No communication ( phone #, voice-mail full) when closing services for the day. Closed early due to weather and didnt respond to phone calls after tickets were purchased before closing. Had to find a way to get refund.

Awesome make sure you ask for a young man named Louis. Dude let me jump of the jet ski and swim for 25 minutes of my hours time.

Went this weekend and had an amazing time! The two guides were great and the skis were nicer than other places I’ve been to.

As a local of the area I feel I got a cut in a tourist trap, if you have never been in a jetski you might enjoy the service but if you have some experience I dont recommend this renting place.I actually tried calling a few times a couple of days before to understand what type of experience they are providing but no one answers the phone, when I told that to a woman that appeared to be the manager her answer was We are too busyI give it 3 stars because the guy that took us out to the open water was actually really cool (Justin I believe is his name) also the conditions of the jetski are pretty goodThe problem is that you cant go out of a certain small perimeter as a GPS device will slow you down a lot.

This is the worst management I have ever seen. The calls you made and got answered are not from the person who manages the rental ski and they have the same forwarding number to multiple contacts. The details you will be informed before reaching will not be valid after you reach there. All the groups dead or other dead available are not acceptable and the service charge as mentioned by the manager is $75 for 30 min ski rental. We got our time and money both wasted on this management.

My family had a great experience with the jet ski rental. Service was quick and the instructors were very helpful.

This was far and away our best activity in Miami. The staff was friendly and our tour guide was awesome. I thought it would be a slow ride but it felt like we were going 50 mph on the water in no time. I was going full throttle for most of the ride and caught air a few times which was exhilarating. The route we took was amazing with stops in places wed never be able to go to by foot or a car. My biggest regret was not having a GoPro to record the ride. I would recommend bringing a waterproof camera or waterproof case for your phone to take pictures.Word of advice, Google maps puts this in the wrong location in the mall. It is more by Bayside Flyboard on the map by the far dock next to Baywalk Path.

Had a great time riding jet skis. Everything was well kept. The only one stop shop for watersports in Miami !!!!!

Unprofessional. We called and asked for availability for two jet skis, they said yes. We said we would be there in 15 minutes. We drive 15 minutes to get to the location and when we show up they tell us there is nothing available. Absolute waste of time.

Appalling. The lousy attention. They made me wait an hour for the agreed time. Jet skis are very old Yamaha 1100s. Mine did not run the engine at half its performance. It is the worst I have hired in my entire life.

I had an unforgettable and magical moment. The team took great care of me and they also speak French !!! I highly recommend and as soon as the opportunity presents itself I will return to fly board and jet ski. Go there without hesitation. Thanks and keep it up.

Do not go there, they are con artists. They make us do 45 minutes instead of 1 hour as if nothing had happened.
