Had a great time with this company. They had an issue with one of their jet skis before we started but they were able to quickly accomadate refunds. Plenty of turf provided to move around and it was really fun for the hour we had. Would probably go through these guys again if I come back.

Jet Boat Miami was by far my favorite activity! The host and boat captain surely know how to have a good time. I enjoy speeding on the ocean! They even did crazy 360 turns I got soaking wet!!!! I 100% recommend. Bring your aunt, uncles, sisters, brothers, brothers, friends or even strangers( no don’t actually do it) they will have a blast.

The experience itself was wonderful. Our captain and crew were hilarious and made it a great time. The directions for finding the actual location of the boat and check in could’ve been better. We spent a lot of time wandering the docks, as those were not clear from the person who helped us at the check in. Although directions say arrive 30 minutes early, I would say arriving 45 minutes early is the safest bet with parking and finding the marina. Would recommend to anyone visiting Miami!

Lisa and her partner who I’ve forgotten his name, were great. Funny fun! Loved the wind in my hair and the mini tour of superstar homes. I do wish we did a few more twists and turns! But 30 mins was a good amount of time. Enjoy. Would recommend ok

Overall we had a great experience on the jet boat at Jet Boat Miami. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to reschedule (and also offered a full refund if desired) our reservation because it was cancelled due to a storm. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The ride was a great adventure. If visiting Miami I definitely recommend checking out Jet Boat Miami for adventures such as the jet boat, jet skiing, fly board, banana boat etc. The only downside was that we could not get connected to the company via phone call. We had to head down to the establishment to speak to an employee in person. Other than that the experience was definitely 5 stars!

Hubby and I had a wonderful time! Enjoyed getting sprinkled every now and then. We enjoyed being out on the water. We Felt safe speeding across the water lol. Also the driver / crew were nice! Loved the views!! Can’t say anything bad! We truly Enjoyed it

This was the best boat ride I have ever been on. I thought that it was going to be scary but it was so much fun 🤩 the captain and crew were so professional yet fun and knowledgeable about the scenery. I will definitely do this again and recommend to anyone visiting Miami to take this speed boat ride! Not to mention that the price per person is extremely reasonable. Pure fun and adrenaline! The host and boat captain were great; we got soaking wet with some crazy turns; they also gave us a tour of famous peoples mansions.

I gave it 4 stars because it was okay and staff was nice and friendly. It just wasnt as wild as I have heard of it being and I came preparedto be soaked. Maybe we had an extra cautious captain that day. My sister did it the week before with a different captain and said it was definitely better 🤷🏾‍♀️

I went on 7/29/2021. I’ve been in Miami for 3 days and that’s the best thing here. I would rate it a 11/10. I recommend everyone to do this at least 1 time. It’s definitely worth the money. Call and make a reservation before you go, they sell out very quickly but she ended up working us in at the last minute.

First time in a speed boat, not bad. The little tour took about 20-30 min and that was because a guy was not feeling well and we had to go back. Just to let you guys know the time will be around 20 maybe 25 min. It would had been nice if it was a little longer but other than that it was good.

100% fun! The driver and guide know how to make this boat ride entertaining. It is safe and not scary if you are non swimmer and scared of water. The people who sit on the ends get soaked, the rest just get a little water splashed on but dry off in a few seconds due to the boat speed and wind.

My family and I decided to do the jet boat as apart of their birthday celebration we sat behind the boat driver and his co-worker and it was such a blast!!!! The driver of the boat was amazing and you can tell he loves what he does and the guy that let us know when the boat was going to spin and also gave us some info about the house was fun and hilarious. Such a great experience and definitely worth the money!!! (I can’t remember their names) but great service!

It’s was fun. The captain was awesome. The boat music was good. The history lesson was great. The ONLY issue is that it’s too short for the price. I would’ve loved to go for another 20 minutes and a few more spins. Andres was also very professional and answered all my questions.

I went on the jet boat today and it was so much fun! We found a Groupon for $26 and it was well worth it! The driver and his partner David were so nice and made the experience so much fun and it was safe. Prepare to get soaked when they go in circles but that’s the best part😄 Highly recommended and I will do it again when I come back to Miami😊

We went to the platoon ride as one of bachelorette events and had a blast. We went to Haulover sandbar and has a so much fun. They were so professional and just genuinely helpful. I and the others willdefinitely be using them anytime we in Miami.

