So we arrived at 9:30 as we were told and everything started off great as we expected.You start off with filling out your waiver, watching a ten min training videoLastly signing some more paper workBy 10:10 you are on the jet ski and explained some hand signals before you start.Everything is by the book you have to follo their instructions and I liked that because it made meFeel secure! I’m fearful of going fast and I have never been on a jet ski so I liked this part about the tourThis tour was supposed to be a group tour but ended up being private because of no one showing upAs we were going my bf wasn’t so familiar with the jet ski but the instructors made sure to make him feel relaxed and to just ride the thing (😂)Yes at times they tell you speed up but they know what type of driver you are and they also know what you can handle! Also keep in mind this is an HOUR tour so you can’t go slow or the tour goes longer it’s just part of it. So if you can’t handle it then don’t book!We got to see a couple of dolphins 🐬 it was awesome!!! (Not included)The sand bar was so pretty and the nice instructor took pictures of us! That was sooo generous of him❤️💕Overall book the tour, arrive on time, follow the rules, tip your instructors, understand that this is a deal compared to all the others, and you will have so much funn!! I got a rush from this it was awesome !!! We will def book AGAIN!!!!!

Super helpful in helping us locate there location and Alex was a wonderful and patient tour guide as this was our first time jet skiing! Definitely recommend this place to anyone in Miami looking to jet ski and we will definitely be coming back here!

LOOK NO FURTHER FRIENDS! This is literally the best jet ski rental and dolphin tour! Don’t waste your money at the other rental agencies who are dishonest and sketchy. We chose this place because other agencies had bad reviews. It as pretty hard to find at first so j recommend calling ahead of time to get exact directions. Once we got out to the water we instantly got to experience dolphins jumping in and out the water right next to us. We got to go smashing fast on the jet skis with fun turns and donuts. The snorkeling was so much fun too! They have mastered what tourists want to see and do, and they are just down right fun.

Don’t make the same mistake I did by getting excited to go out jet skiing with this company. Their website showed a two hour dolphin safari adventure for a great price of $229. (Gas and tax included.) Everything was booked and then they told us the rate hasn’t been what their website shows for awhile. The price was actually $249 an hour and the last one each day was $299. What a joke!

We booked our reservation a month before the rental date and received a formal confirmation email with instructions on where to go the day of. We paid for a ride share there and came to find out that no one was there…we saw the signs for the location and waited there with some other folks who had the same reservation confirmation email but after numerous calls and knocks on the office door, we all eventually decided to leave as there was no one there to actually give us the rentals. We did not have to put in our credit cards or anything for the reservations as the instructions said to bring cash the day of, which we did, but it is a shame we had to pay for the ride share there for nothing. We did not receive any kind of notification about the the closure that day and despite the fact the sign at the door said to text the number and they will text us back, we did not get any answers. No one would pick up the phone line either. A bit frustrated that we had to waste hours of our vacation time to this.

Was storming very bad, we came back just to get on the jet skis, they aren’t trying to give us our rides, that they canceled when it was raining bad . Don’t recommend. Don’t waste ur money .

Amazing experience! Never had I jetskied before but our instructor Alex was very accommodating both in person and on the phone for setting up our reservations. There was a $10 fee to get the Florida certificate in order to ride the jet skis but the test is available to take online and is easy to pass, youre able to do it before even arriving. Aside from that, no bs hidden fees or anything like that, just what is asked in the initial price. They take you out on awesome jet skis around the water, its sure for a great time! My girlfriend and I loved it and was a great first experience. Would definitely recommend for people not sure on who to go with for their first jet ski experience in miami!

Had a blast! At first, my boyfriend and I were bummed because we didnt know that it would be a tour. To our surprise, they allowed a lot of free range to go as fast as you wanted as long as you stayed close to the group. Half way through, they allow a chance for you to enjoy the scenery of Miami and they offer to take your photos (which was much appreciated). Great time.

I would highly recommend this company for Jet Ski Rental in Miami. The staff was very nice and accommodating; especially Stephanie. They sanitized everything before I use and had hand sanitizer available.My group and I were first time riders and the staff explained everything to us thoroughly. Our guide was right by our side. We had a blast. Definitely doing this again when we come back to MIAMI.

