Such a great experience put of the multiple stores I went in search for an engagement ring. The customer service experience with Yvonne was amazing. She made me feel right at home and discussed all my options within budget. Also, this was the first place that sprayed every wrong with sanitizer spray before handing it to me. Highly recommend this place!

This was the third jewelry store I had visited for that perfect ring for her & the service & choices were absolutely fabulous!!! I was helped promptly (not like Kay or Jared where I had to wait probably cause I am African American) & Luis was super friendly & knowledgeable! When you go there, ask for him cause he was the best! The Salesperson, Fina and the Store Manager Luis are very knowledgeable with all the variety of jewelry available. Bad the worst service I went to change or repair my wifes ring, this has insurance and they told me that I had to make an appointment. I make the appointment and when I take it back they says that they are not giving that service after making me return to the store with an appointment, the the first time a man who identified himself as the manager appeared with the door closed and told me about the appointment and the second time a lady identified herself as the manager they are lying to the clients and still after three months they have not given me a response from any repair service or change a ring that is paid insurance, the worst experience I do not recommend this branch to anyone is horrible.

Zales Jewelers at Dadeland Mall is a really good jewelry store that has many quality items to offer. This is more than a typical Zales as there is much more customer service here that you notice right away as soon as you step inside the store. I am happy with the purchases that I made here and with the overall shopping experience I had. This store is special.

My favorite jewelry store at Dadeland mall. They were friendly and the sales staff wasnt pushy. Worked with me to find something I liked in my budget. I like the style of jewelry here too, everywhere else I went in the mall didnt have as wide a selection.

I had really good experience therw bought the engagement ring and two bands there plus lifetime warranty.

With these folks it is all about find the perfect piece of jewelry for what ever occasion .

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.Ill save you the HORRIBLE details but lets just say that I am getting married TOMORROW and my new husband wont have a ring for the first 2 weeks of our marriage!!! I DONT HAVE A RING TO PUT ON MY HUSBANDS FINGER!! I bought his ring at this store and was ASSURED I would have it on time to find out a month later that my order for the correctly sized ring was NEVER MADE. Luis the manager is a mumbling idiot over the phone. Just apologizing saying there is nothing he can do after knowing I wont have a ring for my new husband at our WEDDING!!!!!If I could give negative starts I would!!!!!!!!DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Absolutely terrible service, we have been waiting over a month to get our ring back. Supposedly our ring went back and forth for warranty repair 4 times. The managers with all due respect are useless. Terrible experience. And, we still dont have our ring. Stay away from this store.

Never go there, I was there to buy a $6500 watch and a lady after show me the watch told me, should I put it in a package, she never explained nothing about the watch, she was super unprofessional, I dont understand how managers hire this people.

Horrible attention is what you get there... My wife was told that the guarantee was not valod on a ring I pirchased as there was one signature missing.She provided the bill to proof that but they said thats not enough.Zales: guess what, you just lost another customer.

Every time I go to have my rings cleaned and reviewed for the diamond bond no one there understands the paperwork. Mind you its the same paperwork that they originally gave me for my rings to begin with. Very frustrating.

I made a purchase in December 2018, for my future wife and mine. Not a month passed and my wifes engagement ring had already turned black, when it wasnt supposed to be 14k white gold, not to mention that the diamonds looked medium yellow, like it was stained with coffee.We went to talk to the seller Jorge and he told us that he could make us a new order of the rings, they made us the new order and when I got to the dadeland store we checked the new rings that came under warranty and my wifes new ring that I had arrived, in the diamond I had a small piece of black carbon embedded in the diamond.I do not recommend them, they are not professional at all, they do not even give confidence with what they sell, in my personal opinion the rings that they sold me were fake, taking them as if they were authentic.I returned all the rings and asked for my money back.

It is clean, spacious and there is a lot of variety of products. The bad thing is that I think that there should be many more bathrooms for the buyer to make his needs that all.
