Tracy did a great job! Finally found a nail salon I like!

Love my nails! Her princes are always the same. She doesnt price gouge. She only one person, so you might have to wait. I for one dont mind waiting if im getting treated nicely,paying a good price, and getting quality nails.

For the post part it was nice. But a few of my nails had air pockets and she didnt let them fully cure enough before fully finishing them

Incredible pedicure, they don’t cheap you out and don’t just quickly do it. They’re so nice and absolutely take their time. Love it! I’ll be back for sure!

They owner kicked us out 2 hours before closing because we took more than 2 minutes to find a color for the nails. She was just sitting, watching t.v., doing absolutely nothing.

Did absolutely wonderful. She was calm, took her tine and made sure they were right. Talked to me like a person and was very respectful. Goes along with the nails instead of widening the tip. This is the only place i go to get my nails done.

I have been coming here over a year now, the nail tech is friendly and fast all while doing a great job! Love it.

This place is horrible and the lady is very very rude. She watches TV and doesnt pay attention, down talks customers, says very rude things. Never is on time overlooks and to much to list. Im actually surprised that this place is still open. I would never go there again, I went once and thought she was just having a bad day so I decided a second time shame on me!

Nail colors do not match.. had to refile because there was jagged pieces under my nails and they were uneven.. there is pieces of dirt or something in the polish on my nails..and they charged me the same for a fill in and nail polish change as I did for a full set and couldn’t show me where in their price list they come up with the price.. so I take it they pocketed the extra cash because didn’t even ask for a tip.. which I would haven’t given any.. and the polish job could have been better from my 3 year old granddaughter .. ridiculous

Even though I am in the salon for a lengthy amount of time, it is worth it. They are family operated, friendly and engage in actual conversation with you, unlike some other salons. I have went to the Dayton mall as well and they do a good job - quick however it is much more expensive and not personable, sometimes makes for an uncomfortable experience. To sum up I am ALWAYS happy with my nails, they do a FANTASTIC job and I LOVE to support a small business!!!!! If you have not been to Middletown Nails, try them out, they wont disappoint!!!!

Im a repeat customer, I get there at 10:30 am and the store is not open. Door says 10-8 Tuesday.. I come back at noon and store is open so I go in and ask the owner if she would help me find a nude color and her response was No I cant help you, they are there, you have to pick out yourself. Remind you Im the ONLY customer in store. So I look and still cant find what I want, so I ask her again for some help, just point in the direction. She gets RUDE and says I not help you, you have to pick yourself DO NOT GO HERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 😠

Horrible establishment! I called her asking to fix my nail color because of the poor paint job She gave, she said yes to fixing it but if I wanted a different color she’d have to charge me, which I was completely fine with. I get there wait on her to come over to do my nails she’s rough, very & very rude as well. So as I wait On her to work on another client before getting to me she turns me away saying I can’t do your nails since you didn’t like the way I did them before. Such a waste of time! And if you are reading this which is the owner YOU WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN! Also learn proper customer service skills that is no way to treat your customers!

Walked in with my daughter at 6:50 and asked for a fill-in and was told ok. I waited 30 minutes outside per the COVID rules and came back in at 7:20 being told they were closed.She wasn’t even done with the client in her seat yet. She said she was done for the day despite my wait.Rude and trashy! Do not recommend!

Never welcoming when I walk in. This place is the last place I go to. I only get a simple paint job and thats it. Definitely not top quality. The son is sweet not so much the mother.

Literally some of the rudest people I have ever seen I called ahead of time and had plenty of time to get my nails done when I enter I wait for 30 minutes before anyone even greeted me or said anything and then I get rushed to pick my color and told they are closing early so I need to hurry up very rude unprofessional do not recommend save your money and go somewhere better

My nails were crooked, acrylic around my nails instead of on, was in to much of a hurry to do a decent job. Not happy with my nails!

If zero stars was an option thats what they would get. Ive never had someone do my nails so horribly... HIGHLY suggest finding somewhere else. Not worth to pay the money to have them broken and GEL polish chipped within days.....

