I got there at 8 a.m. to buy 2 tires. It was 1 p.m. by the time they were done. I asked to know the tread on the removed tires and said I wanted to keep them. The young girl at the front literally said to my face I didnt ask for it. So customer service not so great but the professionals know what theyre doing. They changed my tires tested the alignment for free, the tires seem to be good quality and not expensive. I can see how Monday morning theyd be swamped especially if theyre good. If it werent for the receptionist I would have given this place 4 stars

Overall the service provided was excellent. But they lose 3 stars because the front desk associates have 0 communication on things pertaining to your vehicle. If you dont care how long your service takes and have the mentality of it get done when it gets done. Then this place is fantastic. Again the service of the vehicle is phenomenal just need to work on the front staff.

My sensor didnt go off I was told to drive it awhile and it should go off. I know my car and the sensor always go off when the air pressure is right. SMH

The people are very nice there, but I’ve been to this location multiple times and they still haven’t quite grasped how to handle customers and their vehicles efficiently. You might as well just come early in the morning because it’s more so first come, first served. Scheduling an appointment means nothing. Each time I’ve been there my car is seen at minimum in 2-3 hours. My last visit I basically waited over 3 hours for them to tell me there was nothing they could do for my car. They were able to fix a slow leak in my tire, but forgot to fill the windshield wiper fluid. I’ve kept coming there because again the people are very nice, but the overall experience is quite frustrating. May need to consider placing a cut off each day so that the establishment isn’t over booked and staff over worked......

I have been here only once. I showed up and checked in at 10:10 am and was given an estimate of a couple hours. It took more than 4. There was zero communication between service staff and customers. They make you feel like you dont exist. Its just not worth it. Trust me.

I had a visit on 3/2/20 and I had my brakes and rotors replaced due to Hibdons telling me that they were badly in need or replacement, at this point I only would purchase tires but went ahead with the service and had to return a few days later for a tire rotation and then again in Sept 2020 due to my brakes being extremely loud and screeching to be told nothing was wrong with the front brakes and rotors but I needed my back brakes changed. I refused the service and had my back brakes checked by someone else who said nothing was wrong with the back brakes. I just had the front brakes taken off and the brakes in the front were completely touching metal despite hibdons on tinker diag in mwc,ok stating they were fine. This was horrible service and I spent hundreds on repairs that were not needed.

They honored my road Hazzard warranty. Very polite.

Been going to for 10yrs. Staff is great. Honest went in for what I thought was a thermostat problem. Smelled coolant. Turned out.. my radiator cap was bad. Only cost me $34 to be replaced. They practice social distancing. Has always be respectful to me. Price are very reasonable.

I made an appointment and my vehicle still sat in the parking lot for 47 minutes before they started. Appointments are no different than walk-ins, don’t be fooled. Employees couldn’t care less if you wait or complain.

While Hibdon does have the best tire prices they unfortunately dont have much honesty or integrity. If youre only using this store for tires, I HIGHLY recommend you have your car inspected someplace else first. This was my third and final time using this location. Twice they have tried telling me my tire pressure sensor needed replacing when it just needed to be reset after new tires. I sat in there for 2.5+ hours and listened to them sell the same 2 services to EVERY single person that picked up their car; replace the tire pressure sensor and alignment. I always take my car to the dealership first and they didnt mention anything about alignment, yet Hibdon had a print out of how off it was. When I mentioned that the dealership had checked it before I brought it to Hibdon, the sales rep, Kevin, got irritated and tossed the print out at me and walked away. He told another employee to ring me up. When it came time to check out my total was $75 more than I had been quoted!! I asked the gentleman ringing me up why and he said he would ask Kevin, who had quoted me the price over the phone. Kevin sent a tech(he was too busy all of a sudden) to tell me that I had been quoted a price without a warranty. I told him that wasnt what I was quoted nor had I budgeted for that. I was also told this included the warranty. The tech (name unknown) said he didnt understand why I didnt pay the extra, that it was a good deal and not that much more. Luckily I stood my ground, paid what I was quoted and got the hell out of there.

