My husband and I have lived at Parc View for almost two years now, and are beyond pleased that we decided to live at this complex. The management team genuinely makes Parc View amazing. We have been so grateful to have Hopes help with all of our questions. Her kindness, knowledge, and compassion have never gone unnoticed. Emory was also great to work with. The kindness shown here truly wouldnt be matched if we were to move. This is an amazing place to live, and I couldnt recommend it enough.

I’ve been at Parc View since the construction was still in progress. I’ve been SO pleased with my entire experience. Originally when Hope helped us to find an apartment, her customer service was beyond my expectations. We LOVE Hope! Since then, we’ve had great experiences with management, Parc View, and the great living experience. Like any apartment living, there will be things that aren’t always ideal, but apartment living isn’t meant to be perfect. We’ve always had outstanding service from everyone in the office and know that they will do everything in their power to help each resident and to help keep Parc View amazing. Above all, Parc View is the best place I’ve ever lived and will recommend it to everyone.

I moved to Parc View at the end of January after selling my house in South Jordan. I was looking for a 3 bedroom unit with a garage and a lot of amenities, which isnt easy to find in SLC.I had reached out to Hope Rogers in November 2020 and she was incredible in helping me find a unit that would work for me. On top of that, she worked quickly so that I could secure the last vacant garage since theyre a rare commodity. She was in constant contact, she was professional, and knowledgeable.Heres where its been different than any other managed property that Ive lived at - the experience has only gotten better. Hopes service has only gotten better. Shes always delightful to speak with and addresses any concern as if its a pleasure.The entire staff is great to work with, and theyve only continued to improve with the recent change in property manager. The units are well designed, well kept, and the amenities are top notch. The property is in an increasingly popular location which is convenient to everything. I highly recommend moving here if youre looking for a great place to settle in.

I LOVE PARC VIEW.💗 I have been so happy here! Hope was amazing through the whole move in process, worked with my work schedule, and kept in constant contact. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I have never had a single issue. My roommate and I have been living in the townhomes for a few months now and we’re so happy! We feel so safe with the alarm system here too, it’s really easy to control with the app. We feel like we live in luxury now and it is so worth it. This place is clean and everyone is so friendly. I have never once heard my neighbors through the walls either. I love this place so much and I never want to leave. I highly recommend living here, you will not regret it.

We really enjoy living at Parc View! We’ve been in our apartment since it was built. Convenient location and lots of things to do around! Management has always helped us promptly if we had any issues. We love Hope! If we ever have any issues we go to her and she gets back to us quickly!

Maintenance and management are amazing. Always very helpful, and maintenance is quick to fix issues. The location is great, it’s clean, the apartments are new and modern.The only bad experiences I’ve had with Parc View is that in the 4 months I’ve lived here, my hot water has gone out all day now 2 times, AC has leaked to the garage below, and then my AC stopped working the next day. But, first world problems I guess. (Maintenance always gets it fixed)Highly recommend.

Hope is an incredible property manager. She addresses issues quickly and head on. Beautiful kitchens and gorgeous views. Landscaping and common areas are kept up nicely!

They worked on the issue in a timely manner and were very professional and even gave us tips. We have a great maintenance team here. Lucky to have them.

Parc view is a fantastic place to live! I love the massive hot tub, the gym, the pool, and having easy access to both Lehi (where I work) and downtown Salt Lake City!The only complaint I have relates to the parking, and I would give 4.5 stars for that. Its not great, but it could be worse. Still, if they had assigned parking for each spot, it would be better.

I requested a service for a fan issue; the response was awesome quick and efficient. The issue was solve i did not even notice that they were there. Thanks Colton.

The staff and property are wonderful. They held the exact unit we wanted or 3 months while we were dealing with our old apartment complex. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

It was great living at Parcview. Each and every place that you move into whether its brand new or a little worn down they all have quirks and not everyone gets along. That being said I enjoyed living here and my neighbors the most! I would still be here if Utah had fair housing, and my rent wasnt too expensive to live in a place that I actually enjoyed. Parcview employees were great to work with and they went above and beyond for me!!! Thank you Nicole!

