Great apparthotel located in Brickell (financial district of Miami). Appartment is clean and seems all new. All facilities available.The salon and spa on 5th floor is really great even if I spoke no spanish, I’d like to warmly thank Cynthia who took care of my manicure. She’s really great with customers!

Speechless!!We had been travelling all day from the U.K. and by the time we arrived we just wanted to get a shower and go to bed. We were allocated our room and opening the door, our party of 5 was speechless . We have never opened the door to a hotel or rental apartment an find such a dirty place, the hall was full of rubbish, bedrooms not made and dirty sheets left from previous guests . Bathrooms that you would not want to go into ! After sorting out with the concierge we finally got a new room which they upgraded us to and are thankful for that . However the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, the souls of our feet were black from the supposed cleaned apartment . Attention to detail is sadly missing, window blinds that are falling apart and not able to keep daylight out . It goes on and on, could be fantastic but sadly we will not return or recommend (:-

Me and my wife had the pleasure of staying in a vacation rental in Miami Beach and had a great time! The room was clean and modern, the staff was great, and because it was through the company we didnt have to pay the outrageous valet fees they were charging! The location was in walking distance of great locations! Highly recommended!

The staff that cleaned the room were amazing. They cleaned every day and were really friendly. The location of the hotel was amazing.

When room is listed for $115/night and you select it for one night and the total jumps to $250 + tax, then there is some serious problems. Not to mention trying to find a phone number to call is next to impossible. Buyers beware!

Stayed with my wife at one of their vacation rental condos in miami and we really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. The location was great, the place was clean - great Miami experience.

Personable staff, luxurious accommodations...we stayed in the heart of Miami- walking distance from many attractions and minutes from the ocean. Cant wait to go back again...

Great and large apartments south of downtown. Ideal if you dont need to be in the busy and expensive South Beach. Ideal for families as well.

Flat very good. Great value for money. Everything is great. Location, cleanliness, attendance of the staff at One Brodway, all great. As there are no Miami Vacations employees in the building, you have to call the phone to resolve any issue, but this is not a problem at all.

Excellent apartment, clean, spacious, decorated in a clean and modern way. Beautiful view at the end of the day. Apartment 1101 (2 suites). They comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Check in and check out super easy, no hassles or bureaucracies. Super recommend it.
