Excellent instructor and dojo. Its a family environment based on classic Aikido training. This martial art can be practiced by men or women through all stages of life to maintain their physical and mental state in top condition with little to no risk of injuries.

Very open and friendly people. The Sensei (instructor) is outstanding, she explains and demonstrates everything for all levels. Recommended for all ages and experience levels.
