Very professional and Honest!! And also I didnt have to wait for open availability. I called 2 other mechanics before, and they both had waits that were 2 weeks out. Rodeys was available and didnt take too much time. Definitely will be bringing my vehicles back to them.

They are great! I had my clutch replacement done there. They are super nice. Great work done no issues with what they have done. A week later a check engine light came on and I took it back there and they scanned it and it was a different problem. They didnt charge me for a diagnostic on it. I really like them! I have a fiat and slot of people wont work on them but they didnt have a problem.

I had my alternator replaced here about a year ago. They left scratches all down my door. When my alternator needed replacing again, I went back because it was under warranty there. My A/C wasnt working when I picked it up. They broke the connector and want me to pay to repair what they broke at the cost of over $800.

The whole shop was so understanding when we told them we broke down on our cross country road trip. Every other shop couldn’t help us (since we’re driving a big bus) or couldn’t see us until 3 days later. But Sam got us in the very next morning, they fixed our problem (blown spark plug on Triton V10 engine) by 2 pm the next day and we were back on our way! We’re immensely grateful for how quickly they helped us, not to mention they did a great job and did it for a fair price.

Told that insurance wouldnt cover damages. Took it to the dealer and they tore it down and found that it would have been covered.Edited: would have been covered means that we are still in review but I canceled my warranty through my third party after advisement by the guys at Rodeys that it would be over 2k to tear it down and likely would not be covered so I would have to foot that bill. At the dealership they simply took off the front bumper (which was asked by the warranty company and was completed within the timeframe of the diagnostic tests that were covered for a price.). This was not additional work they simply REMOVED A BUMPER and there was all the damages. So upon advisement I would say that in the future maybe take the bumper off in you allotted timeframe for your diagnostic cuz you might just be surprised that the damage is there. They also put it on the lift that revealed further damages. So had diagnostics been done with my car in the air on the lift you would have seen the damages. And yes had the dealership screwed me around I would be leaving them a bad review as well. I do not leave bad reviews for reputable work. As well when I called car shield they stated to me that it had gone inactive because Rodeys would not return their calls or even answer their calls. I know hearsay but who do you trust?Thanks for understanding from a customers point of view. This was my full experience. Maybe I shoulda put it all but I was lazy now you have all the facts.

Very good work at a good price. I had a brake issue that 3 Hyundai dealers couldnt fix. Told me there was no problem. Told Rodey about it and he fixed problem in 5 minutes. There was an adjustment under pedal.

This is the 2nd time I have to get the same problem fix after I spent over 3 grand on my car. Parts r still under warranty. To me they should be paying me for my inconvenience

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Unprofessional, was quoted a price that increased 3 times while they had my vehicle. Was initially told repairs would take 3 to 5 business days to fix instead it took 3 to 5 months. I dropped the car off late June and didnt get it back until late August while I was in the dark the whole time. False completion days were so often it was borderline lying. Worse business Ive ever had the misfortune to work with.

Have had my Honda in to Rodeys several times. These guys do a great job! They replaced my head gasket, replaced the water pump and got me back on the road quickly! They even went above and beyond by taking me to work and picking me up while my vehicle was being repaired. I have never experienced this kind of service anywhere. I just read a review were someone complained about the price. You get what you pay for. If your looking for the cheapest shop in town, keep looking. These guys charge fair prices, and do exceptional work. I recommend them to everyone.

I had my Audi serviced and had a wonderful experience the staff is professional and obviously well educated on cars and their workings. I was called and informed of the needed repairs and given a solid price up front. It amazed me how reasonably priced and quick my car was fixed. I saved over $2000.00 from the price the dealer quoted me and my car is driving superb. The average customer does not typically understand the ins and outs of their vehicle, thus he or she is at the mercy of the honesty of the business representative. The owner Jonathan is very down to earth and personable, resulting in a sense of security and safety with receiving honest services. In describing my insecurities about his types of businesses taking advantage of me, he was able to provide me insight about this unethical practice which opened my eyes to how to determine whether or not this is the case, and certainly determine that Rodeys was not that sort of place. I have been taking my vehicle, which the owner helped me find, to his shop regularly and have never been dissatisfied.This one is a gem in the forest of car repair centers - dont miss out!

