I don’t understand what’s wrong with them. If this people opened a business for cleaning service then why they don’t picked up the phone or call me back🙄 call them 2 months ago for cleaning service they didn’t picked up the phone. Then I called different cleaning service. My husband call them last week they didn’t picked up the phone. Like seriously 😳 are they really doing business or this is some kind of jokes.They just paid for a franchise fee lease a office that’s all. If the business phone doesn’t work or no body picked up then close your business. I thought it’s a franchise the service will be great. Hell no way

Although weve had several different people clean they have all done a tremendous job. Worth every penny. Caron is always quick to respond to my emails to schedule. We first used them through Cleaning For a Reason but liked the service so much that we are now paying them to come in.

We’ve been using Maid Pro (Middletown) since late last year. We have been very pleased since day 1. We have been exceptionally pleased with Kate! She does an AMAZING job every time she comes to our home. She has a great work ethic and is extremely honest. I highly recommend Kate but I’m sure everyone else on staff is equally good (Kate can’t do every house!). This Maid Pro Team is TOPS in our opinion.

My MaidPro team was excellent. Destiny and Angelica were thorough and efficient, cleaning my place so it sparkles. Having moved in here four months ago, with a lot of remodeling going on since then, I knew the place was dusty (dry wall dust, etc.) but didnt realize just how bad it was until the gals finished their work. Angie is exactly that person. She definitely does whats expected but will also take the initiative and do something more. It is delightful to have Angie helping us in our home.

What a wonderful job! cleaners were very conscientious, the bathroom tiles sparkle, and the kitchen was totally cleaned even the inside of the microwave. Then the wonderful refreshing smell of lavender was like icing on a cake. Looking forward to the future with MaidPro of Middle town.