The lady that owns it obviously hates her job. She watches Chinese soap operas on her tablet the whole time and doesnt pay attention to your nails. They are different lengths, not polished event and not buffet event. The equipment is old and dirty. Would not recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner did my nails last Saturday. She was busy with other customers while trying to do my nails as well. She was rushing to get them done, and in the process, my nails ended up wavy and bumpy! When I got home i noticed that there were small holes throughout all my nails as well. I went back to the salon to ask to either have them fixed or get my money back. She was nasty to me, barely attempted to fix them, and basically dismissed that anything was wrong. I am very dissatisfied with how they look still. I will not be going back there again!

She was rude and rough with my hands and nails even made me bleed. The wait was extremly long because there was only one girl working and all the other nail techs were just sitting around.

Just had a pedicure yesterday and the owner cut me in two different places on my heal. She was careless and rushed trying to do too many clients at once. Those places are now red and swollen and very painful to walk on. I’m now on my way to my doctor to get an antibiotic. I will never return here. BEWARE

She looks like she is living outta her shop with her children and Im not even sure if its under health regulations as she has a fridge n microwave plus bedding in the store?? Plus, she charges regular prices for things other places do more like actually wash your feet when getting a pedicure, which she does NOT do. Ughhhh!

Probably the worse nail job I’ve ever had done and I’ve had my nails done over 20 years-I’m not picky and I usually don’t say a word if my nails aren’t all shaped equally, or if they’re not great but this time I have to speak out-The top coat was so thick it was lumpy,I showed the nail tech (only 1 at salon) andshe said “it’s only top coat, you’ll be fine”....I went ahead and left but I didn’t tip her.I went to dinner Afterwards with friends and showed my nails to them and they were all in awe how terrible they looked.They ask me if I did myself-I wish I could post a pic of how my nails look-I won’t be going back-considering each salon is the same price for gel full in @ $30.If I could give them a zero, I would!Nasty place, dirty, looks like someone lives there with so much junk everywhere, not friendly, just awful!I’m pretty sure they dont meet state requirements and I don’t know how they’re still in business-Just keeping it real people!!

Its a ok nail place. I cant find a good one it seems around this area. Diomand Nails in Chattanooga Tennessee spoiled me with wine and clean place to get nails done.

I called to ask a couple basic questions and the lady was so damn rude! Why would I come to spend my hard earned money when youre rude on the phone to me?? No way!

This place is horrible. My friend And I went to get our nails done here and they where completely rude. So we just decided to let that go. I get my nails done and what not and leave within an hour of my nails being finished the shellac started peeling I called them and they told me they where to busy for me to come back and get them done again. Told me to call back Saturday called Saturday all day and no answer at this point my nails where awful hardly no color left to them. So i called them yesterday no answer it took me till just today to drive 45 mins there to speak to a manger for her to tell me that I was not getting a refund and that I needed to leave. So at this point I am pissed!!!!!!!!! So I walked in and asked for a refund still same thing get out so let me tell you I will never in my life go back there! That place is nasty and so are the workers

So after I kept telling her through out the process I was not happy how my nails was turning out her response was Im tired she said shex fix them for me so I sat quietly and looked the other way while she finished rushing to do my nails. As we goto to the next chair to do the gel, I look at them under the light and I ask her if she is going to get the acrylic around my cuticles and buff em down. She said use lotion and it will come right off i told her no it needed to be fixed and the under part of my nails had globs of dried acrylic under them that needed to be out too. Now she had 3 people waiting to get nails done too and I know she was rushing and by herself but I asked her to please fix them. She then got defensive and said I needed to give her the full 55.00 before she fixed them. So I did exactly that. Even though I felt like they was definitely not worth 55.00. She then put the gel on and told me I was done and would not fix my nails. I showed the other ladies behind me my nails and they was surprised as well. The lady then said she didnt want their buisness. I am not one to complain but it looks like I did my nails myself and now I have to fork out more money to go have them redone somewhere else...I honestly would have even been happy if she would have just fixed them or offered a discount or even apologized. The customer service is horrible, and the quality. Oh & she cut my finger from rushing and being rough and told me I was being a baby because it burned let alone hurt.....what the heck...I have pictures Im not sure how to upload here...

