We used this hotel for our wedding on 7.17.21. I would like to thank Patty Matthews for being of great assistance and always promptly answering my emails. She always kept me up to date with room block details and assisted in adding additional rooms once the block was full. She also helped to make sure rooms were ready prior to check in time for guests arriving the day of the wedding. The hotel was nice with a remodeled lobby and rooms. Although basically in a neighborhood, the hotel is conveniently located under 10 minutes to the beach and under 15 minutes downtown. There are also a lot of shops located near by.
This place boasts a 4 star hotel. However they need to come down to earth and charge what they are worth. $359 a night is hardly worth it. The outdoor pool was closed. Our King bed room had a pull out sofa. No blankets. We had to ask for them. Even the trash cans had no liners. The breakfast was a joke! Wrapped muffins, apples and juice. For $359 a night it would have been courteous to at least have a decent breakfast. I decided to not extend my stay and moved next door to the quality inn. Double queen room was more comfortable and at least they had much more of a selection for breakfast. Cleanliness was the same. Roomier room and better price! I would not chose to stay at this hotel again. They’re are way too pricey for no reason at all!
Amazing staff. The younger guy who works the desk overnight was friendly and patient and the girl who works in the morning was absolutely awesome, without her I would have missed my flight. Those two employees both deserve a raise!
This hotel should be inspected by the board of health. We checked into our room and needed to drop off our bags so we could make a reservation that we were late for. We returned late that evening, changed and went to sleep. The next morning we started to unpack only to realize that the room was never fully cleaned prior to check in. There were empty cans of beer in the trash cans, a used tea bag still in the coffee maker and a huge fly in the room. I went down to the front desk to complain and was told that the room was cleaned prior to us checking in. They said they would send housekeeping sometime that day. I went online and found another area hotel and made a reservation for that evening. I went to the front desk and advised them that we were not comfortable staying in that room nor any room in the hotel. Before I advised them of this situation, there was a woman in front of me making the same complaint to the hotel management. Management really didnt seem to care of either of our complaints. I called today and spoke to Cindy at the front desk. Cindy said she remembered speaking to me and denied that the woman in front of me was also complaining. Cindy also said that after we checked out they found trash in the room, but instead of acknowledging that the trash was there prior to us checking in, she accused US of making the mess. In all the years traveling, I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional person being part of hotel management. WARNING: Stay away from this dirty, disgusting rudely run dump of a hotel. I gave this a 1 star rating only because you couldnt post without assigning at lease one star. What a joke.
The staff is friendly and helpful. When I first booked I was only able to get 18 nights due to festivals a couple weekends, but hearing that the manager jumped into action and was able to secure me a room until the end of my time. I stayed here for just over a month and after this stay there is nowhere else I would stay when visiting RI.
Booked two nights for $350 each. The hotel is located in a lifeless industrial park. The privacy shade in our room was broken, so it could not be closed. “Breakfast” consisted of just hot drinks, hand fruit and vending machine-type pre-wrapped muffins and croissants. Staff was nice, though. We checked out after the first night. For half the price I would give this 3 stars, but for what we paid, just 1.
We enjoyed our stay. Very attentive staff, clean rooms and in great location. Not far from RWU just over the bridge. Great place to stay!
