These people are scammers. I went in for chemicals. And had my water tested by them. I then purchased what they recommended. After three weeks I went back to her pool water tested again and they wanted to sell me more of the same chemicals. I understand pools and have had this one for almost 20 years. These people W either selling inferior products costing customers more money or lying to sell more products. Either way something isn’t right there. To top it off they at first act surprised then blame the customer for buying what they recommended.

Been a customer there since they opened approx 40 years or so. Always treated nicely. They are all knowledgeable some more than others..Have had some employee turnover after many years.

My pool turned yellow and I needed help. My go-to pool place moved. I also needed a new leader hose for my pool vac and I called around looking for it. This was the first place that had it, so they earned my business. Andre has me and my pool on a plan for recovery and my vac is sucking again (in a good way).

Ive been coming here for 20 years. Great staff and very knowledgable. They always try and repair what you have without pushing new equipment down your throat. If you do have to buy something the prices are fair and they give you solid advice.

Great pool supply store. The techs like Niro are very helpful in explaining problems and how to correct or repair them. Their prices are competitive and parts are very good quality.

I have been a customer for over 15 years and can tell you I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all patient. They help you understand how all the chemicals in your pool work and how to keep it looking pristine. Its nice to do business where you know you are appreciated as a customer.

Had a burned pool pump. They came over within 24 hours to install a new one and get my pool back on track. Very friendly over the phone too. Also the price for the job was fair. Great experience overall. Will use them again without hesitation.

Avoid this store POOL DISCOUNT. I am sorry but enough is enough. I have dealt with these people for five years. They have sold me the wrong equipment and I have had to replace the items that were sold to me after short service. The prices seem good but the stuff doesnt last. Now when I complain about buying the fourth motor from them for my pool pump they have become rude. UPDATE: The best place to go for pool pump motor repair/supply is almost right next door! Go there. D.R..... WAY BETTER price quality and service. When I relocated here I went Pool Discount first because I passed the place on the highway and then they seemed to be well stocked. The guy I first dealt with I believe is an owner or family member. He told me what motor I needed after I described my pool and equipment and brought in the old parts. He was wrong. We figured out that the match up was based on what I brought in and they stated it wasnt their fault. I ate that one because I had a separate pool guy come over and he told me it was mismatched. 3/4horsepower for a full sized pool was too little. I believe the guy at pool discount should have known this but he just replaced what I brought in without considering the actual pool. No real thought, insight or effort here. But its imaginable so I ate it. We upgraded to more horsepower. I was happy with the new level of performance. Then the pump motor went bad. It was a poorly made unit that didnt last. So I took it back and they said - sometimes you get bad ones - An electric motor? Really? I am used to these things lasting for years and years of trouble free service. So here I am replacing the last new one after just three years. It melted the base that holds it, it got so hot. Since then I bought another pump for my moms house and they said there Is a higher grade....? Well I went the extra money for the better motor. After twelve months service or so it looks like s@#$T. I hope it lasts. So now. I tried to go back to this place but when I called they treated me like crap. I believe in continuity and relationship. You go back to the same place and loyalty is usually rewarded with at least decent treatment, but not here. Why would anyone return to buy poor stuff while being treated badly? The mistakes I forgave and worked through. But I need quality results and I sure as heck wont stand for being treated like garbage by rude-ass people who think they are above the service they are choosing to try and provide. No way. rip-off quality products.

AVOID the service of POOL DISCOUNT. They dont diserve even a star!!! I am sorry but enough is enough .I am a customer for 12 years. TERRIBLE customer service and they were trying to sell me a part that cost $60 for $ 189!! Plus $ 75 for a technician when the issue could be resolve for free!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
