My tire indicator light was on. I pulled into parking lot, called and asked if they could check. They told me to pull into bay #1. An attendee immediately came out, checked all my tires with their pressure gage, added air and my light went off. No appointment or charge. Thank you so very much Firestone Tinker.
This Firestone has one of the worst people to have to interact with. I’ve had to go here for my work car and I’m so thankful that I can get on base now so I don’t have to deal with whoever is upfront with a sour mood and always seems to talk down to you. I let it slide the first time since everyone had off days but it’s been every time I’ve had to come here. I wish I’ve gotten his name. It’s sad that this Firestone won’t get my service again since there is another man who works there that I’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions with.Hopefully they either just put the rude guy in the back so customers don’t have to be talked down to by someone cause other than that I’ve had no other issues here.
Midwest Citys Firestone is terrific. Great location, high quality products, the team members are courteous and well-trained. So as you might imagine, they stay crazy busy. Youll most likely need an appointment ... call them or book online and youll be well taken care of.
Waited 3 1/2 hours not a great place to go for tire repair deserves 0 stars
This store has outstanding, friendly, and helpful service. They made up for a mistake that a previous Firestone store had made. Special shout out to Robert who was very friendly and kind while making sure our vehicle was safe to drive before a long trek in the snow! I highly recommend this Firestone!
My daughter had an emergency with her back tire and we were 350 miles from home. Most tire places are closed on Sunday, but Firestone was there to help. We took it to the Midwest City Firestone and David and Brandon had it fixed within 30 minutes and we were back on the road. Amazing customer service!!!!Highly recommend!!
Ive been coming here for car repairs for a few years now and this particular Firestone location have great customer service.
Gosh, are they busy. Full bays and dropped off cars in the parking lot. CALL AHEAD! True professionals work on my car whenever I go there. They notice the little things. I thought I was floating down the road when I departed.
They did some work on my wifes truck about a year ago. Had an issue with something today that was related to the previous work, and they still stood behind thier work and took care of it, over a year later. You just dont find that kind of service anymore. Earned all future work from me.
Outstanding customer service. Mark Mercer went above and beyond for me and my family, truly a rare example of great customer service. The team at Firestone did a great job on both of our vehicles. Bought tires and got an alignment performed. Sorry Discount tire, I think I found my new home for tire and auto care. Thanks Firestone and thanks Mark.
Ive gotten tires and repairs on multiple vehicles, at multiple locations.Trustworthy.
Went by to check about getting a flat repaired. They were busy and the manager inside (Pete) was very overwhelmed and rude. He took the route of telling me every possible reason he didn’t have time to help me. Also was going to charge me at least $45 (his words). I went to Sam’s down the road and had the nail removed and tire patched in 45 min. no charge. Wouldn’t waste my time here again.
I went there because my engine light was on. They said it would cost over thousand dollars for it to get fixed. I went to another place I was charged 429.00. What a difference in price! I always went to Firestone in Edmond and the one in Midwest city isnt nothing like them.
Restrooms were very clean and the tire selection was superb.
Very nice people. Gabe me what i needed for great price. Didnt wait long at all.
Came in to get an aligenmet thay tryed tell me i need tire wen my caber is so far off my car pulls and when i try and get them to fix thay argue with me or tell me basically i dont know what im talking about but for 150 thay will shift my cradle and that will fix it but thats aligning my front end and wich i payed for so to losen 4 bolts and shift my front end that 150 on top of my 200 iv payed for a alignment so there scamers.and dont care about there customers ....
My last experience here was unexpectedly bad. Ive had many good experiences at this location over several years. The service managers have always been helpful and courteous, and work has always been done correctly and in a timely fashion. However my recent experience with an employee named Pete burned me so badly I wont be going back. Pete is condescending and argumentative, he failed or refused to do work I asked of him several times, and several new problems suddenly appeared that werent present before he worked on my car. Petes behavior and incompetence are unacceptable, and as long as he works at this location I will not be going back.
Went to drop off my car today for a routine tire change and balance. With install of TPMS sensor. Went to pick up the car and paid. Looked at wheels as they looked ok however dirty. As I approached my car before leaving I noticed that the bumper was not aligned and the bracket holding the clips behind the bumper was broken. This was on both sides. Not only did the tech do this but they allowed me to take my car as is. I had to bring a manager out to take a look at the damage. They did own up to this action but my question is would they have if I were to not see this before leaving!? I would not recommend this firestone to anyone and will not be giving them my business again! Please stay away especially if you care about your car.