After deciding to visit Newport RI for a few days, we started looking into hotels. There some fair 2.5-3-star hotels in the Warwick/Kingstown area which are reasonably priced, but staying there would involve about a 30-minute ride one-way in and out of Newport. Since all of our to-dos on the itinerary were in the Newport/Middletown area, we decided to try to get a hotel there. Now, there is a huge price difference between the two areas; a $150 per night in Warwick would be $300 in Middletown and $400+ in Newport. We settled on a few in the Middletown area which is only about a 10-15 minute drive into Newport/Wharf area. Of those few, the Sonesta consistently received above average-good reviews and was modestly-priced, given the location. The Sonesta is located off W. Main Road with lots of food, retail and fuel options. This is always helpful when you are traveling with a family. We arrived at about 3 pm on a Thursday and it was very quiet. I stopped off at the reception area and was quickly checked in within a few minutes. The front desk staff were very nice. As of this writing, face masks were required in all common areas, though I observed guests both masked and unmasked (50/50) in the common areas throughout our stay.We were advised of the closest entrance to our rooms. We drove around to that entrance, parked and entered our room after a short walk. The room was what I expected: typical 2.5-3-star accommodations. Pros: generally clean room, sufficient outlets, lots of lights, mini fridge, coffee maker but no cups, efficient temperature controls, convenient roll-out wheeled desk with chair. Cons: some grit in the bathroom corners, no microwave but communal microwave near ice maker (iffy call during COVID), beds seemed to be double beds and NOT queens, small flat screen tv seemed very outdated, no liners in any of the garbage cans, TV remote a bit frustrating (like many other hotels) I am not a fan of the separate toilet/tub from the sink/mirror, but I’ve seen this before in other hotels. Our biggest issue, like many other reviewers have mentioned, is the complete lack of room housekeeping. In our 3-day, 2-night stay, not only was our room not cleaned, but I did NOT see any housekeeping service in the halls throughout our entire stay! It wasn’t much of a problem for us as we reused towels and kept the room clean ourselves… but it was just very unusual. I’ve known other hotels to ONLY clean when requested in an effort to conserve water (washing sheets/towels) to be more eco-friendly but they usually announce that somewhere. There was NO indication or signs that this was their practice. My guess is that, like many businesses affected by COVID, especially hotels, they are very short staffed and simply cannot accommodate daily cleanings, though I may be wrong. But, since I observed very little staff throughout my entire stay, I believe this is the most probably cause. I don’t mind this…I just wish it was announced and the guests were notified. The Fitness Center was small with only two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, free weights and a water/towel station, but enough for one or two people at a given time. The pool looked nice and ranged from 3-5 feet but we did not have a chance to visit. You can swim from the indoor pool section to the outdoor pool section, but this was blocked since the outdoor pool was closed at our time of visit. There is a small outdoor courtyard where most of the rooms face which contains the outdoor pool and a fire pit. I don’t know if it is lit regularly though. There are a few (older) arcade games near the tourist brochure section. Their free breakfast was grab-and-go style with coffee, juices, muffins, yogurt and a few other portable items.Check out was easy. Overall we had a good stay…I didn’t mind most of the “Cons” but the lack of available services and notification to the guests about those deficiencies can understandably be frustrating.
Stayed here for a wedding - wouldn’t have been my first choice. Out of the 3 nights I slept there, the room wasn’t cleaned once. Which normally would be a big deal to me- but when the humidity is so bad that the carpet, towels, bedding and all of my clothes were wet, it would’ve been nice to at least get clean sheets. Pool was closed. Coffee bar was closed. Bar was closed. After spending close to a grand for 3 nights, I expected a little more. Personally couldn’t wait to leave this morning.
Im traveling with my family and my dog to stay a couple days for a vacation. We reserved a suite so all of us could stay in one room. But apparently they are not pet friendly despite what it said on theyre website. So they wanted to give us a smaller room for the same price of the suite. The front desk lady was incredibly rude to us and not helpful. So Im saying stay in other hotels than this place.
The hotel is in an office park off of a commercial strip. When we stayed there the pool was closed, the fire pit was out of order, and the bar was apparently also closed. We wouldn’t have stayed there if we had known the pool and fire pit would be unavailable, but the information was fairly buried in the booking service information, so we ended up feeling taken. Can’t recommend the hotel based on our experience.
Great hotel, good rates, very comfortable room and very quiet at night. Stayed 2 nights. Not walking distance to Newport downtown but easy to get to by car.
Looks like it was just updated, friendly staff..room was nice..they are waiting for the new liquor licence so the bar was not open yet.
Great staff !! Easy check in
Our stay for Labor Day weekend was great! This hotel was a short ride to Newport, very quiet and super clean. Yes the pool was closed due to Covid but the beach was a short drive away. The front desk manager was extremely helpful with our transaction and gave alot of recommendations on what to do and where in the area to eat. Highly recommend!
Good time clean rooms excellent staff
Stay was fine but my husband had prepaid our room and they still charged my card $250 and cant get a manager on the phone. This wiped out my entire budget for the trip and no one will fix it. Still dont know why they did this or how Im getting my money back. Would be nice if they paid for the $100 overdraft fee they caused.