My experience was not good. we didnt get the proper instruction as to being 1st time drivers. The only instruction that we got was how to start reverse and stop the jets not how to turn or balance our bodys.When we flipped over the instructor panicked I panicked my husband helped us survive the whole way through. we were held on the island for no reason when we had a way back but he kept saying we couldnt get on with experience drivers because we were to heavy and we clearly was not. The only way we got out the ocean when we were in the water for 30 min was because of my husband. then when we went to the reservation desk they told us he was new and we were new too. its like he wasnt trained right. thats my experience, horrible. I feel like we shouldve gotten our money back because it wasnt our fault we hit a wave and not speeding at that and it flipped. and when we explained that to the lady at the desk she said that was makes it worse Because we were going to slow and Noone explained that to us.

I had booked a boat ride for my dad, my brother, and I. They let us come in to the ride like a whole 30 minutes earlier which was great! The experience was awesome they played good trending music and the two guys on the boat were so informative of the riding process and were so much fun!!! They showed us will smiths house and JLO’s it was honestly such a fun ride. I would recommend it to anyone that loves the water and wants to go on a thrill ride!

I have been been on jet boat for at least 6 times in the past 3 years and what a disappointment. The staff used to be full of energy and excitement but all we got was a tour and boredom. Some of us on the boat were looking at each other like is this really happening. Im not going to get into details but I would not go back again.

We had a group of 5 and all rented individual jet skis for an hour. The actual jet skiing was a blast, as they let you roam pretty freely in Biscayne Bay between the I-195 bridge and the Venetian Islands.Unfortunately, their customer service isnt a high priority. We arrived 30mins early as requested on the reservation, and got checked in. When it was our scheduled time to ride, they informed us that we would have to wait an additional hour because they had a jet ski with issues and didnt have enough for everyone. We asked for a 10% discount for the inconvenience. They responded with two options, 1. Full refund without riding, or 2. wait an hour and ride at the regular rate.Also, when the guides mentioned they would take pictures and video they did not mention theyd want $20, per person, for a link to download the pictures. $100 for amateur cell phone photography is pretty steep.

Treated my sister to this experience because she was visiting Miami. We had a blast! The crew was lively and the instructors were fun and enjoyable. CAUTION: YOU WILL GET WET. I will definitely do this again.

Just got off the boat. This is by far the best experience we have had in miami and weve done almost everything in the past two weeks.They have brand new boats and play fun music while you are out! IT IS A MUST! If you cannot decide whether or not to do it I will for you! DO IT!

Our experience here was great! My wife and I came down to Miami for about 5 days and today was our last day here, and we decided to do the jet skis as a last thing to do, and it was amazing. They were very kind and courteous as well! A+ customer service. The reason for 4 starts instead of 5, we arrived 30 minutes early as prompted, we were done checking in by 3:00pm, 15 minutes before our appointment. It was until about 3:25-3:30 until the captain took us. Honestly not a big deal, they made up the extra time in the end. Thank you again for an amazing end to our vacation and FIRST wedding anniversary!!!

I went on the jet boat today at 12:30pm. The weather was amazing, which added to the experience. The driver and instructor were so sweet, funny, & safe! I went for one of my friend’s birthday activities & loved it! The music was a vibe. They even give you some information on a few of the mansions. You will get wet! If you were to ask me, DO IT! Me and my family really enjoyed the Adrenaline Jet boat. We did how ever have two small issues. One being there was a much longer wait to even get onto the boat than we expected. Second being if there is small kids on board it make be best to NOT play cussing rap music. Again both small issues and still loved the overall ride. Would do it again.

This was one of the best experiences I had in Florida! My family loved it. Captain Christina (I think) and Tony were awesome. Christina took us on the ride of a lifetime, and she handled that boat like a pro!! Although it rained a little during our ride, it was still fun!! The only thing that could make it better would be a longer ride. This is a must if you’re visiting Florida. Be prepared to get wet!!

Jetboat Miami is by far the best establishment I went to while here in Miami. The staff went far and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. It was a great experience. I did jet skis first, and once that was over, we went to the hurricane speed boat. It was an amazing overall experience.

The ride was very fun & we got to see some celebrity homes. The staff was very informed of the info. Right now they have a new temporary location so that confused us but just look for the guy under the tent with an iPad lol! If unsure you can call! They said they had storage but it wasn’t offered and we had to leave our snacks that we got while waiting under the tent so just FYI… maybe leave everything in the car bc the email confirmation will say they have baggies and storage but you have to ask and they didn’t offer storage! Either way… I give 5 stars because it was a great experience for the amount spent for sure! Try to have cash so you can tip! 😉

We used the GO Miami tickets and reserved a day in advance and everything went smoothly! The boat ride was awesome and the crew was awesome! 4-Stars only because the area around the dock could be a bit nicer and the office was confusing to find.