Baterry had internal short, made dash lights all blink strangely.Thought it was a bad computer, ready for $$$$ bill, but said it was just a bad battery. Did not try to sell wipers or air filter or other services.Did recommend a tire that needs change.Would return for other services
Firestone autocare is amazing. The surgeon couldnt even manage one wheel, but when I took my order here, the employees here were amazing and sewed all 4monstor truck wheels to my brothers arms with ease! 10/10 amazing service!
The employee Pete is very rude. Hes from New York or somewhere. I hate dealing with someone specially if Im spending my hard earned money to a place that dont value my business. Pete needs a better customer service.
Took great care of me, got my tire patched up for free and recommended an early-morning drop off to help reduce my time spent waiting. Excellent experience!
Great experience! Just needed alignment with no over selling! Kudos to Robert! Will return in future when I need tires because of my recent experience.
Who charges $32 to patch a tire lol. No thanks
Great employees and products.
Everyone is always friendly and they dont try and push services that I dont need.
This place will take advantage of you and try to rip you off. I came in for a power steering leak on my car that was excessive. They told me my car had a bad power steering Pump and a bad rack and pinion. They quoted me a little over $3,000 for parts and labor. So I took it to another firestone to get a second opinion because I knew it wasn’t a rack and pinion problem . The other shop found the problem and show it to me it was a hole in one of my lines. I went to the BMW dealer and got the part and it was only $260!! No more leaks and they check my rack and pinion and said there’s nothing around snd that it’s not leaking .
Went in for tires and I was on my way home in an hour! Whenever I need tires, Ill be back to this location. And the staff is really nice and helpful.
Went in for an alignment and they did a fantastic job and didnt take as long as I was expecting.
I went in for a battery. It was cold and miserable outside. They said they couldnt get to me until closer to closing time, about 5 more hours. They ended up having me pull by the service doors and a guy came out in the drizzly cold and changed the battery. He didnt have to. But it was greatly appreciated. Ill defiantly be going back.
Took my car in to have my brake fluid checked out because of lights and warnings on screen, and it turned out an animal had made a nest and chewed up the sensor wires for my brake fluid and airbags. Mark explained the situation and found exact replacement sensor wires within two days, and had them replaced within 2 hours when I brought it in. Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff, and they helped me understand a lot more about my car! Best experience!
So far Ive dealt with David and Mark both who are exceptionally awesome. I had gotten an oil change and inspection and the mechanic? showed me where my shocks were needing replaced and I later went in and talked to Mark about my Warranty company needed to be called to get prior authorization he got right on it, he called me the next day to let me know it was authorized. I had missed his call and he called back on today Saturday to see when I could come in. So far Ive had a great experience.
Would not recommend if you have a German car. I purchased a set of tires off of Tire Rack for a staggered set of rims I purchased elsewhere. I made the mistake of forgetting to purchase TPMS sensors. The manager said he could order some and that the AutoZone down the street had them in stock, sweet. So he ordered them. The tires get installed on Monday. While waiting in the store, a tech goes up to the manager and says he broke the stem on one of the sensors and that they need to order a new one. The tech goes back outside but then comes back and tells the manager that he can just switch the stem out. I get them home to put on the vehicles. And the wider tires have been put on the narrower rims and vice versa. Thats not good.I go back on Tuesday with the rims installed on the vehicle, I am told to come back Wednesday morning to ensure i get fit in, no big deal.I go to the store Wednesday morning. The tires get switched and I am not charged. The sensors that they ordered are not syncing up to the car and they cannot figure it out. All the sensors are putting out a signal but not syncing with the car. I raise the possibility that they could be the wrong sensors because it should automatically pair to the car. I look up the part number for the sensors they ordered and per Autozones website (the store they ordered them from) this part does not fit your vehicle. I show Robert and the other gentlemen but they say our system shows that it fits your car. This went back and forth for awhile, culminating in them say that the dealer will need to code the sensors to the car. Upon leaving, I call my independent shop to ask if the sensors need to be coded to the car. They informed me that it should automatically sync up and confirmed my suspicion that the sensors were the incorrect ones. I also hooked up my computer to the car with the dealers software, again confirming the sensors were incorrect. I tried clearing TPM Malfunction codes but they came back.Fast forward to Saturday, I am working outside and notice that one of my tires is flat. At first, I thought I had some bad luck and hit a piece of debris. Upon further inspection, the one rim with the TPMS sensor that the tech broke is leaking (you can tell because it is different from the others) You can move the stem around and you can hear the air escaping. Either the whole thing is broken or not installed correctly. I will not be going back to Firestone to find out. It will cost me more money to get the correct TPMS sensors and I have no desire to deal with them further. I am out $500 for sensors that dont work and a rim that wont hold air.
