When I visited his store I did not find the exact length and weight I was looking for however, Ariel personally offered to make me a custom made chain. I regret ever bringing my jewelry here. If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would, whoever the man is inside the store should be ashamed of himself. I took my necklace that my husband gave me into Ariel Joyerías to get it fixed because it had broken, when I get it back it is missing almost half the chain!! I can barely wear the necklace! To top it off, the man in the store had the WORST customer service, when I told him about my chain being way shorter then when I originally brought it in he laughed in my face and told me “do you really think that we would steal from this chain?” Basically making it sound worthless, which to him it probably is but to me it means a lot. I showed him pictures of how it was before and he agreed that some of the chain is missing he then said he would reach out to his person who fixes the jewelry’s and reach back to me (which he never did), the entire time he was just mocking me, belittling me and my piece of jewelry. The best part was someone else came in and the ring they had just gotten “fixed” from him was also chipped, so I see this place must do this often. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
