First therapist saw my child 3 times and then told us she was leaving the country (on a planned trip she knew about before starting our services) and would be gone for 6 weeks. We hadn’t even developed a treatment plan yet. It was an entire waste of time and money. She also said she’d assist us in finding someone new since we didn’t want to wait for her, and I never heard from her again.We had to start all over with a new therapist also from Ellie. This woman saw my child twice and then told us she was quitting Ellie. She also said she would set us up with a new therapist and never did.We have wasted 4 months and have never even gotten a treatment plan in place. I reached out to Ellie for help and have been waiting a week for a clinic manager to call me back. Obviously they don’t care. They are consistent in sending bills though for all of this lack of service. I can’t believe the amount of money I have paid for literally no help at all.

I have found both my provider and the staff at Ellie Family Services very attentive to my needs. The clinic operates mostly without staff at the front desk, so at first it may be confusing to figure out how to contact a live person, but I quickly was able to navigate this slightly different arrangement. My psychiatrist was able to help me find the most appropriate medications for me, and was very knowledgeable about all available medications. She was quickly able to find a combination of meds that worked for me; this has not always been my experience. I have found my provider to be perceptive, intuitive, and kind beyond the demands of the profession, as is her assistant. They are patient and supportive, and most importantly, they listen and respond, and I feel that they strive to provide the best service possible. When you can actually see your provider (not by telemedicine appointment), the rooms are well lit and comfortable, and the practitioners are on time for appointments. I highly recommend this clinic

They mentally abuse their patients. With so many different options for therapy, you really have no reason to go here. Trust me dont waste your time and money.

Ive followed my NP through 2 companies to this latest one Ellie and it by far fits her practice philosophy the best!! She is open and honest and listens and cares and has lots of experience w/ psychoactive meds and working w/ people in recovery. The staff Ive interacted with have been responsive & upbeat. You dont talk to a human often which took a little getting used to but when you leave a message or use the website contact form your will get a prompt response. Overlook the physical surroundings outside and it can be a little hard to find as the signage is poor, once you get inside you will be well taken care of :):):).
