The apartments at Kimpton Square are beautiful. The building opened in 2017, so it’s new and has all current amenities for safety and comfort of residents. The units all have high ceilings and large windows which allow for lots of light and excellent views. You will never have to feel boxed in or closed off. Kimpton Square feels secure, with excellent monitoring of access to the building and surveillance cameras in the public hallways and resident shared spaces. Pets are allowed at Kimpton Square and management is vigilant about checking pet health records through your vets office each time you renew your lease. No unvaccinated pets allowed. (I wish that held true for human residents!) Maintenance staff are considerate, friendly and professional. They take care of issues and routine maintenance quickly. But the best thing about Kimpton Square is the personality and attention to detail provided by Parker in the front office. He is a treasure and very patient with walking residents through the maze of paperwork it takes to get into subsidized housing for seniors. I hope Parker sticks around a very long time as I have come to depend on him. COMPARED TO THE REST, KIMPTON SQUARE IS THE BEST!!!!

Changed Furnace filter, my wife needs special high eff. filters (Which I buy). Needs changing every 4 months.

I have been here almost 2 years and I think that the Management is doing a Great Job. You have an excellent maintenance guy in Cory. He is very polite and takes care of issues in a timely manner. The building is kept clean in all areas. Great place to live for sure.Thank youJoe

All the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. We love living here and hope to live here for many years to come. It is clean and maintanence is prompt to meet our needs.

Place is in great shape. Tenants are great people. Management is terrible, unprofessional and if you ever have to talk to, deal with, or even stand next to the most unprofessional power trip of a man (Parker) Im sorry. Be aware of his treatment of people who do not bow to him. Respect the older generation, we are who gave you the freedoms you enjoy even if its your power trips.Sincerely,ARJR

Horrible place. The management will tell you something and then change their decision. I left early and tried to return my keys. They would not accept them until the exact date stating they could not. I was not even going to be around on the date as I was moving away. So many things I can not go into them all. Do not rent here.

Not only do I visit here I live here. Ive been here for about a year n a half n have no plans of moving. I enjoy living here with super nice people. Good staff n things get takin care of in a timely manner.