Needed air..Nice place and good service
Nice people.
My wife went to get the front end aligned on our SUV. Firestone mechanic told her he couldnt align our vehicle because the tierod ends and ball joints were shot. Then, he quoted her $1700 to fix it. I thought that was insanely high! Instead, we took it to our local mechanic. None of the parts needed replacement. He aligned the front end without issue. If you go for anything other than tires, get a second opinion.
Always great customer service. They always try hard to work you in and get you out quickly. They call you to get authorization to perform work not explicitly approved beforehand. They call you to tell you when your vehicle is ready...and it is al.ost always ahead if schedule. Great place for tire I installation and alignments. Highly recommend this place for their superior customer service.
I was extremely pleased. I was pressed for time and had to get a headlight bulb plug replaced after thinking I was only going to need a bulb. I was directed here by a nearby Autozone worker. Although they couldnt use my carry in part due to company policy it didnt take long to get the part I needed. I was able to keep the part in case the other side ever needs to be replaced and it wasnt an expensive part. I told the gentleman why I was in a hurry that day. A family member was in the ER but Id be driving home that night and couldnt do that very well with one headlight. He said he could do it but it would be at least am hour. Probably longer but need try his best to have them hurry. I was out the door in 40 minutes. The part change wasnt what would take the time it was getting the part and then the lime in front of me on that late Saturday afternoon. Bless him and this store for getting me back to my family so quickly that day.
Took my girlfriends car in to get the tires rotated and balanced and asked for an alignment to be done as well. Staff was very friendly. Services were completed in a little over 1 hour.
Made an appointment online for this location. When I arrived, they told me they didnt have the appointment in the system, and couldnt get me in today. Why do you have an online appointment system but dont honor it?
That mechanic named Dusty was simply amazing. He was so informative and knowledgeable, especially friendly and helpful. I wish I could adopt him. I just love that guy.
Worked me in without appt. Quick service that saved me lots of problems. Great Service
This place is very professional, prices and specials they offer are great, and theyre super helpful. Best place in the area Ive gone to, and would recommend them over a service department in a dealership any day.
Was told by 2 other stores they would honor a warranty on a tire but did not have it in stock. Came to this store because they had them and they refused to warranty it. Told me to “take it back to the other stores”...
The staff has great customer service skills they definitely put me first. They go right on my vehicle in a timely fashion, and kept in contact with me throughout the process and welcome questions as well . They let me know of what needed to be done to my car before they began work, and gave me great estimate amount. They were very loving and caring and made sure me and my family was safe to ride off in my vehicle.😊 #TeamFirestone
Had my oil changed a couple of days prior and that recommended some other worked that needed to be done so I took it back for them to make those repairs. Always treated with respect and the work is been done right each time...
This place is a ripoff. They intentionally have artificially picky requirements as to whether or not they will repair a tire - just so they can convince you to buy a new tire or make you think you have to replace it. If you have a flat, go somewhere else. Other places will fix it without scamming you into buying new tires.
Just like a bunch of reviews on here i went in for a simple front end alignment, couple hours later i received a phone call saying he couldnt do an alignment because ball joints were shot quoted me $970. Took my truck to RSS automotive on 15th and they got the alignment done and advised my ball joints are fine. My advice is to skip all these chain automotive places and take it to a family owned business that actually cares about there customers.
Its the only place I will let work on my jeep. I had less than honest experiences at other places and not only did the techs at Firestone fix the mishaps from other repair places, but they were professional and the price was fair. They are the best!