Amenities limited by COVID, though the rooms are tastefully designed and appointed, and most include accessible balconies, perfect for lowkey R&R after a day on the Newport shore. Im really becoming a fan of the Courtyard line for consistency and superb value for price. Be aware that while the hotel is only a couple minutes drive from downtown Newport, it is located right on that hideous and depressing strip in Middletown. The property itself is fine and shielded via landscaping, but dont expect to be taking any romantic seaside strolls here.
Nothing really stands out about the hotel. Not every room maintainer wore a mask or face covering. Pool was closed. Starbucks coffee kiosk in the lobby. Mini mini shop next to the front desk(small selection of sodas, beers waters and snacks). Plenty of parking. Did not see a charging area(should call to check). Hotel is a square donut with an outdoor garden in the middle to relax. 24hr gym sign on the door but didnt see anyone inside. Room was spacious for 1-2 persons. Some rooms have coffee machines, not all. Mini fridge in cabinet under TV. No maid service during stay. The bed did have a smell, but i brought my own bed sheet and pillow cases. Ask for necessities at front desk. Typical hotel, nothing to rave about.
The worst time I ever had at a hotel
Terrible. The reviews below cant be from real customers. Bar closed, pool closed, no outdoor area. 1 person working literally, blood on my sheets and hair. In a odd area as well
This is the hotel we chose for our guests to stay at for our wedding weekend. We couldn’t have been happier with the service! The whole staff was very accommodating, allowed us to stay in the lobby until late at night and put on a great breakfast the next morning. Mark, the gentlemen who helped us that morning did an excellent job. Give that man a raise!!
Excellent hospitality and the staff are very attentive. My room smelled like mildew and wasnt cleaned thoroughly as the headboard had oil stains. I wouldnt stay again as this hotel was giving me motel vibes. Will visit another Marriott just not the Courtyard.
Just found out your pool is closed. Its a good thing we called the day before our trip. Marriot needs to update their website. Their central booking site is not updated we were told the pool was available.
The staff was very welcoming & friendly from the beginning to the end. The room was extremely clean. And Maritza head off housekeeping was right on top of things. But, not enough can be said about Amber (from The Bistro). She was a pleasure to talk with. Being new to the area, my ‘wife & I’ had many questions. All of her recommendations where right on point. From fine dining, sports bars (Thursday night football), brewery’s and sightseeing.THANK YOU for making our stay a memorable one. My only complaint is that we can only give a 5 star rating. Definitely worthy of a 10.Fred & DonnaSaratoga, NY
Really clean and modern looking hotel. Very friendly staff and perfect safe place to stay during covid
We recently visited Newport for a wedding. Despite the drab outer appearance, the interior was updated and nicely kept. I cannot speak highly enough of the people working the front desk. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. Lorna is absolutely exceptional. They were personable and helped us with everything we needed.
Traveled for a 3 night reservation for our son’s wedding. I recommend this location to anyone not familiar with the area, it is nicely located to nearby restaurants, stores and highway routes. We enjoyed the courtyard area to relax at night with friends around the fire pit. The Bistro provided friendly service and great food. The hotel grounds were clean along with the room. This building is shaped like a horseshoe so only the courtyard rooms offer a small balcony which is helpful to know for reservations. A comfortable stay and we would recommend booking a reservation here.
Great place to stay
Wonderful staff. Everything was great even with the pool closed!
We booked a King room here for one night as a last minute birthday getaway for my wife. While the rooms have been updated nicely, we found it quite tight for a King size room. The handle to the blind closure was broken as was the handle on the refrigerator cabinet. The location was very good being so close to Newport, but the hotel was just ok.
Pretty decent for these Covid times.
Excellent service from all of the staff!!! Every person I interacted with was awesome. A bit pricey for a Courtyard, but considering the area...I understand. Easy to get to anything you want visit in the area.
Nice place but they didnt note that their pool was closed. Also, saw one of the housekeeping staff working while not wearing a mask.
Very nice hotel, nicely located near the naval base. The hotel is very clean and organized as expected from a Marriott hotel but i have to give the staff here a round of applause. They are so nice, friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at home!