Second time I have had issues with this business. This time I have waited almost 3 weeks for a replacement donut tire and wheel, only to be told today that only the wheel arrived. I was advised that they could not determine what size tire was needed for my van, of which they gave all the specs. I was told to check around for a used spare. If I had wanted a used tire I would not have gone to their store. If I can look up the specifics for my van by going on line and googling the info, could they not do the same? Mopar?? Really guys??? Being a woman, I do have experience in car parts. etc., since I have worked in tire, muffler, service station and wrecker services. You messed up guys!!

They keep you updated and it’s just overall a great store. I’ve noticed the same employees being there for a long time so it seems like a good place to work as well. 10/10 recommend!!

Called around town for a tire that no one else had, this location went to get the tire from the Norman store. When we got there the staff were welcoming and helpful even though it seemed busy but we got in and out in less than an hour. It was amazing!!! A job well done! Caitlin was great got my wheels really quick and on picl up the service was impeccable . Props to the Manager Kevin Brown for the outstandingly service of him and his staff. The only way a crew gets like that is to have an excellent example in a leader.

Discount tire told me that hibdon tires put tires on my car that couldnt support the gross weight of my vehicle. After my second blowout I was informed of the mistake and Hibdon Tires refused to do anything to fix the problem. The 3rd blowout ripped my bumper off and sheared the paint off my quarter panel. I will never recommend or shop here again.

I Took my car there last week due to a trembling in the front end. They replaced my rocker arm assembly and recommended that I get new tires. On the way home I noticed that the problem still was not fixed but assumed it was because I needed tires. The next day I put new tires on the car but the problem still persisted. I took it back to them the next day and they made adjustments on the alignment and said it was fixed. On the way home I noticed it still was not fixed. I took it to them a third time and they torqued the alignment again and noted on the work order that I may need new bearings. This time the mechanic was very short with me and acted like I was annoying him. Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. EXTREMELY LONG WSIT PERIOF RUDE SERVICE ATTENDANTS AND PROBLEM Is still not fixed! Go some where else.

Called and spoke to Robert today (10/24/2020) @1pm.Robert was professional up until I asked whats the current wait time.He then told me he doesnt know. So I asked if it would be under 2 hours. He says its likely but that depends on when you get here and how many people are in front of youI said alright. Well Im just down the street. Do you currently have people in line or do you have bays open?Roberts response I have bays open but I cant just bump you in front of other people. So its gonna depend on when you get hereIts a simple question. Give a customer CURRENT wait times with the understanding that it can change depending on when they arrive!Dont turn a mole hill into a mountain.

Took my car in for new tires and 21 point inspection and found out that my car needed additional work in which was very costly and posed a safety threat for me to even drive my car away. Stephen worked with me to the point that I was able to get my car repaired and have a peace of mind knowing I wouldnt be in a ditch somewhere later. They all stayed late to make sure I got my car back that day and it was a Saturday. I am so grateful for Stephen and his crew. Definitely take your car if needed, not only do they perform good work, they also care about your safety. Thanks Hibdon!

Got my oil changed. Technician reset my computer. He put my mph on km and air conditioner on Celsius. I cannot figure out how he changed it. Called the store. Person I spoke to was not real receptive. Told me to bring car back. Which I plan to do next time Im in OKC. But until then Im screwed!

Horrible experience waited two hours for a plug and couldnt wait in my car . I prefer smaller shops but the company paid its a company vehicle.

I purchased tires here a little over a year from when I went. One of the tires has been having a leak where I need to put air in at least 3x a week. I went in during the pandemic to get it patched. There was a rope to keep people away from the counter, only allowed 5 people inside at a time and masks were required for all. They were extremely busy and told us that it might be completed by the end of the day or the next morning.This wouldnt work for us because my wife needed the car for an unexpected business trip to Tulsa. This is where 5 stars come in. We completely understood that we were probably going to have to wait so we headed home to grab another vehicle and went back to Hibdons to drop it off.While we were emptying the valuables from the car an employee came and said it was our turn. We were elated. We finished up, gave them the keys and 20m later had a good as new tire. Reality versus expectation can be disappointing at times, this time it was not. Thank you to the staff for keeping us customers safe and for doing such an amazing job. Will keep coming back. Now hopefully they can patch my Corvette tire just as quickly!!

I go here because I work at enterprise and thats where they take there cars for tires and oil changes. None of the cars have issues from either. They seem to do good work. They are very nice. It gets pretty busy sometimes. I would go in the morning.

