Not good experience at all. My nails were way shorter than I asked and crooked. I will never go back again. For the service I got they are way over priced. I give this rating a negative -100

I really wish I remembered the name of the tech...my nails were awesome! I had these done a month ago and plan to go back again tomorrow! The other salon that did them 2 weeks ago just doesnt compare...Luxe is worth the drive for me ♡

So good.. they STAY busy!! After receiving the services I did I see why. Classy atmosphere, comfortable and friendly. I made a friend while getting my nails ready for my wedding.

I am usually not one to complain, but I am still suffering from the pedicure I received last Friday from this salon. I wasnt sure how bad it was until I got home and really looked at the heels of my feet. The older gentleman that did my feet was awful. I have never had such a bad pedicure in all my life. He did nothing correct and left me with raw heels. I have bad heels, but not so bad that they need to be graded to the point of bleeding. I have never felt so much pain in my life. I could hardly walk the next day. I am reporting them to the board of cosmetology because of how bad my feet are. I will never go back and I hope the older gentleman stops doing anything to anyone cause he is awful. Please if you end up going here, do not have the older guy who looks like a grandpa do your feet. I cant imagine the owner of the salon isnt aware of how bad the gentleman is, so I only see it as him not caring about customers just profit.

I love this place! Theyre so clean, careful, creative, and kind. Im never disappointed when I come here! My nails and toes are always on point! I always see Kandi, shes amazing and so sweet! So much talent!!

Interactions were very friendly and the place seemed to be very clean and well put together. Aside from that my nails were meh. Not great but not horrible. Some werent stuck down all the way and 2 are pretty crooked. Color is very nice. Thought it would be more opaque but Im fine with it. Over all would go back but would not get tips added.

They were great. My daughter and I had a great time and they do excellent work. Worth every penny.

So far I’ve been here twice. I used to go to another shop in town center regularly before reading reviews on Luxe. The first time I went in for a pedicure. I took a $45 one that included French tip polish. The tech massaged my legs and feet for what seemed like an hour. It was above and beyond. It was so greatly needed. At my old salon I paid way more and didn’t get this much pampering. Today I went in for my regular basic manicure and an eyebrow wax and they did an excellent job as well with a very nice hand massage.They have amazing prices and excellent service. So glad I found them!

Im a woman of color and they took a white female before me, I had been there 15mins before her .The gentleman stated who wanted a pediatric and I stated I needed a pedicure and he chose the white female. I walked out. I will never go there AGAIN!!!

The mani/pedi was trash.Out of all 100 something colors the one I wanted they didnt have.The colour on my toes didnt match the finger nail colour.They also didnt sanitize any equipment they used, it was dirty and gross.Would not recommend this place at all.

I would give this place a 3.5 if I could. The lady who did my pedi did such an amazing job, she took her time and made sure they looked great. However, the gentleman that did my mani did a horrible job. He was in such a hurry and it shows. You can clearly tell where the second coat of paint was added, and it is already cracking/ chipping on day 2. No, I didnt get gel, but Ive never had such a poorly job done anywhere. This is disappointing, not only do I feel like I wasted my money, but I wasted my time too. I was really hoping this nail salon would be worth it.

Absolutely amazing service. David created a powder that was complimentary to my skin tone and tried on many powders on his own nails for me. I think Ive found my forever nail salon, even though its 40 minutes from home. Ive been to at least 5 different salons in Oklahoma and this is the best.

After being there for over 2 hours I did not get what I asked for. The first guy that was doing my nails left in the middle of doing them & never returned. The second guy didnt do any better & the female tried. So after 3 nail techs & $55 later I didnt get what I asked for & my nails came off 2 days later

Ive only been here once but my nails turned out beautiful!! Im really picky about the way my nails look when I do have them done and almost always the fake nail ends up being applied crooked due to my fingers not being straight. They took their time and were very gentle and the place was very clean. I will definitely be back and if all goes well and I love my next manicure as much as this one then I will have finally found my favorite nail salon!

I just had a wonderful experience at this place. We were a party of 9. They promptly accommodated us and treated us with respect. They took their time with our pedicures and was very knowledgeable on how to take care of our feet. Plus they offer wine! I will definitely be back.

Candy is my go to..She gets me right everytime, no matter what I come up with.. When Ive had people accompany me they have had others in the shop do their nails and they werent disappointed...So you cant lose walking in their door.

David is awesome!! It really depends on the tech you get, that’s at any place. David is so nice & actually takes his time. That’s why I go back to him every 2-3 weeks for my nails!

I’ve been here 3 other times and depending on who you get they do a wonderful job. Every time I come in I do wish they would have more color choices. My problem is that they have light colors but they never turn out right. I like light nude colors too look more natural and I’m really disappointed this time around especially after spending as much as I did. Really feel like it wasn’t worth the cost at all. The only reason I go here rather than go somewhere else is because of their pedicures. They actually scrub your feet and get off all the calluses. However it is very over priced. Just not sure it’s worth the cost.

