Unfortunately we tried booking this as a Father’s Day gift. Called several times and the person on the phone mentioned they would send the pricing info via text. After receiving the information, I requested a reservation for a party of three and was told 12:45pm was available. I accepted the proposed time. We took an Uber to the specified address, upon arrival at the marina they mentioned that no reservation was made and that a deposit was required for a reservation. This was never communicated prior to arriving on site and no solution was offered other than “we receive hundreds of calls per day” there was also no acknowledgement regarding the exchanged text messages where I confirmed the proposed 12:45pm time slot suggested by THEM. Will not be coming back and do not recommend anyone else books with them, extremely unprofessional and awful customer service.

I love renting jet skis but have not wanted to buy one of my own because I have nowhere to put it. I come to this place at least 2 to 3 times a week because I live close by and they have great Jet skis for reasonable pricing. The staff is always very attentive and aware of safety. I highly recommend this place and refer all of my clients here as well. Miami jet ski rentals is number one in my eyes.

Had a great time here! My mom and I rode a jet ski for 1 hour. Roger was our guide and he helped teach me how to ride the jet ski. He was very helpful and the staff was very kind. We had the water to ourselves and it was the perfect day! Definitely would recommend!

Miami jet ski rentals is top notch. Everything about this place is five star. The wait was about 40 minutes and they continuously gave us cold waters and entertained us while we waited. Amazing experience. I highly recommend this company. The jet skis are new and the prices are the best in Miami. It was a smooth process because they have a marina on the water.

They bring you to an open body of water and make you ride in circles. Biggest waste of money. The guide was not personable to the group or knowledgable to the area. Upon arriving, my husband and I brought our own life jackets and one of the employees attempted to take the jacket from my possession without any verbal warning. This employee was convinced my life jacket, which I purchased from Divers direct, was the companies. This employee was not apologetic after realizing he didnt communicate and his actions were far from professional. Terrible customer service and their jet ski rides were far from appealing. Dont waste your money.

Trash horrible place we made it on time waited an hour and half they didn’t even start our paperwork just made us wait in the sun while they try to catch up. I can’t say anything but good things about this company. Today was not the greatest of days as far as weather. We rode for about 20 minutes until it started raining and they gave us a voucher to come back another day and ride for free for one hour. Staff was amazing amd couldn’t have been more helpful. My experience was horrible! We spent 1 hour doing paperwork and staying in a line. 1 hour more after we were just sitting on the jet ski and waiting for the boss man. When we get back we spent 1 more hour in a line to get back our deposit. All the jet ski are very old, some of them are broken. I highly do not recommend use this guys!!! Looked around for the best pricing for an hour jetski ride and found this place. Groupon deals were a bit sketchy and so we just decided to rent full price. Our first time riding so we have nothing to compare it to but it was awesome. Its supposed to be a tour they say but our guide let us ride freely so it was wild. You dont get any amazing ocean scenery for this though, which is okay. Would rent again!

Be careful people this place is total scam, they would rent you a broken jet ski just to take your deposit. I been in group of 20 people and one of them had a small crush because he had no brakes on his jet ski, so they took deposits from all 20 people, just because you sing a paper as they say “contract” where is says that you responsible for all the group “doesn’t make any sense”. Please stay away from this place it’s total SCAM.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place was such a scam. There was a groupon for 24 dollars online, but then you show up and they add insurance, rental fees etc. until it is the same price as renting without the groupong - strike one for being scammy.Second, I thought this was a rent a jetski and do your own thing, but when I found out it was a guided tour, I naturally wanted to go somewhere else. Not the end of the world, and I dont blame them for how they set up their business. However, they would not give me my money back. They hand you the contract after you pay and it outlines that there is a guide and if you do a number of small insignificant things including run over seaweed they can take your full deposit of like 250 dollars. Second strikeThird, we paid, did the florida boater test, and then proceeded to wait in line on the dock for 2 hours. They had a jet ski crash right before we started (a minor crash while the boats were docking) and they were completely unprepared. No one was hurt, a few mirors were broken and this led to us waiting for 2 hours on the dock in the sun, plus another hour once they had gotten us onto a jetski in the bay. All said and done, a one hour tour took 5 hours. It was so ridiculous and no one ever really took charge to make things happen. It was a very incompetent staff group. Lots of talking, not a lot of doing, and for the 20+ people waiting to board jet skis, very frusterating. Third Strike.On the tour, the guide said maybe a total of 2 words, which honestly at this point was fine because all we wanted to do was ride, but I found it pretty incredible that the tour was so completely lame after they made it clear that you couldnt go on your own. They took us to a bay and basically said youve got 45 minutes. But we couldnt go outside of the bay to explore. Fourth strike.Stay away stay away. Worst experience Ive ever had with a service company