Good quiet spot a bit pricey as I go 5 stars in boston 4 less but newport area has limited months to make cash
Great hotel in Newport! The rooms are clean and cozy yet spacious. The restaurant is close to stores and restaurants, but is away from the noise at the same time. They have a great pool that is fairly deep, and I appreciate that breakfast was included with my room. The staff is friendly and helpful, and eager to answer all our questions.
As I only was able to visit the lobby, I can only review that portion of the establishment. The first thing I did when I walked in was noticed that there was a nice lounge and breakfast area, which was seeing some good use that morning. Additionally the front desk was easily noticable, and I was greeted by a friendly attendant who helped point me in the right direction of the conference room I was going to. My visit would unfortunately end before I got to the conference room, since I was pulled away due to other work related things. So I didnt end up actually seeing the conference room. Overall the short visit was pleasant, and it would be a place I would return to.
Positive: Good location, excellent breakfast at the bistro, friendly staff. Negative: The room was not cleaned for the first 3 days we were there.
Terrible service the staff was so rude
The rooms were great as usual with a Marriott. The restaurant staff was very attentive and pleasant. The food was great, and a value. The indoor/outdoor pool was great for our kids. Would definitely stay there again.
As I was nearing the hotel it didn’t seem like a great area, thankfully the hotel turned out to be really nice and the staff is super friendly. The room was spacious and clean. This is a great place to stay when visiting Newport because you are near the wharf (10min) but you don’t pay the high prices you do at the hotels on the wharf. The indoor/outdoor pool looked really nice for families on vacation...I didn’t have my kiddos with me this trip. One seemingly trivial note was the shampoo/conditioner/body wash; I have a pet peeve about so many Marriott’s that still have the old Paul Mitchell products in terrible little bottles that look like they belong in a Motel 6. This hotel actually provides Tea Tree.
Federal employee friendly hotel with simple but tasty breakfast selection. I stayed at a time they were fixing the water pipes. A message was left in rooms instructing to run the water for a few minutes and it should clear up. I ran the water for more than 15 minutes and it was still brown. I had to request to be transferred to a room in another floor. Front desk was very accommodating and apologetic. Bed is comfy but bathroom is a bit dated.
The staff were welcoming and very accommodating when we wanted to check in early on a busy weekend. The beds were comfortable and I had no issues getting a full nights rest. The rooms were fine- they looked like rooms that were nice a few years ago, but after a lot of traffic the non-washable things were getting a wear on them. For example, the curtains had some curious stains, and the handle to the fridge was broken on one of the screws, so it was off-center and the hole was visible.
Nice, clean, excellent staff. Elevator set up is strange. Lots of walking. Otherwise no complaints
Brought my 5 month old baby here just to be able to use the pool. Really enjoyed the stay. Our room smelled like a musty locker room, only thing holding back from 5 stars. The heated Indoor/outdoor pool was amazing. We had a lot of fun.
Here for a Hockey Tournament. Best Hotel Ive stayed at for a hockey tournament. The staff was excellent with all the kids. We will definitely be back thanks
Staff have been incredible. Every single question has been answered. Every request accommodated. Every service used was wonderful. Not to mention the room clean, comfortable, a great rate and perfect. Great visit. Would stay here again without a second thought.
Great quiet location with great renovated bistro/bar area. Nice outdoor patio as well. Above and beyond for a business trip.
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The location, price, clean, pool, free parking. The bedding and pillows were super comfortable and soft. They actually has service by the front desk where you could relax and get wine etc to unwind. Also the personal and professional services were excellent. Tashana from the front desk went above and beyond to help us and even sent our personal items left behind back to us! I would highly recommend for any occasion.
Pretty typical Courtyard. Staff was very friendly. I requested non down pillows which they did give me. They were doing renovations in the lobby and had it well sealed off to reduce the distraction.
Both the hotel itself and the rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were very pleasant and helpfup, even going far out of their way to help with a personal issue I had during my stay. The bistro had a good selection of breakfast items, and everything I ordered was prepared extremely well. I will absolutely be staying here again if I need to come back to the area.
One bedroom suite we were upgraded to was very spacious but they had full size beds in them. The bedroom could easily accommodate to queen beds. Hotel staff was very accommodating to the number of people staying in the room grew to six and they provided is with two rollaway beds at no charge. Bathroom is very small with sink just outside bathroom.