Went to get a slow leak tire fixed was told 1 1/2hr so I said ok I have a couple of errands to run and I can be back in 45min the guy promptly told me well youll move to the back of the line if you leave I asked cant you keep me in the rotation Im running to the bank and be right back. He promptly said no, so I gave them my keys and had a seat........2hrs later I just grabbed my keys and left missed the bank due to them closing early from the weather and I still have a tire that wont hold air past 12hrs. Sad thing is Im a regular customer just had over 3k worth of front end work done and still got treated like I was some guy off the street with a bike tire that needed air, didnt even offer to fill the half flat tire. Capitalism at its finest customer service in the gutter with the runoff rain water. VERY FRUSTRATING 😞

Took my daughters vehicle there and supposedly they fixed it for $3347.67 and she drove it for a week she had problems again. She took it back and after it was all said and done. She came out of pocket again paying $1900.00. For her trouble, they should have compensated her with a visa gift card.

I brought in a 1999 Toyota Solara in for an alignment. I had two new tires on the front. I told them to balance them but to leave the new tires on the front. After I left, the car pulled drastically to the right. I brought it back and they tweaked the alignment, but after I left it still pulled right. Today I took it for the THIRD time and they told me it was pulling because of uneven wear on the front tires. I said but theyre brand new! Then I find out that they moved the new tires to the rear despite me telling them explicitly not to. The original guy even repeated this back to me but decided not to write it on my service ticket! So then after they moved the new tires back to the front, told them that I wasted 8 hours of my life driving and waiting just between the second and third trips I had to take just for them to fix their own mistake. The manager then tried to tell me that the HSA recommends the best tires be on the rear, ignoring the fact that Im the customer and I told them what I wanted. He offered me 10% off my NEXT service. I laughed and said, seriously? Im not coming back here man. Then he yelled at me and said if I dont want to be educated then fine! Dont come back! There was cursing involved on my part but I feel it was warranted :)

Made an appointment so they would hold the tires I wanted. I get here and half an hour after the take my care. They tell me the sold the tires they were supposed to hold for me. So dont waste your time setting appointments they wont hold them. And wouldnt give me a time of how long I would be waiting for them to get the tires I wanted.

DO NOT GO HERE. Had standard oil changed on 10/16/20. On the invoice was “courtesy check” ... typically oil changes come with a “courtesy check” of fluid levels and air pressure on tires. Took my car to a mechanic today after my car was overheating and they tell me my coolant is extremely low and oil was a quart over-filled. DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF DAMAGE THAT CAN BE DONE WITH AN OVERFILLED OIL RESERVOIR?They quoted me over $1800 to have front control arms and bushings changed - today, 10/20/20, at another mechanic in Mustang, OK - I am charged $620.Hibdon Tires takes advantage of women coming in to their shops. Telling me I could just take out a Hibdon Tires credit card for the $1800 with no interest in the first 6 months when they CAN NOT EVEN PROVIDE THE MINIMUM SERVICE with an oil change completely blows my mind and shows the level of disrespect they have for me as a woman putting my trust in their work.Getting in touch with corporate - this is completely unacceptable. Do not trust them. Seek service elsewhere.

Never again! Was told my tires were in stock, then an hour later told they didnt have them after all and were bringing them from another store. Common sense should tell you to check stock BEFORE you put the car on the lift and remove wheels and tires thus holding the customer hostage, disabling them from going somewhere else! 3 hours later I finally got to leave. Will take the hour wait at Discount Tire next time...

Second time to this location, both times I had bad experiences, and this second visit will be my last. I will drive to another location across town, the convenience of being closer to my house is not worth it.I was told over the phone prior to my visit that it would be not a problem for them to call the other hibdons location that I normally use to get the card info on file for my account/car. When I get there Laura, the “service advisor” insinuated that I was trying to commit fraud and that she would not be able to check with the other location to get my payment info. Mind you this is for the same car, the same payment method I have used for all my tire purchases at any hibdons location, a HIBDONS credit card, in my grandfathers name(we share the same last name) who was willing to consent over the phone but did not have his card with him when I was needing payment info. I didn’t arrange for him to have the card with him ahead of time because I was told prior to my visit that it wouldn’t be an issue at all.After all this unnecessary inconvenience the “service advisor” didn’t even have the decency to say thank you have a nice day, insult your customers, and have a sour attitude? No thank you i will GLADLY drive to NW Expressway in OKC where I know I will be helped and not insulted.