Stay away! Unless you have hours of spare time on hand! I made an oil change appointment for 8:00am on 8/7/2019. I arrived 7:45am handed them the keys and noticed my car never moved after an hour waiting. I finally spoke up and mentioned it to the desk for them to finally pull my car inside at 9:15am this is ridiculous. I get it your busy things happen its life but whats the point of making appointments and confirming them if you cant deliver on time! I wonder how much longer now till its completed!*Update-keys in hand @ 9:55a
I’m coming here for all my car needs. Came in for a leak in my tire and got it patched. It started to leak again so when I went back up there to get my front tires changed I also mentioned that and they replaced the tire for free. Very nice and quick.
I wish I could rate people versus the business. My husband dealt primarily with Robert H. this afternoon, who is the manager, and he was so rude towards him and myself when I spoke with him on the phone. However, we were so thankful when David closed out our day and finalized repairs on our vehicle. Breath of fresh air! We will request to deal with anyone BUT Robert H. upon our return.
Excellent, had screw in back tire just barely had 5000 miles on them. In one out quick.
Great service, but pretty slow about getting you in.
Even though my visit wasnt cheap, due to my off-road adventure, these guys were great! They were helpful, professional, and pleasant! Communication was great. My car was ready the day they said it would be. I would definitely recommend them!
My interaction with Pete was lacking in customer service skills. While I understand a need for expediting customers, one can still do this with courtesy and respect. Pete seems to have neither of these for Firestones customers nor his co-workers.
WORST COUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN. Called for status report 5hrs after I dropped off my car. I was told rudely Lady your not the only one getting my car worked on. They hadnt even looked at it yet. Really just needed to know if I was going to be able to pick up my kid.
Overcharged me, didn’t fixed the vibration and shaking coming from my wheel and lied about their finance program, POOR customer service...
This was my second time at the 29 th street facility; it was good service.
This firestone is #1 in the world in my book! These guys were very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I give David and Dusty a 10! these guys went above and beyond the call of duty and BLESSED MY SOX OFF! They left an impact on me that will last the rest of my life. Anytime im out that way i will stop by and let those guys service my truck, i drive a 2018 dodge ram dually(Hot shot trucker), and they took good care of me. Thanks gentlemen! and God Bless you all.👍👍 💯✔
These guys Mr. Pete..Mr Mark & Robert are always the best and so are the guys in the service dept.
I had a nail in my tire and these guys had it fixed it no time. The service and pricing was great. I would definitely recommend this place to other people! Great job Firestone.
Good Service !! I was out of town on a Sunday when my alternator gave up. I felt very fortunate to find Firestone Complete Auto Care in Midwest City open on Sunday. The service was excellent and the price was competitive.
Great customer service
Been to the MWC location on 29th 4 times and spent a good deal of $ here to still drive away with no A/C. I wrote CFSA and they said they cant help with complaints because weve since paid the bill in full?????--- 7/12/2019 update, the noise under hood, they told me not to worry about because I had a Jeep Cherokee, it was my engine ready to blow and it did on I-35 two weeks ago. You owe me an apology CFNA/ Firestone.
This is the WORST place. Went in to get an oil change and they recommended I change my brake fluid so I did. I went to leave and had trouble stopping. Come to find out when I took it right back they didn’t bleed my brakes properly. I then noticed about a week later that my brake fluid appeared to be leaking so I took it back in and they told me everything was fine and then I was asked if I was mistaking it for my AC. Came home and the cap was not on there which was making the brake fluid spill out. Never go to the Firestone in MWC especially if you care about your car. If they can’t figure out that there was a cap missing (which was their fault because everything was there previous to me taking my car in) what else are they missing?
We have been going to Firestone for many yrs. Dependable and honest. We really appreciate Robert,Mgr.
Very friendly staff. Id come back just for the good customer service.
Had the oil changed. Great job folks!
Lack of caring. Manager didnt explain any of my trucks issues or discuss any of the work that they recommended. My oil drain plug was replaced due to it stripping out, but the manager did t feel the need to mention it. When I got in my truck to leave, the reminder sticker was just haphazardly put in my field of vision with no care taken. When I mentioned this to the manger, he just made excuses and told me everything was on the receipt. He didnt take constructive feedback in the least. If this is what I get with an oil change, I wont be having anything else done here.
