Compassionate, respectful and flexible staff. Clean facility, very good homemade meals. All put together plays a highly consequential role in getting better and have hope for a better future.

Excellent staff, clean environment. Outings, movies, bowling and various shopping. Staff cares! Excellent cook provides tasty healthy meals very accommodating. Yoga room and educational groups

Some people may call this a treatment facility. But how the staff treat people is truly awesome.

The bill Kelly house was very helpful, for what I needed. The nurse Sharon is the best, and entire staff as well as the cook Carnice, are excellent in what they do, and what they do is help people

Did exactly 90 days here. Staff are either very untrained or they are incredibly lazy. Groups are two counselors one reading straight out of a book the entire time, no effort made to run a group that is at all helpful. Their chores/ point system is where you do your chores, attend groups, but the sad point reward bs is never ever done right so if they mention anything about that you can ignore it. Great place to be if you plan on getting drunk and/or high because most clients are without consequence. Bad for anyone in recovery. They buy tons of food but keep it locked up most of the time until it goes bad and is garbage. They only real nurse quit a few weeks ago leaving poorly trained random staff to dispense meds which is dumb and causes confusion and mistakes. One staff member has only one job and that is to always ask if/when/how you do your chores, hell wake you up about it. He will ask 4 times. Drains all clogged, staff blows it off. Mainly, staff just dont care about you or anything, they all always have an attitude like they cant wait to go home. Ha watch it, at 3:00 pm sharp they all run out the back door. Never fails. Anyone who wrote a five star amazing review on here are likely clients with severe mental illness who dont know better.

I got a lot out of the Bill Kelly House.The staff was wonderfull--especially nurse Sharon and my counsellor Taryn.However, much of the weekend staff was completely incompitent.We had problems with a resident who was bugging the hell out of everyone. This one guys solution was for everyone to just go to their room. What a moron.I especially didnt like the director, Kelly.She actually had the nerve to tell us that some of our concerns were nothing compared to our overall recovery. No one tells me whats important to me except me.We had a child molestor who had taken advantage of a 15 year old girl in the neighborhood, in the house, on the weekend. I told Kelly and she basically told me to mind my own business.Kelly is one helluva gal.