Be prepared to spend your whole day off here. Got here bright and early and was told an hour and a half 4 in front of me. Still here and they are saying 3 in front of us. They care more about the business customers than they do us regularly folks because I have watch these guys come in and get taken care of.

Had to get new tires on my truck. Called and made an appointment. Showed up and there was a miscommunication. They thought a said Prime well Volero HT when I wanted AT. The AT were discontinued so they cut me a really good deal on a better set of tires.

Friend tore up tire on a Sunday and they were only shop open. Tires are Pricey, but they Got us in and out pretty quick.

Asked for a rotate and balance on the 7th, today I take it back because its vibrating. Now we have cupping on all our tires. They did their job... Is what the managers reposnse to me. 2020 Maxima.

Great service, prices were reasonable. We were having a pretty bad morning with a tire that wouldnt hold air due to a nail in it and a battery that kept going dead randomly. They got us a new tire and battery and out the door pretty fast. I was impressed. Well be back in the spring for new tires overall.

I took my car in for new breaks and rotors a few months ago. My car has continued to squeal as I drive so I brought it to the Hibdon and Shawnee and low and behold the Midwest city store charged me for new rotors and didn’t put them on which has worn on my break pads. Thank God for the Shawnee shop for replacing everything at no charge and for being honest and making a wrong right even though they weren’t at fault. The Midwest city shop denied fault and tried to blame it on someone else. I will absolutely never return and I recommend everyone else to switch their business from Midwest city to Shawnee. It’s WELL worth the switch.

I will never go back. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. Ive have never been so utterly disgusted with a store and it team. They did not complete the task in a timely manner. Failed to update me with whatever the issue they had. They Destroyed the part I specifically asked to keep until I arrive. Then then guy hands me a box of pieces like no big deal. Every associate I spoke with on the phone just laughed it off like no big deal.

First time was excellent. However the second time I was told they didnt have time and to come back. When I did come back after an hour of waiting and a ton of bs excuses he check and oh I was next. Then they tried to tell something about my car that I could clearly tell was not true and then told me he would give me a quote on tires...that were NOT even suppose to be put on my car...

We took in my friends car on Monday to get his oil changed, air filter changed, and a back tire with nails in it changed. Dropped off the car at 1 and it was still not done by 4 so we had to leave the car overnight. We picked up the car the next day and later noticed that the back tire STILL had nails in it. We called to ask if they tried to plug the tire or anything and they argued saying the tire was not on the ticket we filled out. We told them it was so they went and looked and said they must’ve “overlooked it” because it actually was on the ticket. The tire went flat again the same day we picked it up. Over $100 and multiple hours wasted on just an air filter and oil change? They offered to make us another appointment (no free tire replacement or discount included), but because we were so irritated we decided we’d rather go to discount tire to get the tire fixed and will keep our business here with them instead of Hibdon’s.

My husband took his car to this location for an oil change yesterday (Sunday). They also rotated his tires which shouldn’t have been done if they were paying any bit of attention they would have seen there were brand new tires on the back and they moved them to the front. Fast forward to this afternoon (Monday), my husband is driving home from work (30 miles from home) and quickly realizes something is wrong. The car violently shakes when he turns the wheel. He calls me on his way home and tells me he is headed straight to Hibdon. He makes it there. Barely. Two technicians go out to the vehicle and raise it up. First, my husband is put under the impression that the lugs were not tightened on the front left tire. Then come to find out FOUR out of FIVE lugs are GONE. The only one left? The wheel lock. That wheel lock probably prevented him from losing a wheel on the highway. I am in utter disbelief that they allowed this to happen. We have a 4 month old. If anything had happened to either of them, I would have this place shut down. DO NOT GO HERE. I have never been so disgusted with a business in my entire life.