Don’t go here. They take hours to do anything even if it’s just an oil change or flat repair. They only want to make money off of you and instead of fixing what’s wrong they try and tell you all the stuff you need to have done. Went in for a flat repair and they refused to fix it and wanted me to buy new tires. Left there and went up the street to Hibdon tires and they fixed my flat with no problems at all. Plus it was free for flat repair at Hibdon. Firestone charges $20 for a flat repair. Won’t ever go back here again.
Stay away. They clearly dont care about customers. I bought DriveGaurds a couple months ago ($1200/set). I went in today for a rotation at 1:30pm. I asked the guy working how long for a rotation and his response was Ill try to have it done before we close at 7. I assumed he was kidding. He wasnt. Made excuses about appointments and Otherwise. All I wanted was a rotation that only takes 5 minutes, no balancing or otherwise. Stay away. If they cant this little about keeping customers happy, you certainly dont want them touching your car.
Very poor customer service. They push you out the door as early as 752am when they open at 7am. All because you dont have an appt or (on the docket) as some like to put it. It should be my choose it i want to be there for a couple of hours. And when i stated that it went from a couple of hours to 4 hr wait. Will never come back. They are not the only firestone. Work on your people skills.
Slow very slow
Went to get a lifetime alignment, was told my control arms were probably shot before they even looked at the car. Put the car up never put sensors on and told me my bushings were shot. Asked them to show me, I am very mechanically inclined, they showed me the had some wiggle. Guess what they are rubber bushings, they should flex a small amount. Will take my car to a different Firestone. Also dont talk about being a master mechanic if you dont know what throttle body injection is, especially if your car has it, and you dont even know what its called.
Great place for tires and general car & truck service. Great people.
I received the very best treatment and service from the moment I walked in the door. I will definitely be back to this location for any future services!!!
Got they tire we needed fast
Great staff friendly service. Busy alot but worth it as the staff isnt upselling things you dont need. Happy customer here for over 5 years
Would give 0 stars if possible. Brought in to have a bearing changed. They said bearings were fine and said my u-joints were bad instead. After paying for that I pocked it up and it had a crazy wobble on the high way. After I brought it in the said it was because of a bad bearing....
There guys always take care of me like family!
We have been consistently taking our 3 cars to this Firestone for years and are always happy with the service.
Pretty acurate work. Management is customer centered.
Was helped by mark.. Mark was very helpful and informative got me taken of quickly.. thanks Mark!
Prompt and friendly service
Great service, good folks to deal with
I have talked with the manager Robert for 4 days trying to get an appt to bring my car in for an oil change but they have been too busy. Today I mentioned the survey and all of a sudden he can get me in today. When I arrived they were only working on 1 car and said they were not busy and can get me right iAnd out . It only took them 35min. Why did they have to give me the run around??? I will not be bringing in car here again!
Two bad experiences, first I went to have my alternator replaced, the new alternator put stress on the pulley and started squealing real bad when i started the engine. Like the bastards didnt notice this, and they didnt even tell me, had to go right back inside and dish out another 200.00. 2nd. Came back a couple weeks later for a different bad pully, and the professional mechanics told me it was the belt and sent me on my way with a new one, to make a long story short I had to go to a different Firestone out of town thank you Miss Jackie Jacks do not go to the morons in Midwest city
They do upsell, but good business if u watch em, like every other car place.
We bought four new tires. No complaints.
Very friendly and fast. Only Firestone in the area worth going to according to my experience.
Got me in and fixed up quick, really nice people
Fast service. Great technician
Very Good! Very professional they know what they are doing!
Friendly and knowledgeable people. Fast service and good pricing.
Love this Firestone! I picked up one a screw on one of my tires while at work. Wasnt able to get my trick in until almost closing. They took care of it withoit hesitation.
Customer service is terrible, didnt really seem to care if they take care of the customer or not. Dropped my truck of at 10:30 and at 4:30 still hadnt gotten to it. That wouldnt bother me if they were slammed like he kept telling me but when I walked in and 2 service techs are standing around in the office and both times i came by only half the bays are being used, thats what irritated me. Will not consider going back and especially after seeing that they were going to charge more than the dealership to do an oil change. Bad business, would give no stars if I could.
Friendly and service was quick. Will be back. Thanks Dusty!
Great staff good service
I was impressed with the speed and quality of the service I received.