Recently refurbished Marriott, reasonably priced and great staff. We stayed here (70 or 80 guests) 10 minutes away from our wedding venue and they couldnt have been nicer.
Lobby looks nice, it contains a small restaurant that serves breakfast in the morning and drinks/snacks in the evening. It has a pool and a hot tub of decent size. Rooms are a bit small, but clean and relatively newish looking. Staff was friendly and attended to all requests promptly.
Patty Matthews from the Courtyard Marriott is amazing! She helped us with our hotel blocks for our wedding and was very responsive. Highly recommend her services!
Nice hotel clean rooms staff very friendly. Wish I had some more time to visit the pool. Pool looked very nice. Would mostly definitely come back when in the area.
Overall the hotel was nice. It was in a relatively convenient location to food options and businesses. The room itself was good, but not great. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was nice with good water pressure. The TV in the room was very small though for the layout, maybe 24. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again, but if you can get a room for similar rates, the Marriott resort in newport is much nicer and located closer to great food and shops.
Comfortable place if staying a few days. I wouldnt recommend staying here for extended stays 5 days or more for the following reasons:1. No microwave2. Mini fridge and not cold enough to keep food fresh.3. Shower floods4. Small cafe, $$, on site that doesnt deliver to your room; order dominos or other local delivery.5. Keys are card not keyless ie from your phoneSome Pros:1. Indoor/outdoor pool2. Onsite small gym (2 treadmills, 1 bicycle, 1 weight bench for free weights, 1 elliptical)3. Quiet; not crowded4. Located across the street from a movie theater, Aldi, Dollar Tree, and a few other shops.
Very nice hotel. Great location, central to everything. Would rate 5 stars but there is only one problem. There is only one washer and dryer.
Excellent place to stay with family. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It has a pool, hot tub, and a Starbucks along with a full menu for dining. The Starbucks is open all the time as well.
Staff were nice. Even for a courtyard, I was surprised at how small the bathroom sink counter was... Probably the second smallest bathroom counter Ive ever seen in the United States...tiny closet too. Aside from the odd layout and the dinky bathroom it was a comfortable stay. (Although I swear I could hear the person in the room next door snoring... Dont know why hotels dont invest in a little more sound insulation)
Old bedding (linen) was there in the room when I checked in and the hotel staff was not courteous enough to understand the problem... rather sounded pretty rude as if it’s my mistake. They took around 30 mins to get me the keys for the different room.On top of it I was being cheated by the overcharge of almost $200 against my booking price. They charged me $400 / night... really for such a hotel. The staff was extremely rude to the core.
Had an awesome experience here, the rooms were spacious, super clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My favorite part was the pool that was heated and clean. I would definitely come here again!!!
Excellent Service. Room temp easily accessible, very clean and modern. The only odd thing is the layout of the building, and the location of the front desk.
The gym is tiny but breakfast there is great. The building feels a bit old but the rooms are clean and the lounge is comfy enough. I would definitely come back.
Pretty standard courtyard. They do not have a complimentary breakfast unlike some, though breakfast was included in my rate. What they do have is really good, but I still wouldnt pay $10 for a breakfast sandwich
Relatively expensive hotel for the area and it definitely didnt merit the price. My wife rated it Triple-D: Dingy, Dated, and a Dump.We were there for a local wedding over the summer and our room had a musty/mildew smell. The rooms carpeting was pretty gross (I didnt want to take off my socks) and besides the lobby, which feels like it was recently updated, the hotel gives off motel vibes.
Very Clean, newly renovated rooms, the ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice. I would stay here again in a minute.
The hotel is nice and clean. Good location outside the main traffic, but close enough to it. Easy access everywhere.
2nd visit to Newport and stayed here both times. Great staff and service. The sofa bed in my room was broken, contacted them through the Marriott app chat and they replaced the sofa bed that day. Great hotel!
Clean hotel with very nice employees. Only complaints are that the elevator was on the complete other end of the building from the lobby, there was only one elevator, and breakfast wasnt free although it was initially advertised as such. Flawless hotel otherwise.
Great location while visiting the Newport naval station. Near back gate (gate 17). Has a great breakfast.
Staff was nice. They asked us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free! The rooms were clean, cozy, and spacious!
Nice place. Rooms were clean.. staff was very helpful and courteous!
