The waterfall sculpture in the lobby is amazing. I like coming here just to touch it lol. In a cool part of town (close to Trader Joes, movie theater & Park Nicollet). Beautifully maintained building.

The parking is limited and a bit tight and awkward. Im not sure about other floors, but the 5th floor womens bathroom has the smallest stalls I have ever been in.

Terrible place to work. They care more about efficiency than their employees safety.

Bad management, looks great on paper and on tour but staff will screw u over

Stay away from their properties.
