They are so nice and take their time with you...The nail techs up help you make a great decision on colors for your nails and skin color. Christie always does an excellent job everytime I sit in her chair. These women are good people and great at what they do. The prices are very worth it. Their work last up to 3 weeks.

The wait time was not the greatest but then again there were only two nail techs. Christy was the one who did my nails and she did everything I asked her too without complaint...she will be doing my nails for my wedding! God bless all!

Ive been getting my nails done for decades, and never ever had someone so rude. She did a horrible job on my cuticles, even cutting them. Then she argued with me about the nail shape I wanted on my fingernails. I will never return and I do not recommend the place.

I went there because my nail lady was not at her Salon in Tecumseh. The date was 8-19-13 Around 5 pm it is now 8-20-13 at 11:47AM and one has chipped already. I have to drive all the way from Tecumseh to MWC again today so they can fix this one and thicken my nails up. My nail lady does such a good job on my nails that they stay on fine for MONTHS before I get a fill NOT less than 24hrs!! I will NEVER go there again after they fix these because they will NOT refund me.

Great nails but they charge what they want. Went 1 week gel refill was $18. Went 2 weeks later same service was $27... what ?!. Got eyebrows, chin, upper lip waxed. They decided it was too much work on chin so charged me an extra 10 dollars.... can you let me know beforehand please??

Im new to the area and Ive found out the hard way that the few nail shops Ive looked up in the area are all closed on Sunday. Luckily this one was open. I went a few minutes before they opened and they already had two people in the chairs. It was clear they were going to be busy.The shop is clean, but very bland. I didnt feel like I was actually in a nail shop save the nail polishes and chairs in there. More people showed up and there were only two people working. 7 of us were waiting while the only two people working were already doing pedicures. Eventually other workers came in about a half an hour later. You dont show up on time for work?They were very friendly when I entered, but the girl doing my feet sat down and pretty much didnt say a word to me the whole time. Granted some people like that, but to not even say Hello, how are you was a bit rude to me. She also would get up to go other things without saying anything to me. At least let your customers know whats going on so they dont think youre getting up to play around.Also another woman dropped her phone unfortunately into the water for her feet and the guy doing her feet was helping her, but the girl who was doing mine, completely stopped in the middle of my foot massage, hands still gripping my foot to watch them. She just stared at them for a while and seemed to completely forget what she was doing. I also dont believe she changed her gloves when switching between clients. Thats very unsanitary.Over all, its convenient that its open on Sunday; however, be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour if you dont show up right when they open. Hopefully you dont get the same girl I did. The other workers seemed to be conversing with their clients at least.

I went and they were not busy asked for a pedicure and they had a young girl in school do my feet charged me 25 dollars pretty much for nail polish and lotion my feet didnt feel smooth when I left they didnt get rid of any of the dead skin around my feet a and it was like I was rushed out not the young girls fault but it was all the way around poor service if you ask me

TT Nails has been here for years. Sad to say not much has changed with the shop. The ladies havent outgrown their nasty attitudes they display to loyal returning customers. The prices arent great and they dont offer any extra incentive on why you should choose their shop over others. Like no complimentary wine, water, soda, coffee nor tea just a big tacky over priced soda machine in the front of the shop thats always been there lol. In all fairness these ladies do amazing work as nail techs. They just need to remember theyve been servicing the people of that community for more than 2 decades now so they need to show some love, respect and pay some homage to the people of that very community that has built that very shop into what it is today for them!!! Without the support of your clients your business is nothing!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. Went in at 6pm to get eye brows waxed (takes less than 5 min to get them done and pay) waited patiently for an hour, then decided to ask at 7:03 PM how much longer and she had the audacity to say 40 more minutes when they were closing in less than 30 minutes. If she would have told me when I walked in how long it would be waiting I would have came at a different time. When I asked her why she didnt say anything she ignored me and continued doing someones nails. So rude!

I really wish I could give them 0 stars. I’ve been going to this location for years.. with that being said you would think that being a loyal customer you would get treated with more respect. But that is not the case with them. They continue to raise prices but nothing is different the shop is still the same and the service is not more than what it was to be more expensive. I was going on vacation and had a nail appointment, I got a pedicure and a full set of nails. That was on 7/2/18. I left for vacation on 7/4/18. On 7/9/18 my tip broke off and no I was not doing any brave duty work for it to break. Then almost everyday after that a tip broke off. I went to the nail shop to get them fixed and I asked her to fix it with no charge since this was a full set and the tips shouldn’t have broke off that easily. But of course she argued with me that I was doing heavy duty work and cracked my nail and it was my fault. Mind you I’ve been going to this place for years and none of my nails have ever broke like that before so I know what the difference is in me breaking my nail and it being poor quality. But seeing that they can’t take any responsibility for their actions I will be going to a new nail salon.
