Needed to contact JetSurf technical support team for a potential problem with one of my boards. Or Yanai was the technician helping me. Or was patient (let me explain my issue, show the issue), great communication skills (clearly explain issue, corrective action and walk me through step by step), supportive throughout (helped me understand what caused the issue, how to rectify, and answered other non urgent questions).
Thank you Max, this board (DFI adventure) is amazing. So many fun ridiculous adventures to be had. Totally worth the wait! I took a video for you on my last River trip… did 70 miles had to go find a gas station even with the extra tank, but planned for that and had a fantastic time. Most Amazing water sport I’ve ever done this boards are incredibly fun.Due to high demand it was hard to get it over here to CA but thanks to this great crew they have there it made it a little easier especially the guy named Or from the Technical support / Costumer service this guy loves what he is doing easy to reach very professional calling you back super fast with answers and solutions about anything related to this boards if you ever have any questions or concerns about the boards or parts definitely the guy you want to speak to!!!I highly recommend to anyone who loves surfing and motors to check em out!Thank you again for bringing this great product!

The team at Jetsurf USA is an amazing group that really works hard to ensure that you are not only getting the right board for your application but ensures that you are properly trained and understand the entire operation and safety of the board. Additionally, the service team is amazing and is there to answer any questions regarding service and maintenance. After purchasing my board, I was invited to compete at the MOTO Games in Sebring Florida! What an amazing sport! The participants came from all over the world and competed in various categories from course racing, relay racing, and electric skate! I was new and had only rode the board one time prior to the event but was determined to push myself harder. The entire group welcomed me and made me feel like I was family! I give their engineering 2.5 of 5 stars. The fins are poorly designed at the attachment point. The side fins should be attached the same way the center fin is. there is no other way it could work, reasonably. putting a screw into wood will only work so many times. is this $12,000 item supposed to be good for 25-50 uses before the fins and screws need to be replaced? it appears to be the scenarioTheir technical/repair department receives 5 stars.(if it was less than 5 stars they would be out of business by now)shipping fees are pretty high for no obvious reason. 14.00 shipping nomatter what. one bolt or a starter and multiple other items, $14.00.I emailed asking if they would work with me on the shipping and also asking how to tune the idle and top end idle properly and did not receive a response. I suppose I should have scheduled a phone call to help with the idle tuning? but, I ended up ordering a few bolts and paid as much for shipping as I did for the bolts. fyi, I went to the hardware store and bought more for literally 17.5% the cost of the bolts listed online. not even including the shipping. So my hardware store literally sells the same stainless steel bolts for 10% of what jetsurf does. The exhaust boxes are $90+ when they should be about 15-25. The price gouging is real with this company, but why shouldnt it be? if you have the money to purchase a board initially then obviously you have an extra 14 bucks each time you need a little part, and obviously you can pay 500% profit to them too, why not?I do foresee myself buying another motorized surf board in the future. now the question begs to be asked whether I would purchase this brand again. Make an educated guess on that one.

Being on a remote Caribbean Island (Bonaire) one of my biggest issues in buying things is the support a company gives after my purchase.Jetsurf has surpassed all expectations and I can honestly say that out of every company I have ever dealt with in my 50 years Jetsurf provides the best support I have ever had.Yani (Tech Support) has been there for every issue and on short notice! They all ride so I think they understand how important it is to get on the water ASAP.My confidence in the company lead me to taking 2 DFI Adventure boards to Egypt. Huge riding in Red Sea. Try it if you can, amazing!!!We had a bearing issue and after one phone call they arranged parts and sent it same day.... WOW, that’s support!!!They sell the adventure so we can go on adventures...... and back you up with the support required to take the board traveling.Obviously I can not say enough good and that is a rarity in today’s world as most companies just want your money.Jetsurf sells an experience and backs it up.Thanks Jetsurf you guys have literally changed my life!

These boards are incredible! I had a lot of questions regarding maintenance and was extremely impressed and pleased with the technical support I received. Or Yanai was amazing in helping me prep and maintain my board. He walked me through every step of the process and answered all of my questions.
I hate to type a bad review but Jetsurf needs to do something about it’s horrible customer service. I have tried to order a board several times and I’ve been blown off. It’s almost like they are refusing to take my money ($13,000). How can technical support on these boards be good when I can’t even get a hold of them to buy one! Seriously guys, start acting like a professional organization. If the CEO knew about the level of customer service that’s being provided I’m sure he would be mortified, I know I would.

In the past I bought a Chinese board for $8500. Saved allot of money. Amazing board until it broke down the first year riding it and you can’t get parts. Horrible experience. And still on going LOL I unboxed my Adventure Plus today...literally left me speechless. Like I went from a Nissan Altima and I will now be riding a Ferrari.

Jetsurf Orlando is full of smiling faces, beautiful landscape, an amazing track. Not to mention the crew running their lessons. If you are a first time jetsurfer, or an experienced racer, this place is paradise. You can hang out on the white sand beach and watch if you dont want to ride the boards. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time in the Orlando area. Please check this place out!

Be prepared to know your 1-year warranty is a scam to make you feel secure about your purchase and you are about to deal with the worst customer service you have seen. I encountered both the starter and two timing sensors failing within 6 months of purchase for my UltraSport. In total, I paid an additional $440 in the first six months to replace these parts. The starter ($300) had a 90 warranty review process which they told me would not be replaced due to improper use and they gave no further explanation. Improper use of starting the board? I took great care of my board and there is nothing I could have done to damage it on my end. On top of that, they over charge shipping and they reduced their rates when I called them out on it. I confirmed other people were over charged and they are playing customers for fools. What a disappoint of a company and I look forward to competition taking over, which it will!
