I went to 5 Minute oil change on Sooner Road. There was 3 technicians there, they informed me the radiator flush I requested cant be performed. Only at a dealership, well Valvoline Instant Oil. Said we Can!!! So if you want awesome service go to Valvoline in MWC and ask for whatever your car needs, Ill be back:)

It was my first time going to Valvoline for an oil change. Claudia and the gentleman working there did an amazing job and was very friendly and quick. Would absolutely recommend.

Was a tad busy when I arrived but once in they were good..

Went in for an oil change and they changed out my headlight and flushed my motor! Very reasonable price for all of that and labor. They were friendly, professional and I was in and out pretty quickly!

They gave me a 16-point check they changed my oil very courteous people and I was out of there.

When I arrived I was welcomed by everyone in shop and asked me normal information and suggestions upon othere products and services that I may want.Did the headlight restore and was asked watch and shown after finished and they look brand new they did awesome job on them.I give 10 stars and after 7 years of coming back for services Im not one bit unsatisfied with valuable

They did get me in an out. They did not check window wipers nor the cabin filter or even ask, etc. Which had been done on previous occasions. Good thing I am aware of both and have subsequently replaced them.

They are always great, very fast, professional, and respectful. They have also never tried to sell me anything I didnt need, but have sold me a couple extra things I actually did need per the manufacturers maintenance instructions and Im glad they did.

The techs were so easy to speak with and even gave me a discount in order to get some work done. I will absolutely return. The oil change was less than 15 mins.

Got a basic oil change on my Ford F-150 truck. After everything was completed I asked if my coolant level was ok... I kept on hearing my secondary fan kick in. But I was told it was just a little under cold..Next morning I have a small oil path under my truck. It was there because when he was adding oil to my truck he spilled some on the engine. But the best is the next day freezing rain needed my heater...and the freaking heater would work.So in the pouring rain I checked my coolant went to AutoZone put a gallon of coolant in my reservoir for my heater to work now its at COLD! Im sure he did look but he was in a hurry and missed it.Thats small mistake has made a customer mad and Ill just go somewhere else.

Ive been using this location for some time now. I get off work at 4:00 pm, I made a few stops before going to get my oil changed and here it is 4:45pm and I am home writing this review. The service here is incredible. Michael was awesome, his energy was great for it to be so hot outside and the end of the day. The service was extremely fast and I would recommend this location to anyone in need of service.

Service was excellent! The guys got me in and out very quickly, they checked the tire pressure and cabin filter free of charge (and filled up my tires) and were the cheapest spot in town. I usually change my own pil, but I will be coming here from now on. Highly recommend!!

Got charged 148.97 for the Wrong vehicle, then charged again for my vehicle. Was told they would refund my card but the money is gone and Im still waiting on the refund. So Im stuck waiting for who knows how many days for practicality 150 dollars. Will never be back!😡

Ok I went today to get a oil change that went great but my headlights for some reason wasn’t working so they decided to try to fix that they never really checked or tested anything they just automatic assumed it was the switch that was out but something told me to Google the problem While I was at Valvoline I told the mechanic that it could be the relay switch he said no its the switch I’m pretty sure its the switch it wasn’t the switch they tried to charge me 145+ a $90 fee to fix the switch They never tested anything they just assumed it was the switch so I went up to AutoZone and I purchased a relay switch to see if that was the problem it was only $30 to fix my headlights long story short they didn’t take the time out to make sure that was the problem so I would’ve been out of 145 plus 90 for something that wasn’t even the problem I called back to tell them I didn’t get a Apology or nothing to everybody thats reading this please get a second advice before spending your money with these people 🙂

I came here today to get my 02 sensor replaced. I had purchased the replacement part myself already and they told me they were going to charge me $90.00 for labor !!!I dont suggest using their services for anything.

Workers kept me waiting while servicing other customers....asked me to move out of the way for two other people....guess i wasnt pretty enough? Ive been burned by valvoline before but not this store.