My second time making an appointment and they were over 40 minutes to an hr late to get to me and when I asked one of the owners are we expected to wait for a scheduled appointment....she told me yes, so I probably will not be coming back and letting my friends know!!!!!....nail job is decent...but I don’t care how good of a job you do, don’t waste my time!!!!!

I went in yesterday with 5 people. Two people got their lips waxed and they did no before or after care which created a burn on their face.When we left there were clumps of wax on their clothes. I also got a full gel set that completely fell off today. Was very disappointed with the quality of the service.

I got my nails done and got just tips and the left my real tip still showing.. all nails are uneven.. got mad really easy and charged me 105.00 for two people cause they miss understood what I wanted..

This place is great. Im a dude and got my first ever pedicure here. Staff is very nice and competent. My girl also gets her nails did here. They also wax eyebrows.

It was ok. I think it just depends on who you get. My tech was a young kid who it seemed like the girl next to him was telling him what to do, or at least explaining to him what I wanted, which was only a polish change and 2 nails repaired. Would I go back, possibly. The vibe was good and appeared clean.

The worst manicure I have ever gotten. I got a gel manicure, worst $30 I’ve ever spent! My nails look horrible, I could have done a better job myself. My mother also got a pedicure a couple months ago and the person who worked with her was distracted by the baby that’s usually in there a sliced a large piece of skin off the bottom of her foot, still not healed. Needless to say, neither of us will be back.

Im sure it was just the technician I had, but I was very disappointed. I got a manicure and pedicure and the whole experience was rushed and not relaxing at all. His customer service was non-existent, he asked which color I wanted and that was it. I asked about a design, Ive never had a manicure before so I didnt know when it was supposed to go on, but before I knew it he was done and with no further mention of adding a design. Then when I asked again later if it was still possible to get one he just shouted it out to other technicians as he had already moved on to another customer and no one came to help me. I did like the color I picked out so Im thankful for that, but I wont be going back or recommending them.

I wont go back. The place was clean but that is all. For me the pedicure chair was very large and it hurt my back. The nail technician didnt ask me what I wanted or notice anything about my feet or legs. I wanted relaxing not pain. The foot and leg massage was to deep and rough, I have a goose egg knot on one leg which she kept rubbing until I told her not to rub that area. This may not be correct to say, but Im saying it anyway. If your communication skills in English arent very good Ill understand but please pay attention to the customer, me, dont carry on a conversation with your co-worker in the language your comfortable with and not take care of business.

Had my nails done by Thao and they are amazing! I was having a hard time getting what I needed from my former nail technician and Thao “nailed it” on the first try! My only complaint is that she didn’t clean up my cuticles prior to filling my acrylics but I will do that before my next service. She is amazing with designs so if you are looking for super fun or intricate nails I highly recommend her!!

My mom brought my son and I here. Shes usually pretty big on having the best places for nails and feet. So big that she gets both done at different places.The name of this place is pretty awesome. Makes you feel like youre going to have the experience of your life.Nope! We went in got two deluxe peis and and a basic for my son. All 3 of our buckets were full of cold water. They were upset they we werent happy with that because they had to boil water and add to our bowls. Still not satisfying with more cold water but hey.The paint chipped as soon as I left, and it was chalky like white out. Sigh... I hate to have to tell people OPI works wonders, but I thought they knew as well. I also hate how English is only spoken until you ask for something extra.Anyway...not a great place and since theyre renovating, probably not the best time at all. Sad.

My moms first time and last, her nails are so crooked it’s ridiculous she wanted extensions but her nails weren’t trimmed properly or filed underneath, it looks horrible the color looks cute at first glance but if you actually look at her nails you automatically notice the shape pointing sideways id rather drive to Edmond

I have been looking for a nail salon as good as the ones I’m used to from Edmond, & believe me, I’ve tried almost all of them in MWC & Choctaw. I found one that I like, however my nails lasted a week before they began to come up. Bad powder.When I first came into Luxe, I was nervous, but Candy did a great job & made sure I got what I wanted. The second time they were trying to get as many customers in as possible bc they were all going on vacation for a week & I came in an hour before actual closing time. I waited to see Candy again, although I get the impression anyone would do a great job, & they could have sent me home bc it was too close to the end of the day. But Candy started my nails without worrying about time. They really did want to take care of all their customers. They stayed until 8:30pm while Candy finished my nails (ended up having to soak the others off for what I wanted & took forever, bless her heart!!) & none complained. They were nice, Candy I could tell was tired & still had to pack to leave early in the morning, but she never once made me feel as though she was rushing through or irritated that it was so late. My nails are gorgeous. I hope they have a wonderful vacation!! I’ll definitely be back in a couple of weeks. I really like this shop.

I got a mani/pedi. I just got a regular french tip pedi, but they have many more package options with towel wraps and different salts. My pedi was awesome. It came with a foot rub which I needed! I got a full set of acrylics for my mani with white tips. That was good too. There were a few things they did different with the mani that Im not sure is normal practice. Normally, I remember other places pushing my cuticles back first and using oils at the end, but this place didnt. It could be because I got the regular package. Despite that, she did a good job and was quick. Id go back.
