Love Dr. McMillan. Been her patient for 22 years.

I have been going to this clinic for years. I will not go to any other.They are the Best of the Best.Dr. McMillan takes as much time as necessary to completely listen to me.Her education in the Medical field is triple A+. All the doctors at this facility are caring and compassionate. I never had long waits, the receptionists, nurses are all top grade.Not going to this clinic, would be a persons misfortune.You want the very best care, I would advise going there. You wont be disappointed.Deanna

Have never had anything but positive experiences in this clinic and have been going for 20+ years. I changed providers 2 times until I found Dr. Engebretson and she is wonderful. The nursing staff and lab techs have been great as well.

I am an 80 year old woman who has had nothing but the best medical care at this clinic. I have absolutely no complaints.

Very disappointed!!!Everyone knows who moved out of state in their lives, how hard it is to find a good Doctors office. A doctor that you can respect and trust.Dr. Engebretson was highly recommended by one of my patient. I called to schedule an appointment. The girl who scheduled me had a hard time with data entry. I was on the phone with her about 45 minutes. During the call she changed the time and the location several times. Before I hung up the phone I confirmed the time and the location twice. Entered it into my smart phone right away. I had to wait almost a month for my requested doctor, but I did because my health is important to me. I wanted a good doctor. The time came for my appointment. I didnt get any confirmation call, text or e-mail. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment and they told me I was scheduled in their other location. The receptionist was nice and told me, she will call the office to let them know I am on my way. I got to the office right on time for my appointment. I was working on my paperwork when they called me to the desk and told me that Dr Engebretson will not see me, because I was 20 minutes late. I didnt understand it and I asked for the manager. I told her my story. She was shocked by it and said sorry about five times. She was nice, but the sorry didnt fix anything!!! I asked for all my paperwork back and I left....

Poor management. Poor oversight of patient confidential information. Poor response to situation. Poor referral desk. Poor recommendations for healthcare. Poor cover for doctors out on leave. Put patient file, in other dumpster not shredded. Sent out letter 6 months later and did not support patient who already had previously pulled a credit report that year. Bad service.

Ive been going here for 25 years enjoying the best care, doctors who listen, and minimal wait times. Ive not experienced anything the other reviewer mentioned. She should give the place another try.

This is the best health care I have ever recieved. The people who complain should try out grand itasca or unessential health in Itasca county to find out what bad care is really all about try 3hr wait times and only one medical question per visit. Since I have turned 40 I have had 3 strokes 4 wrist surguries and a broken back with spondylosis. If you think park niccolit is so great they did 4 surguries on my wrist. Now I have cronic wrist pain that the top mayo orthapedic surgion is scared to even touch. This clinic did not have to take me on as a paitient but Dr Engebretson did and I have gained a respect level I never thought possible because of my hatered of Drs.They have gone above and beyond any expectation I could have ever dreamed of.Dr Klien kept me out of the er by getting my med with in 5 minnutes which I am eternally greatfull for because I hate hospitals.They listen to all the problems and explain how to help with the medical isues you face with no rush on time. I have been treated better here than at the mayo clinic in rochester where I have waited hours to be told nothing can be done.I have been to many many clinics and had many primary care Drs but this is the first that puts the patient above the paycheck. I would highley recomend this clinic for the top care you can recieve.I consider my self blessed to find Drs who care so much for suffering paitients. My third stroke I refused to go to hospital because of my disbelief of Drs competence.But now my belief is restored by the heart and compassion I have witnessed.So when that 4th stroke comes I will go to hospital. And will once again listen to my Drs advice which is a 180 from where I was before I came to Isle clinic.To all you great Drs keep up the outstanding work us patients truly appreciate the honesty and hard work that you do day in and day out. AND TO MANAGEMENT THE TWO DRS MENTIONED ABOVE DO RIGHTFULLY DESERVE PAYRAISES FOR THE ABOVE AND BEYOND WORK THAT THEY DO IS A MIRICAL IN ITSELF.TOTALLY GREATFULL AND SATISFIED COLINPs Forgot to mention Dr Engebretson saving my life by sending me immediatly to northwest abbot for extreme adeema of the legs. Had 40+ lbs of fluid in my feet legs and back heading straight for heart. I got to the ER and was the first one called before I could even sit down was rushed to get IV of lassics took 3 days to remove all the water. Dr at abbot told me I was lucky to get there when I did for if I did not I would have died from conjestive heart failure. I told him I was blessed to have the best primary care provider she knew what was happening while a couple of days earlier was realeased from nassef speacialty center with same condition. Sent home by a so called specialist when should have been hospitalized. If it was not for isle clinic I would not be writing this review. May GOD bless all the doctors of that clinic for they are truly angels.

Dr Fischer refused to care for my elderly mother when she transferred her care to Allina. She yelled at her and labeled her as “impulsive” and didn’t even give her a chance. She needs diversity and sensivity training too.

Staff, including doctors! literally has no idea what departments are even in the clinic. I was told I could see a psychiatrist there and after weeks of waiting for an appointment and the referral to be processed I was told there were no psychiatrists at that clinic or nearby allina clinics. Super unprofessional. Don’t waste your time. Go to park nicollet.