I can see a lot of places where corners were cut in the building process but thats forgivable. whats not really acceptable is when I report water leaking through my roof (Saturday), someone comes to look at it and says that they will be back on Monday when its dried up and they can see more clearly if there is a hole up on the roof and they not only dont show up but the ticket gets closed. I will be reaching out to the front office about this because I could have accepted we didnt see anything, let us know if you see it again but no word and my work order gets closed.. nothing is said to me about additional work or next steps if there are any. This is very disappointing and I am not the only displeased resident here with regards to things like this and a variety of other things.Addendum: Upgraded to a 3 star(Meets Expectations). Ordinarily they are wonderful to work with. Quick to respond and work things out. After posting my initial review they reached out and we were able to clear up any misgivings and they addressed my concerns. They do care and they do try very hard and are wonderful people to work with. I rarely hand out 5 stars (its not the ritz), and its not a 4 because I had to even go through this process. That being said. This is not a bad place and I would recommend people to come and live here.

I toured several apartments in this area and looked at Parcview last, as it was still being built at the time. Once I explained what I was looking for, Hope showed me to 2 or 3 apartments that were EXACTLY what I had in mind. She knows everything, and everyone - shes been here since the beginning.One of the things that really sold me was the size of the kitchen, theres a lot of storage and the granite countertops are (~*bougie/gorgeous/luxurious*~) easy to clean. I love cooking here, everything is brand new. There are big windows in every room, I never need to turn lights on during the day and my plants are thriving! Its bright and cheery, exactly what I needed. I love that my packages arrive to Amazon lockboxes so I dont have to worry about them on my doorstep, and I feel so spoiled when recycling valet comes around to whisk away all the big boxes I dont want to deal with. AND theres an agility park for my hyperactive dog. Its the perfect set-up for us.The office is great at communication, and I feel like I can reach out to them (or just barge in) whenever I have a question. Overall? 10/10 recommend!

This place is like the Chick Filet of apartment complexes. Management and maintenance are so nice, so responsive, and so fast to address issues, it feels almost too easy.

At first living here was awesome, then we soon realized the leasing office doesn’t care to fix any issues. We have had homeless people living in our trash cans, people knocking on our door and trying to open them from 1-3 am, Packages are constantly stolen and delivered to the wrong houses. But worst of all the leasing office. All leasing agents I have spoken to have been ridiculously unhelpful we have emailed them asking multiple questions and the responses seem as if they didn’t even read our emails, and answered none of our questions. We have had multiple experiences with the leasing office giving out private information to people who are not on our lease. They sent a pre move out notice to enter to someone who was once on the lease but no longer is, causing issues with friends and family. They also told someone who is completely unrelated and has never spoken to the leasing office our move out date, and have talked about our lease details with them. For our last days living here the first 4 days of the month they tried to charge us for a full months rent instead of pro-rating our rent like they said they would. They do not value their residence or respect their privacy. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these apartments.

The absolute best place to live ever!!! The office staff is always super helpful and quick to respond with any questions! Maintenance is always on top of requests, quick and clean. Would live here forever if we could!

We have been in the Parc View apartments a little over a year now and have loved living here! The maintenance requests get done so quick and they always do such a good job. We love the pool and hot tub, the park for our little boy, and the firepits and bbq stations for get togethers with friends!My only complain is that there is a little more crime here than I was expecting. I wish there were more cameras in the parking areas and hallways just because it would give me some piece of mind. I know that’s not Parc View’s fault so I didn’t take off any stars but I thought it was worth mentioning.

My wife and I have lived here for almost 2 months. We absolutely love it! The internet package is fantastic so far and well worth the money. We had to make our first service request tonight and we got our issue repaired in under an hour! At this rate, we plan on staying here for quite awhile. Highly recommend!!