Well run with good service and updates lobby. Very nice pool setup with bar and connected indoor/outdoor sides. Location is lacking.
Very quiet. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Fitness center was small but expected.
Disclaimer I work for Marriott. The courtyard was a nice hotel for a quick cheap stay. Tucked away from main roads keep it quite, hotel was clean and staff was very pleasant and friendly.
Very good, they should pay more attention to the bathrooms
My cousin works here, so I have a lot of chances to go and when I do its really fun. Its not the best, but its cozy and I love the pool.
Always like staying here when visiting Newport. Much cheaper then the main area and a convenient uber ride away. Rooms are clean, fairly modern and a decent cafe. All in all a solid stay for the price point.
This hotel is great well worth the stay
Seems like they really didnt finish remodel well. Rough around the edges. Still have staffing issues.
Everyone was friendly and helpful but the best part was waking up and going down to the Bistro for breakfast and being assisted by Ashley! She ended up knowing what I wanted before I could open my mouth service was always fast the work area was always clean and her smile could brighten up a funeral home!
A bit pricey for a hotel room with average amenities. Customer service was above average though. However, during hurricane Irene the staff was very helpful. They gave free food, ice cream and drinks. It took about 5 more days after the storm has passed to restore internet connection.
Nice hotel, the newly updated room was lovely
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and had small balcony. Had gym though small. No complimentary breakfast.
Great rooms and customer service!
I had no problems checking in or out. We also had a great time at the nearby beaches.
Comfy and clean. Fun indoor/outdoor pool. Modern design, close to Newport, great value.
Exactly what you would expect froma courtyard. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Newport Downtown area. Starbucks (offers breakfast) and bar in the lobby. The indoor and outdoor pools are connected, however, It is worth mentioning that theyre not heated.
I love courtyards, but this was an exception. Location wasnt bad for the price, but the balcony doors allowed a bit of noise to get in. Also, if you have issues with the wifi, good luck getting it fixed. The number they give you to call and get help goes to an old support contract. They say you have to ask for the hotel to give you updated info. All I wanted was to get my wifi working.
Great front desk service, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast selection. The lobby was the perfect place to work with plenty of outlets to charge devices, as well as access to WiFi.
Very friendly and professional staff. The pool and gym areas are great. Knocked one star off because none of the spare outlet connected to the lamps worked.
Arrived for our check-in for a Friday on the day of our friends wedding and found out they were overbooked. Very upset of the fact that they could not accommodate us, so we were then given free accommodations at a hotel 15 min away. We needed to catch the shuttle at the Marriott in time for the wedding. Lorna who was helping us ensured that she would come pick us up at the other hotel in time for the shuttle. Very skeptical that she would actually pick us up at the other hotel, she ended up KEEPING HER WORD and picked us up and we had made it on time for the shuttle to the wedding. Lorna is the ONLY reason why Im rating this hotel 5 stars. Its about people who do what they can to help others in any manner that deserves five stars and not about management for putting staff in a position that they dont deserve to be in to nickle and dime by overbooking. Lorna didnt have to drive us and she certainly wont get extra pay by doing what she had to do, but Lorna deserves to be recognized for her the steps she had taken to ensure that we were taken care of.
Pool was awesome! Staff was very nice!!
Have stayed here a number of times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Never have a complaint.
Greetings! We were there for the Hutton/Arcamona wedding! I have to give kudos to Jon Riccitelli for assisting us in getting things straightened out with our room rates, etc. He was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. He honestly has one of the best personalities Ive ever encountered, and I have worked in the hotel industry for 14 years, and was aware of the issues, problems, encountered with guests. He made us feel great and it doesnt hurt that he has a terrific sense of humor - kept us laughing the entire time! My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him. We, (Helen) Collette Ellenberger and Leilani Lewis - checked in on 4/25 and out on 4/28. We also worked with two other young ladies, but dont know how they spelled their names. They worked hard to see we were pleased. Patti was also very helpful with the issues we had regarding your guest computers. She let us use her computer, which was very thoughtful of her. If were ever back your way, thats where well stay. Thanks again for having great employees! Regards, Collette and Leilani
Good location, clean facilities, and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
Nice lobby, comfortable room, extremely helpful and polite staff. Very convenient to Newport as well.