Hi there! I purchased the GoMiami pass on Groupon. This was one of the activities u could choose from. You need to make the reservation online at Jet Boat Miami. I had no problem making the reservation for that same day which made me very Happy. I took my two granddaughters ages 5 and 6 and they really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful. I wish it could have been a little longer. Its about 20 minutes on the jet boat. All and all a very nice experience.

Our instructor patiently helped us get on and then took us out showed us where we are safe to go and where we should refrain from going and then she let us ski around freely!!! Boy was it fun. Yesterday I had a great experience!! I came all the way from New Jersey ! I was so scared before I went both of the drivers was very helpful made me feel very comfortable!! Everything was safe and no worries .. they even gave us a tour of famous people mansions ! On a beautiful island which was cool ! The ride was amazing music & breezes and let’s not forget splash ! I will most definitely be back when I come to visit !

The people that helped us at the front desk were horrible. they said get their 20 minutes before our ride time we did and then we waited for them to finish with another group of customers. When it was our turn it was our ride time and while we did the waivers and paid it was already 25 mins past our ride time and i am trying to pay and he goes your time is running. so now we go go get on my the jet skis nope we have to go on a boat where the jet skis are. then we have to wait for the jet skis to get there so in the end we paid for 25 minutes of ride time not 1 hour and they do not take refunds. I will say the staff on the boat and the jet ski instructor were very nice this complaint isn’t against them this is against the people that work in the office inside.

The speed boat was awesome we were late and they still allowed us to join without hassle. The driver knew how to handle the boat and the two guys on the boat with us were very entertaining, knowledgeable and played good music to vibe. Totally satisfied and most definitely recommend Jet Boat Miami.

I would categorize this review into two parts.1. Ride - it was a pretty decent adrenaline ride with a few spins. If you are a first time rider who has not done any thing like this then you may like it more but for folks who have done white water rafting etc will find this okay. Our driver was solid and the trip was fun2. Jokes - the driver and the administrative staff were all good. The person who comes in the boat to entertain and talks about houses was really cheap. I understand this is not disney but when you have kids on the boat you need to make jokes or atleast be a little thoughtful when you make jokes. Most of the jokes were filled with bad words and sexist. The information about some of the houses were factually incorrect tooOverall decent ride just make sure to close your kids ears

Great communication, Theres a secure locker where you can put your valuables in. They play really good music and also give a small tour of the million dollar houses. Only recommendation I have is maybe to do a group photo or individual photos for the customer for a reasonable price.

They could use a mic to let the customers know what they are saying. It was really hard to hear the guy who was explaining things to us. Otherwise is was a great experience.

My cousin made reservations for the jet ski rental for an hour. They called us 45 mins before to make sure we are going to be there in time to complete the waiver. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly. We had to fill out a waiver which takes a little while and they provided iced bottled water to us. We had to wait a little while for our guide. Once our guide came we hopped on a boat and left the marina heading towards our jet skis. The water was rough but I enjoyed myself. Our guide Laz made our jet ski experience memorable! I had so much fun jet skiing with jet boat Miami. We got 2 jet skis for double riders. The staff was super nice and reliable, they communicated everything upfront so that there weren’t any surprises and the process of booking was very easy. I highly recommend this company!! I suggest making a reservation in person for any jet ski rental in Miami so that you don’t get scammed.

When you arrive at the marina, enter the blue building to sign a waiver prior to trying to board the boat.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The ride is a blast of water refreshing:) Not one complaint as the office has staff who are responsible, professional, and timely. One of the best rental places I have had to work with in Miami.

We received a text 20mins before the check-in time advising that we needed to be at a different location. We were arriving at the original pick-up location when the text was received and had to rush to get to the new location which was an additional 15-mins away.Upon arrival at 10:40am for an 11am departure, we were told that the boat was running 5-mins late which was fine, however when the boat arrived we waited an additional 40mins because the boat wasn’t working. No one from the staff addressed us, set any expectations or communicated what was going on.We ended up waiting until the next group of passengers were set to sail and by that time, we opted to get a refund, because of everything that took place.While the staff was nice enough, the lack of communication or offer to accommodate was slim and without asking we were not provided with options to make our time spent, worthwhile.

While it was nice experience, it was actually my first time on a jetski. I wanted to have memories of my experience, the tour guy allegedly said he took pictures and videos it’s been two weeks still no sign of these pictures and videos. I shouldn’t have counted on him, I should’ve took my pictures.
