UPDATE: Alex and his staff are just the best. I lost my earring back and they replaced it at no cost to me after making sure that it fit and was the correct tension so I wont lose it again. Do not trust this jeweler! Sold me a $5000 necklace which turned out to be broken, not repairable and refuses to offer more than $70 credit. Probably because I live in Canada and he thinks I cant do anything about it.Shops like this are part of the reason Miamis reputation is becoming so bad.Just down the mall on the same side of the hall is a great little shop that treated me well and sold me some very nice diamond and emerald earrings. Shop there instead.

Absolutely the best Jewlers in Miami- Alex & Family always take care of us, all i have to do is tect him what Jewlery im looking for or watch and he will go out of his way to look for it new in box at outstanding price. I used to go to another Jewler next to him in Seabold building but nowhere near the customer service or loyalty that Alex and his store has shown us. I was referred here from family friend to have my Cartier Serviced and Polished. The owner, Alex, was very helpful. My family have for years have purchased watches & jewlery from Nemaro. Compared to Tourneau amd Mayors, cost quote for routine service Cartier and polish was more reasonable than $500+ Mayors quoted. My watch came back in perfect condition 5 days later (compared w 4 week quote from boutique jewler), clean and polished and Chrono now works. I went back on Valentines Day Alex found a beautiful 18k gold diamond sapphire evil eye bracelet for my wife. Great price, unique style, and nice package wrapping. Alex nailed the gift style my wife would like (since i had hard time choosing). This will definitely be my local Jewler from now on and seem homest, very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Alex always does his best to give an outstanding price and is straightforward like a true business man. For many years i was buying fine watches and Jewlery in Miami ( from retailers such as Cartier, Tourneu and Mayors) but none of the customer service personnel at these boutiques ever went the extra step that Alex and Nemaro Jewlers have. Today my wife suprised me with a 40th Anniversary special ordered Cartier Roadster XL Chrono watch and she simply texted Alex to see what style i would like and he was right on target, perfect watch at perfect price with service amd warranty, he searched all around and found her and I absolutely love my new mint condition Cartier. He also has helped me personally in past with finding perfect gifts for my wife and his styke and recommendation was on target with what inwas looking for.Highly recommend and in Miami, there is no other Jewler i would ever turn to.
