Great staff and food. Turned my life around twice. Beautiful converted mansion

Theres one staff member who starts fights and I a know it all he has me so stress I cant control my bladder they are not very professional I had to come back to get my medication that they neglected to hand over once I was discharge

I’ve been here for almost 24 hours and honestly this place so far has been extremely helpful and accommodating for someone suffering from mental health issues and burnout. I have been suffering from anxiety, depression and ptsd for 15 years. I have been an essential work through the pandemic as well with a stressful job and by the end of 2020 my mental health got REALLY bad, my health started to decline which made my mental health issues that much worse and things went sour with my employer at that time. I found myself burnt out, overwhelmed and completely fried mentally after everything. This place has allowed me to care more about myself then worrying about how many dishes are piling up or taking out the garbage, cleaning and organizing my home when you are dealing with so much including physical health issues I stopped doing chores in my house completely. I’ve tried but my health has just been terrible and one night I broke. I went to the HCMC emergency center and they found me a bed here. I can finally feel myself relax and being around people in general is helping me feel safe. I live alone and the Covid isolation has been extremely hard. Once I start therapy I feel like I will be getting a lot farther in my progress here but I arrived extremely sleep deprived yesterday so the ability to just rest and sleep has been extremely helpful. People are friendly. I am also celiac an they are trying to accommodate my dietary needs which is nice.update: I went here multiple times during a hard time i was having with my anxiety and i can not thank the staff enough. They are wonderful and I do kind of miss them. Great people that truly want to help.

The staff don’t do anything to help. It’s very unorganized. The rules don’t make sense. They this place is just unhelpful . And Staff are very rood and disrespectful.

I was a resident of N.P! and it wasnt a good experience! Staff missed EXTREMELY important items meds in my belongings and I had to bring it to there attention! My razor they also missed! If you go to the Drs & miss a meal or medication pass you do NOT get a plate saved! & your medicine UNTIL they wanted to give it to me? 6 hrs had passed since my last dose! My bedroom had NOT been cleaned vacuumed nothing! I found toenails on the floor! The Staff were all friendly! Except 1 nurse the same 1 who missed my c.s. meds?!! Food was good! There really wasnt ANY groups or therapy. Lots of down time! I wanted this HELP SO BAD & I was very let down. I didnt over all feel a therapeutic vibe it needs more pictures and plants or something? I was on edge!! I hope this helps N.P.s outlook & maybe learn a few things from my comments? I had to give it a 2 Because missing that medication & razor could have been a detremental situation!! But it HAS great potential to be a life changing experience for some of us who struggle with mental health issues!Thank you;

I did not feel safe here. I came here from Regions Hospital at 11pm one night and did the intake and then I went to sleep, or try to anyway. In the morning I went and told the staff that I didnt feel safe and wanted to go back to Regions and they called a cab for me.

They only listen to what they can hear. I have very bad manic, they couldnt keep up on my problem on intake. Do they did we ualified me for needs. Ive been there before, most dont do the program just use it system and manipalate.

They have been immensely helpful to me in trying to get my life back together.

It was a nice place to help people cope with their mental illnesses.