Maintenance came because I had AC issue my son has asthma so I marked it as a high priority I put the order in later in the day and expected the Maintenance technician to come the day after he came in like 45 minutes! He also showed us how to changed filters and everything! He was very friendly I did not fell awkward having him at my house. I didnt get his name but hopefully you guys can find it in your system and show recognition!

Fast and easy. Emory knew I was tired from the drive so he made it very quick and showed me what I needed to know. Told me to call if I have any questions. I look forward to living here!

Staff and maintenance have been very helpful. The complex has been taken care of so far and it looks good. The only thing Im not particularly fond of is that we have to pay $99 for a media package that hardly ever gets used and there is no way to take that off the total rent price. The only thing in the media package being used is internet, but I think we should be able to pick and choose the services we want to pay for and use. Other than that its a good place to be in and Im satisfied.

I have been trying to get an apartment. I called the call center, they say thatthey can send a message however they can not give me any information.I have called, left messages. I was given different information. I decided to apply and had difficulty getting help. I spoke to Nichole and she was very kind. I finally got the direct number to the Supervisor Emery. I was struggling with the application needed help. I had downloaded most of the information. So he says he can not help me on his end. Then out of the blue, He says to my why do you want live here. I said because I wanta garage. He asked me three times. Then he says to me, we are not going to rent to you. He proceeds to say that I have been been rude to the call center. They never pick up the phone you are lucky if you get the office. I think Emery was rude to me. He threatened with an attorney.I think Wasatch Properties should get a better supervisor.I think Nicole would far better suit his position!!!!!

Everything about ParcView is punitive. Recycle wont be touched unless its perfectly put outside your door. Residents are allowed to leave nasty notes throughout the buildings if they have a conflict with another resident. Smoking happens all the time despite a no-smoking policy. A residents townhome was broken into and featured on the news, yet the solution to the problems still promotes break-ins. Parking is an issue, residents are lectured, yet the root of the problem is based in the communitys parking policy. The residents of this community need to rally and stand up to this tyrant management.

The apartments are really nice and whenever we need something fixed, the turnaround time for work orders is really fast. The gym is a really nice amenity to have and its open 24/7. The only negatives are that cars are broken into often and recently peoples apartments and townhomes have been broken into and the leasing office doesnt do anything about it. The electrical boxes outside each building are unlocked and labeled so deviants can easily shut off your power and break into your home without the security alarm going off. If youre going to live here, please make sure youre armed so you can protect yourself and your family as ParcView doesnt seem concerned with resident safety or security.

This community is gorgeous and I love all the amenities. The pool, hot tub, cabanas, the fire pits and bbq areas are so awesome. Its perfect for entertaining and having friends/family over (mostly the bbq areas!). The gym is awesome too. Management is so nice, and the townhomes are so well designed - huge windows, open space for entertaining, beautiful and quiet, I cant ever hear my neighbors through the walls. I love it here!

July 2021:Maintenance is quick to respond to requests (thanks, Andy!) and the staff in the leasing office handle questions and requests well. Biggest drawback is the parking and Im glad I happened to get a covered parking space.Glad to be living at Parc View.May 2021:First week at Parc View has been a positive experience. The front desk and maintenance team handled a request same day, solving the problem of a stairwell door that slammed shut loudly (and made it difficult to sleep). Thank you!The move-in welcome gift of Tostitos and salsa was a nice touch. I most definitely ate the entire bag while moving in. Carbs for energy and such.Speaking to other residents, people have had a positive experience at Parc View. The most common complaint is the limited parking, which I expect to get worse as the apartment complex reaches capacity. I suspect Wasatch Property Management was hoping for on-street parking to alleviate the pressure for parking within the complex. Midvale City apparently did not like that idea, as there is no room on the shoulder for parking. Hopefully, the Zions Bank Technology Center being built across the street will be a way to resolve the problem.I assume the $99/month media package is a great deal if you use DirecTV. Otherwise, its just expensive internet.Regarding internet, the internet provider (Vicidiem) was contracted to provide internet, but not contracted to make the ethernet ports in the apartment move-in ready. If you need to use an ethernet port rather than WiFi, youll need to supply your own ethernet cables to make the make the ports in the apartment functional.Also, as the one-bedroom apartment has three ethernet ports, but the Vicidiem router only has two remaining ports, you should plan on purchasing a Switch if you want to make all the ethernet ports functional.