Horrible business, didn’t answer the phone when trying to call because the address provided took us somewhere else, arrived 20 mins early because of the gps and they said they gave our reservation to someone else because we weren’t 30 mins early. Acted as if they were doing us a favor by giving us a later reservation, bad customer service. If it’s by appointment only how do you give our reservation we paid for away? Said that we weren’t charged but we were. Do not go here.

Miami Jet Ski Rental had great staff - I own a wave runner back in Newport Rhode Island and Ill tell you that their Jet Skis were brand new and extremely powerful. The staff recognized that I was an advance rider and let me do my own thing but they kept a watchful eye on me. We took the one hour island adventure and although I jet ski all the time, it was a truly amazing experience. I actually rode with dolphins - yes dolphins in the wild. That may not be a biggie for you and I cant promise for everyone but it was a real special event and I got great pictures of the whole thing!Thank you Virgil for helping us with dinner reservations and appreciate the professional staff at Miami Jet Ski Rental. Worst experience ever. We originally signed up to jet ski @11, knowing that it typically rains in the afternoon. The morning of, the appointment was pushed to 11:45, now it’s 12:30 and we are waiting here in the rain without word from our tour guide. Short and simple, this is a scam. The guy even sent us the information for another jet ski rental place (pretending to be them) so we wouldn’t leave him a bad review. Luckily we found the correct information online and can advise no one to ever use this service.

We did the 2 hour dolphin safari with our family of 4 (11 year old and 14 year old) and it was perfect. We didnt see dolphins, but touring around the bay, seeing the mansions, stopping at the sandbar, swimming at the little islands was super cool and everyone loved it. We did several tours while visiting Miami (snorkeling, helicopter, gator boat ect) and this was my familys favorite. Our guide was super kind and helpful. Would definitely book again.

I waited a day to say how I really felt and I’m not going to lie it was not fun in anyway! They were over baring, if you went 20-30 feet out side of the line as they said they would yell at you! And I didn’t think they were going to go fast with how over baring they were in the beginning but the guide was flying and the waves were super choppy so I was hitting mad air with someone on the back with me and it just sucked! They keep telling me to hurry and keep up and I was flying in my opinion and in 28 not a old person so $140 down the drain in my opinion!

Also known as full throttle jet skis...Dont do it. Very unprofessional. Waited 2 hours in the hot sun to be told that there are no more jet skis for the day. It was only 3pm. I called the day before and confirmed that they closed at 7pm. I also bought off groupon 2 weeks before. Was my last day on vacation. So i never got to experience. The company took no responsibility, told everyone to call and get a refund!

Took the billionaire home view tour. The boat was too small and old to accommodate every passenger. Not enough outdoor space and indoor was too noisy from huge cooling fan that would not even cool off. They have some white picnic plastic chairs to sit inside. Cheap sevice.

Miami Jet Ski Rental did a fantastic job showing my wife and I the sights from the water. Dolphins, Islands, Sandbars oh my and dont forget movie stars - yes we saw it all during the 1 hour island adventure. The staff was helpful as neither my husband nor I have ever operated a jet ski and although we were a little intimidated at first the guide I think his name was Chris, set us at ease and by the end of the tour we both felt completely comfortable operating the very powerful jet ski.What was really great is that we could ride together and enjoy the experience from the same jet ski. When we returned we enjoyed our time at the Bayside Marketplace then took in a game next door at American Airlines Arena - what an amazing day. Thank you Miami Jet Ski Rental! Both my husband and I highly recommend spending time with them and enjoying your day on the water.

We did the 1 hour, 10 am tour. Our guide was Victor and he gave us a nice tour of Miami. The best part was stopping at places where we could take photos. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an awesome time.

As a Mom of two teen girls, I was very concerned about being on the open ocean on waverunners, but our guide made me feel comfortable and within 20 minutes I was up to 25mph (which feels Much faster in water!) and after an hour even faster. I had a great time and so did my girls who never thought Id want to go fast for them. It was a great way to learn and everyone was happy with the experience -- and the Mom lived to tell about it :) Good price, excellent service, will definitely go back

The tour guide was very friendly and professional and the tour itself was great; however, I paid for an hour and only rode for probably 35 to 40 minutes. The customer service was appalling. Be careful when scheduling times; Monday is the first column of their calendar, so when you think youre booking for Sunday, youre actually booking for Monday.
