The experience was good- but the hard pull on your credit score as part of the application process is beyond absurd. Once you get settled in and get past that credit score dent, you will enjoy the location, and the amenities. However you do realize the longer you’re there that the place has been built pretty cheaply- the walls are very thin and often I ran out of hot water before I even stepped in the shower despite you having to pay extra for water.

We have absolutely loved living in Heritage Landing for the last 1.5 years. We actually moved in without ever visiting (we started the “touchless tour” trend in June 2019 ) and immediately fell in love with the great apartment, nice community spaces, and awesome location. The property management team, front desk staff, and maintenance crew (we especially like these guys) are outstanding. The managers worked with us to address issues we’ve come across and the building is really well taken care of. We’ve enjoyed many evenings on the beautiful rooftop patio. Both the first and second floor workout rooms are great!The location ROCKS! It’s less than half a mile from the River Parkway (which will get you to the Stone Arch Bridge within a mile), tons of really great restaurants in the North Loop neighborhood, and we’ve really liked living within walking distance of The Aria where our church River Valley meets on Sundays.I would highly recommend living here if you’re looking for an awesome apartment with a great community in the North Loop neighborhood.

We have lived at Heritage Landing for the past 6 months and love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they have wonderful all inclusive gatherings. Friends are always welcome to all events which are scheduled regularly. We love the people we have met and the location is awesome. CLOSE to everything that you would need!Jim and Camille Jindra

Arrived to the Moosefest with my 3 1/2 year old daughter and we had a blast! Bought the bounce house pass for ten bucks and she got to play in their all day if she wanted(5 different bounce houses)although we didn’t. It was hot and humid that day as well and lines were long for refreshments. The bands all rocked and the music was fantastic. Although it says not to bring cooler, back packs, blankets etc. I did notice quite a few with these items. So next year we’re gonna just bring a back pack and small cooler and see if we can get away with it😁. Had so much fun that Viv passed out in a lawn chair. And that was all she wrote, home we went. A great four hours with my baby girl.

Great place, great experience. Shannan, Talesha, Kerstin and Nicole are all very helpful, the building and units are beautiful, its very quiet, spacious & the perfect location. Highly recommend.

Family member has rented her for years. Appears like a nice place, clean and friendly people.

A SPECIAL SHOUT-OUT TO SHANNAN ROBB and THE HERITAGE LANDING LANDING TEAM!Ive been renting lofts in the Minneapolis metro for the last five (5) years, and the Stuart Co management and leasing team at Heritage Landing has truly been a cut above any other building staff Ive experienced.Heritage Landing is one of the largest apartment buildings in the fashionable North Loop neighborhood, and their staff seem to always effortlessly and enthusiastically accommodate their many tenants requests. A service quality that was demonstrated during my application and move-in process with leasing consultant SHANNAN ROBB.My fiancé and I had to unexpectedly move one (1) month early, and we had to work swiftly to secure a new apartment amidst a very congested work travel week. Over the course of only two (2) short days, SHANNAN helped us find the perfect unit, happily satisfied our many specific requests (paint changes, cleaning, etc...), and she coordinated an expedited and supportive application and move-in process while I was traveling for work. For example... when I was notified by Century Link that my internet would not be activated for nearly three (3) weeks, a damaging inconvenience for a self-employed (home office) business, SHANNAN generously leveraged her local Century Link relationships and I had internet in three (3) business days. Incredible.I later learned that I was just one (1) of twenty (20) tenants either moving-in or moving-out during that last week in April; all the while, SHANNAN ROBB and the Heritage Landing (Stuart Co) management team made me feel like their number one priority.
