. For the price you pay compared to so many other gyms, you can’t go wrong with trying out Anytime Fitness Minnetonka!

Great location! Spacious gym floor with a lot of different machines and free weights to use. The staff is top notch and always willing to help with any problems I’ve encountered!

Open 24 hours and its got lots of equipment and amenities. Private bathrooms (three unisex). Trainers, and even group classes now. *shrug* it gets the job done.Plus, theres a variety of people there. Its reassuring to not be the only doughy nerd in the place.

Good luck trying to cancel your membership. Theyll keep trying to charge you until you die. The new management is TERRIBLE.

This is an awesome place to workout! The staff and members are polite, and with the renovations it gives a nice open feel where member like myself dont feel like their on top of each other while lifting. Keep up the great work Amy and Aimee!!! :)

Amy has been very helpful working through our membership contract and keeping the gym in clean, working condition. Its always a friendly place, and youre always greeted by name when you come in! Great neighborhood gym.

I love Minnetonka Anytime Fitness! Amy and Aimee take the time to learn the names of their members and greet u by name and a friendly smile every time you enter! The gym is very clean and has a wide range of equipment! Amy and Aimee are always happy to share their knowledge and experience and make no question feel like a dumb one.

I joined Anytime with very little gym experience and I felt like the second I walked in the door I had been friends for years with Amy, the GM. She’s amazing. She answered all my questions and really gets to know each and every member. Every time I see her I’m greeted by name and I always hear her do the same for others. I have zero complaints about this gym and my experience so far!!

Terrible customer service, used several gym franchises in several cities and this has been my worst experience.

Had an unexpected move. Was given flexible options for my membership. Manager is willing to help meet customers geographic/financial need. The club itself is beautiful, well maintained, and a nice size for a suburb gym.

Its a small location, but its well equipped. There are free weights galore, 3 squat racks, a smith machine if you need one, and cable and cardio machinery of thats more your style. What i love is the weekly workout challenge. Every week there is an excercise or circuit with a time component, and all members are fighting for bragging rights to get on top of the board.

Nice location, big parking lot that is never congested when I have gone here. Quiet neighborhood and Aldi grocery store is next door sharing the same parking lot.

The staff and other members have always been so friendly towards me. I recommend this gym to anyone that ever asks for a recommendation.

The classes are designed to push you to your limits and I am constantly leaving them stronger than I was before. Highly recommend!

Had to transfer my membership after moving and couldnt quite get the same service. Randy is incredibly helpful and personable. Highly recommend this location!!!

I am very sad to write about my local Anytime Fitness, but this place is not a customer-friendly place, they just want to lock you in a contract and take your money. When you join, you must sign a contract. They signed me up for Gold Membership. Im not sure what I get as a Gold Member, but the cost is triple the amount than most larger gyms with more equipment and better amenities. Most other gyms do not require a contract allowing you to stop the membership at anytime. Very sad. DO NOT JOIN! You will be locked in! $626.34 for 1 year.

The gym itself is acceptable, its the same layout of precore machines and weights that I have come to expect. The real issues with this place are the location, some of the cardio machines are missing buttons or shelves, and the fact that one of the bathroom/showers didnt lock. When I tried to tell a trainer this after having two people walk in on me taking a shower, she seemed to think I was either joking or just stupid enough not to know how to work a lock.

Called to inquire about the active fit membership that I am apart of to setup a time to activate it through this gym. Amy was very short and rude who indicated numerous times that her club doesnt participate in this program. When I called my insurance, they confirmed with me that they in fact do and proceed to call the Anytime themselves to educate them on the contract that they signed. Again, Amy was very abrupt and again said she would not activate me. After we disconnected from Amy, the guy let me know that he was going to reach up to senior leadership to file a compliant that they are in breach of contract because they wouldnt accept my membership. About an hour later, Amy called back and apologized, but the damage was already done. Glad I am not apart of this gym, terrible customer service, Ill just go elsewhere.

Convenient location but you literally have to jump through hoops to cancel your membership. The only person you can cancel with is the owner who runs multiple clubs and is hardly there. I have called on multiple occasion and hes never at the club for me to cancel. Not to mention you can only cancel through your home club and not through any other avenue.

Cancelation policy is a scam. Read what everyone else has said. Place churns through people faster than McDonalds

I was very impressed and happy with my experience with anytime! Plenty of parking and friendly, knowledgable staff. I highly recommend this health club!!

This gym location is managed by scammers and con artists, I cancelled my membership in person on November 4th 2016 - and paid the cancellation fee. I continued to get collection calls from ABC company, and explained to them that I already cancelled, they said the gym did not push the cancellation through, so I called the gym and they promised to do it that day. This process repeated itself 3 times, and then stopped for 4 months, so I assumed they finally had processed the cancellation. I received an email today from ABC company that I owed a balance on my ACTIVE membership account. Im sure ABC company is reporting late payments to the credit bureaus - and this is impacting my credit score!! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP AT THIS GYM!!!!

Ive been a member here for 2 weeks now. I got started with a promo to join for 1$ and signed up for their 18 month plan. The gym leader Ryan Fargo is suuuper nice, and genuinely wants people to enjoy working out. He explained the benefits of the gym to me, and didnt give me the car salesman vibe i get from alot of gyms. The gym has a variety of people, from out of shape folks like myself :D to the typical meatheads who seem to be there every day. Overall its a pretty good upgrade from Planet Fitness, i dont regret my decision to join this gym.

Not the best club in the system. Machines are older and pretty beat, machine selection and availabilty is limited.

Facility was nice enough, but there was only one power rack and no other barbell stands. If you want to do bench press or squats, expect to wait.

Needs to be updated and offer classes

Their ABC payment service is literally a scam. Like many others, they kept charging be after membership was cancelled. 4 months later Im still trying to get money back. Been at Snap for 6 months and nothing but professionalism.
