The staff was professional, and did a good job. I was satisfied with the experience. Decent salon. I would prefer a tiny bit more attention to detail.

Ive been to this place a lot, and the service varies wildly. If the owner is in, its great. You get a massage, at least once, and more if there are people who are not doing anything else. but if he is not there, the staff is lazy, ignoring you to play on their phones, and quite unfriendly. A manicure takes a lot longer if he isnt there because they are all talking to each other. I had to wait for 10 minutes today with four staffers sitting around and ignoring me. When I did get the mani, she was rough with the cuticle scissors and even made me bleed a little. She barely spoke to me and was unfriendly. Took over an hour for a basic gel man. But sometimes, if the owner is there, it can be great and you get a lot nicer attention. $35 for a regular gel mani is A LOT without the extras they sometimes do, It really depends.

3 weeks later ....and my nails are still looking great! Professionalism, skill, hospitality and prices are top notch. Love it here.

I absolutely love coming here. The pedicures are to die for and the staff (particularly Han) is so nice. I’ve never had a bad experience and my nails always come out exactly the way I want them. Yes, they are a bit pricey here but it’s TOTALLY worth it.

Definitely a favorite! I go here regularly for gel manicures and they always turn out great, no complaints! Ive been to multiple other places for nails in the Middletown area within the last few years and this is definitely a keeper! They are very popular, so I would highly suggest making an appointment just in case! Always clean, always friendly. I also appreciate that they are always getting in new colors, definitely a bonus! Would highly recommend!

Ellen Nails & Spa is a great place to visit. Everything is so clean and upscale. The staff is very attentive and my gel manicure turned out amazing. Highly recommend for a pedicure too - they have customized scrubs and lotions.

I used to love elle nails, and they were the best around. I used to get gel manis. All of a sudden I realized they werent lasting 2 weeks. I talked to the owner about it and he asked to give them another chance. I did. That was just before covid. My mani lasted well over 3 weeks. I then realized the nail polish was brand new, never opened. After covid I went back. Not 24 hours later the polish started bubbling and peeling. (It wasnt new) Needless to say, ive found a new place to go.

Ownership and the staff absolutely get it. The environment is inviting and cozy. My entire family enjoys the service and the people!

Jamie is the best nail tech around! Healthy looking nails all the time! Cant go wrong with the five minute massage. For a few dollars, you can get your own manicure box with your own nail filers, and you earn point towards a certificate that can be used for future services. I would suggest calling to schedule an appointment prior!

I have been going to Elle since I moved to the Middletown area about five years ago. There have been times in the past few years that I have gone to other nail salons in the area because they were open on Sundays or slightly cheaper. I can tell you that every time I left a salon other than Elle- I regretted it! Han and his team are incredible. The customer points program they run is fantastic and I am always greeted by name when I come to Elle. I know I am in good hands, whether I have an appointment or not! They really take their time and do their best work possible. I never feel rushed (even when Im the last person in the salon on a Monday night!) and I feel truly pampered when I sit down to get my nails done at Elle. Han, Sophie, Jamie, Donna, James, and the whole crew are so professional and so good at what they do! I get gel sets/fills and I would recommend Elle above any other salon in the area. Best nail salon in the area BY FAR!

Nice place, very clean, they do a nice job on your nails been going over a year now. Bought my own tools from the beginning that they use on me only and they store them there.....real convenient.....

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. 1st of all I purchased a box so I could have my own personal nail file yet they kept my box next to me the whole time and used the already used 1000 times nail file. Then Joelle rushed me to pick out my nail color and when she started to paint them I said I was not a fan of the color she laughed and continued to paint them. And last but not least I called and they gave me a price $15 less then what they just charged me and I can not even stand to look at them for another second. Third time I have been so disappointed here.

This was my first experience here. My sister has been going for years and swears that they are the best around so I had to really try them out. I had a fantastic manicure pedicure massage. Everything was delightful the girls were extremely friendly and I had a great time the two hours I was there with my cousin. They were definitely worth the money but I felt the cost was appropriate for all business we received. Wasnt over the top expensive. Was very happy it lasted no chips 3 weeks.

Did a pedicure spa here and hands down the best and consistent service. I got a 20 min massage, hot stone rub down, mask, callus remover treatment. If I didnt know any better I would slip and slide out of there from my feet being so smooth and mositurized. ^-^

By far my favorite nail salon I have been to ever! The staff is beyond wonderful, I see Park for my biweekly gel manicure. Hes the best! I would say though that I trust anyone there they all do a great job!

I had a wonderful and relaxing first experience at Elle Nails. The atmosphere is beautiful and the nail techs seem to know everyone by name and vice versa. I do not regularly get my nails done, so I was very surprised on the final price. But staff did give me a heads up, I was given a gift certificate the day before because they were booked, and my nail tech was so kind and meticulous. If youre looking for a real professional and luxurious nail salon in the Middletown area, I recommend this place.

Nice place as I came here 4 times for gel fill until I noticed that they had been using someone elses box of tools who had the same birthday as me (thats how they track customers)! GROSS!!! My VIP point/credits were given to this other girl with the same birthday as me and I was told I wasnt getting those credits back. And no apology on top of it all. Do not recommend.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST nail salon you can find. We moved two hours away, when we visit Middletown a trip to ELLE is the TOP item on our to do list. They are so nice and invest a lot of energy in guest relationships and satisfaction with birthday gifts and loyalty awards.

One of the best pedicures around. Elle offers frequent members boxes for their tools and points towards dollars of future visits. Its usually busy so Id recommend calling ahead to make sure you can sit right down. A regular pedi includes a long massage and the spa pedi a longer massage. Either choice you wont be disappointed.

Great salon! One of the first place I have ever been that takes appointments on time! Very friendly staff and extrely clean.

The manicure was rushed with a lot of bubbles in the nail polish. It also chipped within 24 hours. The pedicure was fantastic though.

Terrible this was my second time here for a pedicure the first time was great the second time not so much the girl didnt trim enough of the nail on my toes I told her 3 times then she attempted to try and file them with a file that was bare I told her she needed a new file she just kept going and she didnt even shape the nail or round the edges I had shoulder surgery so I cant do it myself. I used to go to the elle nails on the berlin turnpike but I moved to this area Im definitely going back to the one on the berlin turnpike.