Ive now lived here since May and I cant say enough good things about the townhome/ facility and staff. Super nice and staff is beyond helpful. Every issue Ive had they have taken care of extremely fast. Enjoy living here.

Put in a maintenance request for our kitchen sink...1 year later there are still issues and water damage to the shelves...it will likely cost us money on the way out. Vivant was glitchy at best die to sub-par internet service for most of the year. Would like the freedom to select the internet provider. I feel like these apartments were built too fast as we have had multiple issues. Price of rent way to high for what we are getting.

If I could give this community 100 stars, I would! :) During our search for townhomes, I have dealt with Tanner, Emory and Nicole and they have all been amazingly helpful! I have dealt mostly with Tanner and its such a breeze dealing with him! Hes been very responsive to all my questions, and does not mind me calling him back multiple times if theres something I need to clarify urgently while we were finalizing our leasing agreement with them. I was so delighted when I got the specific townhome unit that we really like. This is a brand new community with fantastic amenities! I have a 2 year old daughter who loves their playground. The pool and jacuzzi are superb and my family and I cant wait to try it in summer. They also have a clubroom which is like a business center where you could stay if you want some quiet time to work or study but it is closed right now because of covid. There is also a commercial-sized gym that my husband is very excited to try. What I also love in this community is that it is huge, if you want to do a morning or afternoon stroll, you can definitely do that within the community. In a business setting, the greatest form of flattery is when you get a customer referral. And guess what? I even referred them to a friend right after we finalize our application with them and my friend would be moving too on the same time we are moving in. At this point, do I need to say more how much my family and I love this community and the leasing team? :) We all cant wait to move in :) Keep up the great work and perhaps what I would hope to see in the future is you continue to sustain the fantastic service you provide and strive to maintain and/or improve the beautiful community and its amenities over time.

I have loved living at Parc View so far. Many years to come, thanks to the amazing office staff that helps with everything I might need! They are very attentive to the residents and have made living here a great transition and a very easy move. The units are beautiful and well worth the move. I couldnt have found a better place!

I went to see an apartment at Parc View today. When I went into the leasing office the lady told me that it was self-guided and the apartment was open. I walked across the street to the apartments and found that the door was locked. I called the number on the flyer that was given me and a lady that was off site answered the phone. She said she would send a message to the office that I was waiting to see the apartment and the door was locked. I waited and waited - at least 15 minutes and no one came. I finally left and went to the leasing office to retrieve my drivers license. The lady in the office was chatting with a person who obviously was an employee. I would have still been waiting at the apartment door. As I left I said to the lady, Great Customer Service.An added note: The apartment I was going to look at was in the middle of a hallway. In the apartment on the corner I could hear 2 dogs barking almost non-stop. If that is allowed in these apartments, I would never want to live there.Renter beware.

