I have been a customer of Ray’s Jewelry for over a decade, and have shopped at both the Hialeah and Miami stores. The stores have a beautiful showroom and carry a variety of unique jewelry designs, at affordable prices. They also have excellent jewelry repair services. This week is my husbands birthday and I found the perfect chain for him to wear with a special pendant and family heirloom. The store had a great variety of different types of quality necklace chain links and helped me find the right length and fit. I am extremely happy with every purchase I have made so far. The owner and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable and give honest advice. I recommend Ray’s Jewelry to all my family, friends and co-workers.

I walked into the shop just to look around and was greeted very warmly but Scarlet. I ended up walking out with 4 gorgeous jewelry pieces. Scarlet was amazing! She helped me looking around and she took her time showing me all the wonderful pieces they have in stock. She was extremely patient with me and within 20 minutes she already had an idea of my taste & style. I think I found a new jewelers! I highly recommend!

Visit them for the first time and there was nothing wrong with the watch battery it was a vet nice surprise !!! they gave me excellent advise, ever since they have repair and change batteries to 4 different watches,I am bring them all my business from now on, Have some loose ring stone to mount and resizing some rings, Let see if they also take care of that as well.

We made the mistake of taking my most valuable watch to this store for a simple battery replacement. Not only they delayed service with the excuse of not having a tool to close the watch again, but amazingly managed to damage the back cover with multiple scratches and bend edges. The women in this place simply did not care, nor even offered an apology or even anything that showed interest in keeping a customer. Well, I now know better than to go to a mediocre jewelry place in southwest Miami.

The first thing they tell you is that you have to wait for a week to get any repairs done. Very unprofessional young girl at the front desk! Definitely, a place to avoid.

I had a vision for a ring, an Irish Caladgh band. I had been shopping on line for months and the only place I could find something close to what I wanted was to order from Ireland. I lived in Miami many years ago, now I live in Tampa, and I remembered Rays Jewelry Inc.. One weekend while down in Miami visiting family, I went to Rays Jewelry store. Ray sat with me for a long while and got all my details I wanted. In the mail today my ring arrived! EXACTLY what I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Ray for any jewelry needs you may have. This business does not work with the customers but rather against it. Instead of helping me find the right size bracelet the first time it took two exchanges and is still the wrong size. Now they don’t want to take it back even with the receipt and in the original box. I contacted the owner very understandingly and I get a rude response about how I took too long to exchange it. In fact, if the owner would have extended the return period due to his personal vacation, this wouldn’t be an issue. It is very difficult . Stay away from this place unless you want to deal with a headache, like I have and to no avail because the owner refuses to help me. I’m just asking for a store credit that will represent a better deal for them and a purchase since I don’t want to loose $100.00. Very unpleasant process and not worth the hassle.

Went in to fix the size of the wristband of a new watch. The staff was nice and efficient. It was a good choice to go here for that. Also notice their great selection of watches and jewrely.
