Best customer service ever! Cant speak more highly about the two gentlemen running this store. They were incredibly helpful in adding my items to the system (because thats how old some of my pieces are), they inspected and cleaned everything, and my engagement band, which the diamond had fallen off, was repaired to perfection. When I came back to pick up, they even remembered me by name. Exceptional customer service. Thank you! Highly recommend this location.

What an amazing experience we just had in this Kays store. The store manager assisted my husband and he was amazing. We went in interested in a watch for my husband and we ended up upgrading my bridal set. I was assisted by Janet and my goodness she knew exactly what I was looking for and the price I wanted to stay around. They both went above and beyond to accommodate us and we never felt pressured. They are both amazing. Can’t wait to pick up my ring. Thank you guys. We will definitely be back.

He helped me out through out the whole process of finding the right gift set for my girlfriend. He explained every little detail about their bank and how I would be able to fiance everything. Happy with my rings. It took almost two weeks for them to call me to pick it up. The prices are expensive but things are very good quality and they always have offers.

I definitely can not recommend this place to anyone. The service to the consumer is bad. I bought a ring for my girlfriend that was supposed to be in my hands in a week and a month later and they continue to give me different dates. I do not judge other jewelers because of what is happening but this ... uuuuffff without words. Hopefully, they will find respect for their consumers.