This place is awful. I went in last night for a full set and she was rushing to do my nails. When the time came to dry my nails she only let me dry them for 5 minutes. I came home and of course they weren’t dry so they got messed up. Then I went back this morning to have her just fix them and she messed them up! Needless to say I WONT BE GOING BACK THERE!!

Ive went to her for years and as the years go by the ruder she gets and could careless to do anyones nails. I just set there for 15 mins watching her eat not a soul in there but me. She never even spoke. I finally asked her if she was going to do my nails or did I need to go somewhere else she says whatever you want to do and started back eating and watching her iPod. I got up and left. Her kids are the only pleasant thing about her shop and they are only in on weekends! Wish they had 0 Stars as an option. She will Never get my Service Again!

ME AND MY STEP MOTHER WALKED IN ABOUT 6:25 6:30. AFTER WE SAID WE WANTED PEDICURES AND CHOSE OUR COLORS HE SAT US DOWN IN THE CHAIR AND TOLD US HE WANTED OUR FEET TO SOAK BEFORE OUR SERVICES STARTED. AFTER ABOUT 10 MINUTES HE WALKED OUT AND SO DID ANOTHER WORKER WHO HAD JUST FINISHED ANOTHER LADIES NAILS. AFTER ANOTHER 20 MINUTES JUST SITTING THERE WITH OUR FEET STILL SOAKING WE HAD JUST DECIDED TO LEAVE. THERE WAS STILL ONE WORKER LEFT, WHO HAD SAID NOTHING TO US AT THIS POINT, THEN TOLD US WE CAN LEAVE AND FOR US TO GET OUT BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSED. We KNEW THEY CLOSED AT 8,BUT AT THIS POINT IT WAS BARLEY 7. WHEN I SAID TO HER WE WERE LEAVING ANYWAY BECAUSE WE WERE JUST LEFT OVER THERE SHE STILL CONTINUED TO TELL US TO LEAVE AND GET OUT. I HAVE NEVER EVER EXPERIENCED THAT IN MY LIFE AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO A DOG. Terrible terrible experience!!!

Just got turned away because she didn’t want to wait for polish to dry. Wanted me to pay extra for gel. What a joke. Not to mention the shop smells like cat piss and stale food. Yuck.

Do a good job but don’t expect speedy service. Always only one or two employees on at once and I always have to wait at least 30 mins before being helped.

I should have left as soon as I walked in but I didnt know where else to go because Im new to the area and I was leaving to go out of town the next day.Extremely dirty and smells reallybad. The more I looked around I was wondering when the last time anything was ever cleaned. While I was waiting for my toenails to dry I looked around and I was thoroughly disgusted by the conditions of the shop. I will never go here again.

This place is HORRIBLE, WHEN I SAY HORRIBLE, IM CAPPIN HORRIBLE. THEY DIDNT OPEN UNTIL AFTER 11 AM, I ASKED THE LADY WHAT TIME DOES IT NORMALLY OPEN SHE SAID DONT START SHE OPENS WHENEVER SHE WANTS. THIS IS A TOTAL DISGRACE. SHES LUCKY SHE WASNT ANYWHERE ELSE BC SERVICE LIKE THAT CAN GET SOMEONE SO MAD THEY WILL BE READY TO FIGHT.

Man i love this place

Went to middletown nails today,walked in the lady was sleeping I asked her if she knew how to do Halloween decorations she said no so she had me put my hands in dirty polish remover I shouldnt have but I did my mistake, I told her I wanted the cat eye but it just looks awful you cant see the cat eye and she got fingernail polish all over my fingers her clothes were nasty and she was eating something gross while i drying my nails I asked her to do them again she said noI will never go there again

My wife went here on January 8th, 2018 and was absolutely awful on how they did her nails, the women didnt match them to make them the right size and just rushed them and honestly they look awful and she has to go somewhere else now to have them fixed