The maintenance team at Parc View is always A+

Initially, we had a good experience when our building finished construction and we were one of the only people living in the building. But weve been here about 7 months now and have had so many issues. We definitely will not be renewing our lease and would not recommend this place to any of our family or friends. There is no reason these apartments should be this expensive for the number of issues weve had as well as several other residents for the property management team to do nothing.- There are incentives that were outlined in our lease agreement that we never received. We emailed the office multiple times about it and were told that we would get follow up but never did.- Parking is an issue. We asked when signing the lease if there would be plenty of open parking spaces (since the complex was under construction) and were told that there would be quite a lot of free parking spots. That is not the case. Majority of the complex is made up of covered parking and its an extra monthly fee.- There are a lot of pet owners here including myself. The negative with this is that we find that many other pet owners do not pick up after their pets. The front office has been notified of this by multiple residents but it doesnt seem like its getting better.- The dog park has sharp grave that cuts up our dogs feet. Weve emailed the office about this too and they said they would look into it but there hasnt been a change. Many other pet owners have also brought this up to the property management.- There is a policy that all pets should be on a leash but it isnt enforced. A few months living here, we had a dog attack us and our 2 dogs while on a walk.- There are a lot of modified cars and cars with loud mufflers. People with these cars let them run and rev them at all hours of the day, especially on the weekends between 1-4 am. The front office has done nothing to fix this except tell residents to call the patrolling security and the local police. This hasnt help with the situation at all. If residents can be evicted because of loud pets, they should issue noise complaints and evictions for people with these loud cars that wake up multiple residents every night.- There are a lot of groups that hang outside buildings between 1-4 am on the weekends and cause a lot of noise. There have been fights that have broken out as well.- Someone attempted to break into our garage and we contacted the front office about it by leaving a message on their after hours line. We literally never received any follow up from the front office about our attempted break in.- Packages are consistently delivered to the wrong apartment/townhouse. Weve had multiple packages stolen that said they were delivered to our door but when we check, it isnt there. Sometimes were able to recover them from the community page. Youll see on the community page that many other residents will post if someone else has received their packages too.- It seems like the apartments were built quick and without much thought. We had our water heater replaced (we are the first people to live in our apartment since construction was finished) because the builders installed it incorrectly. Then we didnt have hot water for close to a week because of issues with the new water heater. Weve had our bath tub resurfaced because the coating was chipping and its already chipping again. Weve had our AC/heat go out multiple times that maintenance has had to come fix.

These new apartments are more than you’d expect! You seriously get all the amenities you could think of here, and more! The Vivint smart home is so easy to manage and makes life a breeze not needing to worry about if you locked your door on the way out because it’s always just a click away to check! Emory, the Area director has been amazing to us and made the application process a breeze! We even got to take advantage of an amazing special they had going on at the time of move in! Another plus is my significant other and I are leasing a top floor unit, and we never had to use stairs whatsoever to move! There is a huge elevator that can be used at any time of the day! Last but not least is that once we were all moved in we noticed a few very minor things about the unit that needed attention, and Emory had their crew come fix it almost literally the next day! Thanks again Parc View for making such an amazing place and having such an amazing staff! Could not be happier to call this place a home!

Hope has been a wonderful help for my husband and I. She helped us move into our last apartment, and as soon as we found out she worked here we HAD to check it out. A wonderful place and a wonderful staff. Well worth it!

I love the style of the apartment and the community! I currently live here. A very big caution for people thinking about Par View Apartments is that you will hear EVERY footstep above you. There is absolutely zero noise protection in the ceilings and they seem to be extremely thin.

I just moved into Parc View and I love the community, not to mention the wonderful office staff Hope, Emory and Nicole are amazing as well as their maintenance team! All around a wonderful community!

I Moved into Parc View in March. Let me tell you the staff is Amazing. Emory, Nicole, Hope and Levi are always willing to go the extra mile. I had an unfortuante situation and they came to my rescue. Any time I have a maintainance issue its fixed so quickly. The homes and apartments are so modern and clean. Althogh the complex is still under construction and should be finished soon they do there best to keep the grounds clean. We are very excited for the pool area to open up. Its going to be a great space for the residents. I Iove that they love my dog, and look forward to the large dog park that will open soon. This is a great place to live. Thanks to all the staff you are all AMAZING.

The comment about there being trash everywhere is largely due to the current construction crews, and its an issue outside of the control of Parc View. Lived here for a month now and the people here have been very quick and attentive to maintenance needs, and are always willing to listen to any concerns. Homes are beautiful, and the location is great.
