I lived at Autumn Woods for almost 2 years and had a great experience and only left because I moved out of state. There were obviously some small annoyances like noisy neighbors sometimes, but that comes with any apartment and should be expected. Management and maintenance were always very helpful and quick to respond to any concerns, and the location is perfect. I do wish more resident communications were sent out via email instead of fliers at everyone’s door (to save on paper and timeliness) but I did appreciate feeling like I was always kept up to date, so no problems with missing out on announcements. Overall a great experience and would recommend living here!

Greatest place to live ever! The apartments are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very prompt and considerate. Its very quiet and peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. I love Autumn Woods. Im staying here!

Quiet and family friendly location with a good percentage of tenants over 50 and many young families, many of whom have come from international locations for work at the university of Minnesota. Loved the staff and the underground parking. Was aware of our neighbors (locked) bikes being stolen from underground garage location, but overall I felt quite safe at this apartment. Very spacious units with washer and dryer in each apartment. Would highly recommend.

Place was decent, little pricey but for the area makes sense. However if youre only staying for 1 year dont recommend, they are very harsh on safety deposit. Many hours of cleaning and still not to standard

I have lived here for 2 years and am a current resident in building 2576 on the first floor. I have never been woken up by my neighbors. Most of the people who live here are families whove been here longer than me. There has been some people whove moved around to other apartments in the complex or out altogether, but even my new neighbors are very pleasant to live by. I have zero complaints. The management is super reasonable and are very nice to work with. They have always been willing to help me out in letting me know when packages have arrived that didnt make it to my doorstep/building, available for answering questions and quick to resolve any issues regardless of how minor they are. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues (e.g. a door hinge to the garage broke and they fixed it that day). I LOVE the underground heated parking in the winter - its a must if you live in MN. Theres not been a break in since Ive lived here. They have cameras facing all the entrances and if someone did get it, theyd better smile because theyre on camera! I keep my bike locked up in there and its still there! Ive enjoyed the pool in the summertime as well. Its not overcrowded, which is nice. Everyone here is respectful of one another, which I appreciate. I work from home so Im literally here all the time, and have had no issues in doing so - its quiet during the day. If you like to party, this probably isnt the place for you unless you plan to do it in one of the party rooms. The location is superb - close to NE breweries, restaurants, retail shops (Target, Home Depot, Michaels) and close to the grocery store (Cub). You could walk to them, but I prefer driving. Downtown Minneapolis takes 7 min. to get to by car without any red lights (10 min with red lights). Its easy to get to Roseville and super easy to St. Paul via 280 to 94. Excellent location. Ive lived all over the Twin Cities in the last 20 years and this is by far the best apartment complex.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor clear as day. If you are a light sleeper invest in some heavy duty ear plugs!

A wonderful place to stay.Everybody including the management is cooperative.