Great prices on oil changes, and while they do try to sell services that arent strictly necessary sometimes, they are never pushy about it and have never lied to me. I dont know that Id trust them for anything serious since one of the mechanics I spoke to said they couldnt read an error report unless the check engine light was actually on, which is simply not true since I took it to a local mechanic who did exactly that. Having said that, its pretty hard to screw up an oil change and Ive never had any problems with that service from them.

They have a very good staff and very helpful, they are willing to take their time with you to find what you need at an affordable price. They also have military discount and you are able to make an appointment with them if you have a busy schedule. Ive come here multiple times to get new tires and wheels and they have been very helpful.

Will never spend another dime. Said I had a bent strut. I didnt. Wanted to charge me $700 to plus labor to replace both front struts. Replaced one of my tires with a tire 2 sizes too big. Said I need a camber kit on my truck that already had one on it.

Wife arrived a little early for an appointment. The staff said they could get her in early and it wouldnt take long. Just getting 4 new tires. Over 2 hours later and her car isnt ready plus an extra $100 for alignment- so much for their Out the door price you get on their website. They said theyd give her some discount after she questioned their the amount of time. 2 hours and 45 minutes and it was cold in their waiting area.

They lie about your tire condition to make sales. They’re not organized to even put the new tire you purchase in the right spots. Terrible customer service. They make up stories and you’re stuck with the bill. Massive waste of time and money. Don’t go here.

I stay around the corner and they always do a good job on my Cadillac. The store manager ordered parts 3x. And he went the extra mile made sure they had the right part. I was so grateful.

Although they were very friendly, one employee completely threw me off. My front tires were pretty bad, but I couldn’t buy new tires same day (for time reasons) and I asked he rotate my bad tires to the back since I have a 60 mile commute.His response was, “you always keep bad tires on the front.” I was shocked, but went ahead and drove home. My visit was yesterday, and today I am having new tires put on - otherwise, I would’ve had to go home and rotate the tires myself to ensure I was safe on the road.

Helpful and attentive staff, quick service, and not terribly overpriced.I found the amenities in the waiting area a nice touch, they have like one of those specialty powder coffee machines you find in convenience stores for free, as well as drip coffee and a vending machine. Obviously, I dont go to a mechanic for coffee but I found the gesture thoughtful given how long wait times can be.

Staff very friendly and accomadating! Needed a tire and it took 5 days. Yes, 5 days to get the right tire for my malibu! Had to call every day to find out the status of delivery of said tire, they kept saying they would call back with update on said tire, never received a call back! Did finally receive call on 5th day saying tire is in and we can pick up!

Had to get new tires for the Monte Carlo .... it was due because there were tears in the rubber & the steel fibers were sticking thru so it was time!! They were extremely busy today but they got the job done right! New tires installed, rotated & balanced with a great price & all under a good warranty!! They will treat ya right, thats why Ive used them for over 40 years! You need to trust who works on your vehicles and I know they are the BEST now and in an emergency situation as well!! You cant get any better service, product, price, or warranty than what they provide!! Ive been coming here for years and have always had excellent and honest service. They are not the fastest, nor or they the cheapest, but I firmly believe in getting what you pay for. This place always does a thorough job inspecting my car, they are careful to not get it dirty or greasy when a mechanic is inside, they explain any problems they find in a way thats easy to understand without being condescending, and they dont pressure me into getting services or maintenance I dont need. Cant recommend this place enough.

Everything was perfect except for the lady giving me the evaluation of what was wrong with my car when I would ask her a question about why it was the tires or why I needed an alignment she never answered the question directly instead she felt as if I was questioning her ability to understand the invoice and their ability to accurately do their work on the vehicle. The overall experience was great even after leaving I realize I did not need an alignment and I just needed my two front tires balanced but her customer service skills were horrible if I knew her name I would tell you but its the younger white chick.

The last 2 times that Ive been in to get tires, the guys have not only cracked one of my aluminum alloy rims because of them man handling my wheels, only then to swear up and down that it was that way when I brought it in... like how could I have driven it in if it wasnt holding air??? And then the last time, just a few days ago, I decided to give them another try only for them to not only break a valve stem cover and sleeve on a new tire replacement and then cover it up, but to also tell me that they replaced a valve stem on my spare tire when in fact they hadnt! Im through with this store! To many young, inexperienced and manipulating punks who apparently dont give a dang about good workmanship and honesty!

They where vary fast at there job
