Amazing. They had my car diagnosed and repaired the same day, and they where cheaper and more honest than other companies where at fixing my car. I am very happy and will tell many others to visit them. If you want it done right, take it to them!

I found Ricks on Google when my car broke down while I was traveling. They where amazing! They called with updates on what my car needed and had it fixed in a timely manner. Great service!!! Needed AC services and they evacuated and rechaged the system. Ran checks and discovered my condenser fan was bad. Gave me recommendations on where to get one and advice on cleaning the coils often. They let me run the checks with them, so I know they do quality work. I highly recommend Ricks Superior Service for you automotive needs!!

The auto service was quick and responsive. Like most people, I am always suspect of auto shops. This location was difficult to find using GPS. However, the shop is easy to access from 15th Street. The employees were helpful. The shop hours are very convenient; the shop is open until 10 pm. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I never leave reviews, but I have to for these guys in case anyone is in desperate need of a mechanic. Ive been to ricks a couple of times and they have earned my business for as long as im able to drive. First of all they are open till 10pm which is amazing and Brian and his team are absolutely amazing, he was straight forward and didnt try to take advantage of me just because I am a woman like so many other shops have done. They fixed my car quickly at a price that i could afford. They really do go above and beyond to take care of their customers and always make sure you leave satisfied every time. GO TO RICKS IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

They were heaven sent. I found them through Google. My car was acting like it wanted to die. They fixed that issue and replaced my shocks ( they were bad), my car drives like new. After picking it up my radio didnt work I was getting an error message. called Honda 3 times still could not get it fixed over the phone . Called Ricks one time Brandon told me where to find the code in my car to unlock my radio and it was fixed. Thank you to all you guys !! I am in the insurance business and I would refer your business to anyone.

I had a hub go out on my truck while traveling cross-country, pulled into Ricks at 8am on Monday and they were very friendly and professional, they had my truck fixed within 2 hours and even after having to wait on my warranty company to pay them I was back on the road by noon. the price for the hub replacement was competitive and they warranteed the part....overall I couldnt be happier with this shop and had a great experience ...i would give them 6 stars if I could!

This shop is amazing, cannot say enough good things about Ricks, Brian and Dillon were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and took care of my vehicle right away. Not to mention they are open until 10pm, who does that? Im super happy I found them and wont be taking my car anywhere else thanks Brian.

I like the owner but they charge a steep price. Just recently brought my truck in to have the ac charged and asked them to check for a leak (which is the reason it needed a charge) paid over a $100 to have them add a charge of Freon. They said they didn’t see a leak. Well couple weeks later the Freon is all gone. I call them, they tell me that must be a leak, I said no s**t. They say that I’ll have to pay to add Freon again on top of paying to fix the leak.So well over a $100 when they should’ve actually fixed it the first time with dye and lights.I also don’t think they know how to properly pull a vacuum and load Freon.

I am a young college student who knows absolutely nothing about cars. Nothing. I was recommended this shop by Autozone a few minutes down the road. I talked with Derek who was very helpful from start to finish, after being sold the wrong part elsewhere, they went above and beyond to help me. I definitely would bring my car here again. Ricks saved my tail! Highly recommend this place. Was in the middle of a cross country trip when my ABS light came on. Had planned an overnight stop in Midwest City so On a recommendation from Autozone, they were kind enough to diagnose the problem for free. Based on that information I was going to try to finish the trip out before getting it fixed. Sadly only a few hours later after dinner I started hearing god-awful noises and lucky for me they have late hours. Had it towed there and they looked at it around 9:30p and called me saying they would need to dig into it a little deeper in the morning. Derek was on top of it and I got a call at 8:30a and was told what the problem was. They were able to fix it right away and we were back on the road by lunchtime! I wish all repair shops provided the experience I had with Ricks!

Went to see what was wrong with my truck. They looked it over said nothing they seen was wrong. My whole control arm and inner tire rod need to be replaced. Wont be back.

I originally went to Firestone for an alignment and they said my ball joints where shot and were going to charge me 900 to replace them. I went to RSS for a second opinion and these guys were great I dropped my truck off around 9 am they got the alignment done and advised that my Ball joints were fine and i picked my truck up at noon. Skip all those chain tires shops and find somewhere local. These guys are great you wont be disappointed!!! Great price, great service, and great people.

Stopped by because my car had lots of vibration going on. I was told that my CV axle needed to be replaced. I thought that sounded pretty weird so I decided to go elsewhere. I ended up going a few blocks down to City Express auto. I explained what was going on. Steven took car for test drive, lets just say that my CV axle was fine. Thank you City Express Auto for NOT trying to rip me off.

My daughter and I were on our way from Minneapolis to Phoenix on 12/26/19. Our Trail Blazer shut down on us 50 miles north of Oklahoma City. We were on the Freeway when this happened and able to get a hold of AAA to get a tow to a repair shop that was open past 7:00. My daughter found RSS through her phone. RSS was open until 10 in lieu midnight due to the holidays. Once our vehicle was dropped off the technicians on duty, Brian and Tony, started to work on it right away. This was shortly after 7:30 pm. We left to grab a bite to eat while they worked on it. We came back a couple of hours later and our vehicle was running and ready for us to call it a night in OK city.These two service techs were great and helped us out tremendously and didnt gouge us on the work they did! We made it to Phoenix Saturday morning with no more incidents on the way thanks to Brian and Tony!

These guys are great!!! They did the work I needed done as quick as possible and had me back on the road sooner than I expected and were VERY fair with their charges. Spent $900 here!!! Went in with one problem with my car and came out with a different issue so brought it back and it still wasn’t fixed! Nice people but will not come back!Update still having problems with vehicle and also found out they charge almost $500 to put 50 cent clamps that were wrong for the vehicle on my drive shaft which was causing part of the shaking!!!!

I just got a flat tire near here and was having difficulties taking the tire off and went and asked these guys for help and they came in like a savior from a story book. Very polite and helpful clean shop (you know for an auto repair shop) very quick and easy service will come back for all of my repair needs!!!

Long story short, I was overcharged and left with more problems than I arrived with. Not to mention the hour that I patiently waited for, before they even acknowledged that I was there.

What I needed done, they fit me and and did an awesome job! Great service, good deals, and would send anyone here! Will be coming back for more auto service jobs.

Did a great job fixing the problem. Parking was not good. The car they use for signage blocks The View when you try to leave their lot. I think they need to either get rid of it or move it back a little bit so you can see around it but as far as service it was great.

I asked to have several repairs on my van. They did unnecessary repairs and $2300.00 later my car only had 2 things fixed, a new tire and a turn signal. I had to spend almost $1000 at another repair shop to fix the real problems. Went to court and won, but have not seen a dime.