I took my car to them for a simple oil change. Everything seemed fine at first until a day later when my engine locked up, due to the oil filter not being installed properly. When I learned this at the repair shop I took it to I took the information to the owner. He seemed that he truly wanted to help and reimburse me for my repair cost. Three months have passed and they have yet to give me any information about weather they can reimburse or not. I dont feel comfortable taking my car to them.

They did a good job but one of their employees back my car into something not sure what didn’t even say anything to me so they lost my business didn’t notice it until that night so I can’t prove it happened on their watch the thing is I wouldn’t have been upset or mad I wouldn’t be happy it accidents happen I would have let it go

Great place! Highly recommended! They take the time to educate you about the problem and the ways to approach it. Getting to the place through the construction and traffic is time consuming, but they offer to pick up your vehicle. I will continue to bring my car issues and business here.

Took my car there they had it a month took that long to find out what was going on. Rebuilt the moter five years later the oil has water in it they say I blew a head gasket. Not true if I did why is it running good. But around the timing chain and water pump covered in water/oil the only place, I do know about moters its like having smoke blown up your but

The Owner does everything can to service his customer and make you happy w/ the repair as they can. From being in the service/repair field myself, and retiring from it.I know just how hard this can be. People are usually mad that their vehicle broke down. and is going to cost to get it running again. They really try and make it as painless as possible.. Great Work Guys!!!!

While I had high expectations for Rodey to do an honest job, I feel like he ripped me off. After reading all the positive reviews on here, I decided to take my BMW to fix the window due to a regulator malfunction. Rodey charged me $600 to fix the regulator. I talked to three other mechanics and all of them said that they would fix it for $300 or less. I feel like Rodey took advantage of me b/c Im an out of state student. I live in Oklahoma for school and he lost me and my friends as loyal customers.

A little pricey but Maybe thats the going market rate for the service.

Not impressed. I took one car in for a Transmission leak. They replaced the hoses. Got it home and it was dripping. They came to get it and told me the hose was not tight. It still has a slow leak from time to time.I took another vehicle for front end work. Whole right front replaced. Now it squeaks and creaks. I paid for a front end alignment. Over 2500 worth of work. They put an unbalanced tire back on it and told me it was ruined. It only needed to be balanced so cost me an hour sitting at discount tire because they were too lazy to balance it.Eskridge Honda told me the front end alignment was off. Rodeys told me they didnt do it but farmed it out. He said I would have to drive it to Choctaw during the week to get it re-aligned and the guy is not open on Saturdays. It was driven only in the city and highway and not even hit a pothole. I should not have to take off work and drive to Choctaw for crappy work. Now I am paying for a 2nd alignment and getting the front end squeaking checked. He did not even offer to come look at it or drive it or have me bring it to his shop. You should not have to take vehicles back a 2nd time especially more than once and I should not be told I would have to take the day off to get it realigned because they farmed the work out to someone in Choctaw I still dont know the name of. He had the nerve to text me and ask me what Firestone said was wrong with it because he was too lazy to look at it.

I received nothing but good service from these guys, very helpful and reasonable. I had several problems with my Jaguar and they was able to fix it.

Had a radiator installed in our Jeep Wrangler the other day. They got the job done and back to us in one day. Two days later we Had a small clamp at the bottom come off and sprayed transmission fluid everywhere. An honest mistake. I called them and they were there to pick it up in about thirty minutes. This was after closing time. They took it back and worked on it until 8 pm to have it back to us the same night then offered to deliver it to our house! They went way above and beyond!!!!

The only people I trust to work on any of my vehicles. A+ for service, A++ for quality of work!

Rodeys auto repair is a scam, the owner rodey, Paul his dad and wes are all shady mechanics. I paid over $3 Grand for engine repair in June 2014, and now in September 9th 2014, Im having to go to civil court, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM, I wouldnt let them pop my hood, they will Scam you
