What a great stay my husband and I had in Coral Gables. The location was excellent, it was convenient to everything. The apartment was beautiful, a great set up with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean (very nice white marble floors). Working with the staff at Pelicanstay was straightforward especially this was my first bnb stay so the paperwork was a bit different than a hotel stay. They were kind and explained everything well and answered all of my questions quickly whether it was by phone or email.

This is an amazing apartment that was clean, safe and a terrific location. I highly recommend it for anyone. I’ll be back again soon.

My stay was overall good, the only problem is that THEY never returned my deposit. The phone number is from California and its almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. Very disappointed, I do not recommend this place, unless you want to give away an extra $250.. go ahead.

Had a great stay at the Pelicanstay, Coral Gables. The one-bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils, paper towels and newer appliances in the kitchen. TV included Roku for Movies. Parking was provided in a secure indoor garage.

We enjoyed the time being there very much, first time it felt like home, we miss it...

Perfect stay! The place is amazing!

Rented a room for 6 nights but only stayed for one. This place is really dirty. Sheets, carpet, and windows had stains! This door knobs to every door has rust!

The stay was good, as were the accommodations, with the exception of the swimming pool on the floor that was under renovation (contrary to what was advertised). The big problem, which spoils the image of the establishment, is that they do not return the security fee of US $ 250. Six months ago I was staying and so far I am trying to return the money, without success !!! I would like to find out the means to get the money back !!!

We have been waiting for the return of the $ 250 warranty a long time ago. They chose not to answer calls or messages. We are still waiting for an answer