This place is a complete SCAM! Please dont go!!!! I purchased a Groupon and I spent more than if I would have just showed up. This place is very desperate for business if they need to rip off people that buy their Groupons! They charged $98 over the price of the Groupon for fuel and fees. Horrible! They couldnt tell me what the fees were for, and I used to own a Jet Ski and never paid that much in fuel. They totally take advantage of people. There are too many other places to rent Jet Skis that are honest business people and much cheaper, so please learn from my mistake and dont go!

Couldn’t enjoy it at all, when I asked them for a refund she said wait for 30 mins until her helper will flip it over and check if it sucked a seaweed or something, like it’s gonna determine whether it’s my fault or not. SCAM ALERT, JUST A WARNING !!!!They stole our money, true story !I and my friends Went there as I reserved on a Wednesday at about 1pm, the lady at the counter said to come back by 7pm as they don’t v any boat available, got back there 7pm, she completely denies she told us to come back, we took it and asked her when to come back again she said 12:30pm on Thursday, I specifically asked her all that we needed there cause we don’t want to be pushed around like we were Wednesday, she said nothing ...Gotbackthere on Thursday all set, the. She said they only take cash, I knew there was something up with that,was surprising, why don’t u guys take cards? Anyways went to look for an atm to get cash as we really wanted to enjoy out trip., we rented three jetski’, paid a sum of $450, $300 for deposit $150 for tax and all that, which we signed in the contact individually, and she explained $100 dollars deposit per each boat in case of damages, we got three jet ski, and put down 100 dollars deposit each, three different individuals but as friends . While riding, One of my friends tilted too much and his ski capsized, no crash, no hit, nothing, and the tour guide wasn’t even with us, he left us to have his own fun, We called his attention to let him know what happened as decent people and we thought it was the right thing to do, and guess what we got back to the reception, only for the lady at the desk to tell us she is not giving us our deposit back, the ski had no damage whatsoever, but she insisted it did,we was like fine, it’s a jetski for a friend of mine u claim is damaged can the rest of us get out depositback, as our ski wasn’t involved in anything, but she refused, they did not give us our money back, and to our surprise we called the tour guide to speak to her so we can clear things out, and he lied.. HE LIED, said we crashed into another ski and he started pointing on a spot on the boat that was already scratched even before we took the boat, we showed these guys that same spot before moving and they said they noted it and it was already in their record for weeks, that same spot they said we crashed and damaged the ski and held the whole 300 dollars, that included my deposit and another of my friends deposit, I was furious, complete extortion, first deposit was individual, a 100 dollars per jet ski, secondly, the ski wasn’t damaged and third the tour guard wasn’t even there to see what happened, and they refused to give us our deposit back, I mean, we even told them to take the 100 dolls deposit for that ski, like they said but they said no it’s all our deposit together they are taking, I was like so if I brought 10 friends you’d hold on to our 1000 dolls? For a ski that wasn’t even damaged, obviously u guys are waiting on any little opportunity to take peoples money .to top it all while we refused to leave without our money, they called the cops on us, and the cops even told us that’s not the first time they had been called for such act, as they are known for pure extortion!!!!Our first trip to Miami was completely ruined by them. My friends came all the way from England . I was so sad

Kind of a scam place, operated out of a little shack. I called them, no answer, then they texted me back and promised to call but didnt. There arent reservations so once I arrived I was told it would be over an hour wait, that I could only go out with a group, and that I needed to study and pass a test. I left and wont go back.
